My west coast heart is so happy to have an in n out within reach. I was nervous at first that because there aren t many here that the service would not be as expected from in n out but I was pleasantly surprised. It was like I was right back in Arizona. A first time visit.. the line was long but we got through with no issues... The service was great, prices are awesome the the food was spot on!! Oh, if eating in you vehicle, they give you a paper mat and the food is served on a paper tray.. cool but there is not bag for trash .. tell them its to go and it will be served in a bag.. just my opinion.. worth a visit!

I believe his name is Mr Bill, he is very courteous. Send my kuddos Wow. Been a while since we had this type of experience while eating at a fast food place. There was very good customer service despite being busy. The inside dining place was kept clean. There was an elder gentleman that was cleaning after every guest and he was doing it with a smile. Double double animal style with just pickles and grilled onions is my go-to. Tried this location after a concert late night, so it was a little backed up inside. They also had something gross on the floor, but a worker saw and cleaned it as soon as he noticed it. Overall, it was the first time actually eating inside, and it wasnt a horrible experience. Food is always on point.

As a first time In-N-Out experience, I am very pleased! I loved the Double-duble burger; not a fan of the fries (very dry, not flavorful). Ever since they opened, the In-N-Out in the Woodlands has had amazing food, and great service! Im gluten intolerant, so being able to get a double double protein style (wrapped in lettuce versus having a bun) is perfect and satisfying. Even when theyre crazy busy, everyone who works there is patient, attentive, and friendly. I feel like they go above and beyond for their guests, and I really appreciate it. Id like to thank my recent cashier Derek M for being patient with me and my reactive pup. He brought out my order outside to me, and respected my request to not try to pet her. Literally the best fast food burger place in terms of price, consistency, service, and flavor. They have never gotten an order wrong and are always on top when it comes to the quality of your meal. I cant even complain about the wait in the drive thru because it will always be worth your while. People like to complain about the fries but theyre just different and sometimes different is good. Its natural and it tastes like what its supposed to, potatoes. It doesnt taste of just straight salt and oil. If you hate them plain, get them animal style. Anyways now that Whataburger is going to be ran by the old Starbucks CEO this is the best fast food burger youll get.

This was my first time at In-N-Out Burger. Ordered a Cheeseburger with Animal fries. I have no idea what all the hype is about; food is average at best. Fries were almost undercooked i.e chewy rather than crispy. The cheeseburger was lacking flavor, and the beef patty was super thin. That being said, the staff were friendly and service was fast despite the traffic. I don t usually base my future return off one experience, so I ll most likely be back, once at least to confirm (or not) my initial experience.

Pretty good burger. Don t get the love for in n out though. Being from the east we don t have any. Have been to one once before. While the burger is good I feel like McDonald s is just as good. Fries are great though. They were busy so it took about 25 minutes for our food about 1030 pm. We also tried whataburger and shake shack while in the area. I d recommend both those over in n out. Not that it was bad I feel like the hype gave me way too high of expectations.

This place is fabulous. Some Texans claim they don t like it and don t understand why it s so successful, but it s either busy or very busy and there s a reason: Tasty, fresh (not frozen) food at a very reasonable price, and just happens to have a clean, unique, retro style. As far as the fries, they are cut at the restaurant and dropped into the fryer unlike other restaurants that cut them elsewhere and freeze them.

This place is really well run! Its probably the best run fast food place I have been to! I went there when it was really busy and they made my food in less than 7 minutes! That was awesome! The employees there were very polite to me! I thought they were hardworking, but they also seemed happy! They were teasing each other while continuing to make burgers! I thought that was cool! The food is great, but they need to actually care about traffic control in their drive-thru line. Because they won t close off the closer driveway with cones or a sign, I ve seen four cars cut the line while some of us have been waiting 15+ minutes. It s an easy solution, and I ve seen some form of line control at every other In-N-Out I ve been to. I d love to think that adults would be more respectful than to intentionally jump the line, but apparently not. I wish the workers who saw it happening were able to tell those people they had to go around to the back of the line then maybe they d think twice.

This busy burger stand has good burgers but great value; dont expect to be in and out quickly. They have a particular formula, stick to it, a limited menu, clean restaurants, low prices, and high volume. I like their burgers; they arent my favorite, but its hard to beat $4 for a quality cheeseburger. The value and the fact that its the only location in the area keep this location exceedingly busy day and night; expect a 10-minute wait in the drive, though, at least. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, and the outdoor seating is surprisingly nice, considering how many cars are passing through the drive-through at any given time. The seating is fully shaded and situated between the restaurant and the drive-through. Dont forget to try an Animal Style burger. Parking: This restaurant is always busy, which can make parking a pain at peak lunch. Still, there is parking at Chase, Macys, and the mall.

This was my first time visiting In N Out in Texas. I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly service we received. The food was great. The real star of the show was Bill, who made sure we enjoyed our food! Thanks Bill!

Food was great, never had In-N-Out before but it was delicious! Fries were great, double double was great. Staff were very helpful and nice, food came out nice and quick. Very convenient spot right near the exit of the mall. Highly recommend!
