I stumbled on this place and decided to give it a shot and man am I glad I did. Skip all the fast food joints after going out and come here. Very friendly and upbeat staff, went for the first time tonight and I was told I made the worse choice in the best way possible by coming there to try the food and they were not wrong what so ever. The absolute best Birria Tacos I have ever had by a long shot! It was so good I had to call back after my first couple of bites to let them know they are doing it proper. I got the jalapeno lime chicken tacos and they were literally the best tacos Ive ever had. The corn taco shells were hand-fried in avocado oil and amazing. My wife had the sweet meat bowl she said it was absolutely delicious. An added treat is their homemade raw sugar sweet tea. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone and its also very healthy.

If you understand quality, quick fix cuisine is one of the only places in san marcos serving it right now, you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the hard work. Hands down the best tacos Ive ever had. Try their Jalapeño Lime Tacos with Ginger Peach drink - out of this world. Go with the berry and sweet potato hot sauces. OMG! And if you want to really know what sweet tea should taste like, then this is the place to go to. Dont forget their loyalty card. Vegetarian options: Most options come with chickpeas and vegan sauces.

One word: QUALITY. Their name doesn t do justice for how amazing their food is. I always get their shrimp tacos and quesadillas. Let me tell ya, I haven t tasted quality shrimp like that since a vacation in Tulum! Their food is beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. What I mean is they serve aesthetic food AND cooked with excellence. They only use grass fed beef, wild caught shrimp, avocado oil, AND cook with CAST IRON. Their drinks are fresh, delicious, and made with good health in mind. I took the time to make this review because not only do they serve amazing food but the attention to details of serving QUALITY food just really earned my respect. Love it!

First timer to this joint and its already taken the number one restaurant spot in San Marcos in my opinion. It was unbelievable! The chicken quesadilla was without a doubt the best quesadilla Ive ever eaten. The chicken poblano tacos with vegan chorizo and berry habanero jelly were sublime. The biggest surprise was the blueberry lemonade. It has freakin cinnamon in it and its incredible! Dont question it. Just order it. You wont be disappointed!

Amazing food. Great location. Super friendly staff. We tried several food items Isd well as the freshly squeezed juice. The meatball sub was absolutely amazing. The bread, meat and sauce was delicious. We also had chicken fried rice. So many great flavors with this dish. Even ordered one to go! The peanut butter sandwich was great! Some of the best vegan eats in town! Checked out this food truck tonight and had the pambazo with vegan chorizo and the thaiquitos with chickpeas. The thaiquitos were probably the best vegan tacos I have had! Flavors were sensational. Pambazo was tasty, spicy and filling. Our daughters had the PB&J and loved it (high praise from a toddler and preschooler) - house made jam was delicious. We had the mango lime and strawberry mint juices which were both very refreshing on a hot summer night. There were plenty of non-vegan options as well I would have tried before going vegan. A must try in San Marcos!

The thaiquitos are possibly the best tacos I have had since going Vegan. Right up there with the peached tortilla in Austin. We also had the Pambazo sandwich which was also delicious. My husband and I have been dying to try birria tacos for months, but had a hard time finding them outside the big cities. He found Quick Fix Cuisine on Facebook and we planned our trip. WOW!! Had to take a picture right away just because of the presentation of the tacos. Order the gator tacos and the Shrimp and chorizo tacos. I was hesitant ordering a taco with Chorizo, not a fan. He assured me that it was not your regular chorizo. I love trying new things and so glad I took a chance!! Wow the flavor was def. Not your average chorizo and the blend of the sauces was delicious! When I visited the food truck park, I wasnt sure what I was after. The guy at Quickfix was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and his descriptions quickly pulled me in! I tried the Birria tacos and they exceeded expectations! So tender and flavorful and the tortilla was crispy (despite having gotten it to go!!) I got the mango lime juice and it was the perfect compliment to cut through the richness of the taco. Im so happy to have found this place and cant wait to return! Had a flight to Austin decided to explore the city before I headed out. Came across this place so glad I did! Fresh, healthy, filling and most importantly delicious! Cannot wait to go back again. Oh plus the owners are the friendliest people Ive came across in awhile.

The food is always great and the service is as well. The prices are good as well for the size of the portions.The food was so amazing! Everything is made from scratch & the taste proves it. Love this place Ill be coming to eat here more often. Its so worth the 2 hour drive.

Excellent HEALTHY food with friendly owners! We stopped here for a quick bite before paddle boarding. I didnt expect to have such amazing food at a food truck stop! We are from Albuquerque and dont have food trucks like this! Great place!

The one food truck I ate at out of 72 I need to take a photo was Quick Fix Cuisine. I have to say Im so happy I decided to give this one a try! Probably one of the best quesadillas Ive eaten. I had the shrimp quesadilla with all the fixings (must have the berry habanero sauce) it was bomb diggity! Colorful, fresh and tasty! The service was also the friendly and helpful. Ill be going back to try the rest of the menu!

This is such an amazing spot! The off-menu quesadillas are world rocking. April is the chef and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into the positive impact of the place. The food is all natural and sourced locally. There are healthy smoothies and immunity shots. Kids eat free in the summer as a way to spread positivity to the community. I cant get over how impressive this place is! Even the disposable to go wares are compostable!

Healthy options with great flavor..friendly staff! Kids eat free with adult purchase on Sundays! Bring pets and receive 10% off any day! They gave me sample of the pb&j and I literally just changed rating from 4 to 5 stars!
