Wow! It was my first time here and I loved it! The salad bar is so fresh, and their adobo grilled chicken and Chipotle caramelized tofu are delicious! I got to build my own salad. Im definitely going back. Oh, and the watermelon agua fresca is very tasty as well. Nice, relaxing atmosphere too!

Once you try this place for the first time you ll be hooked! The food is delicious and they have the sweetest staff. The portion size is very filling and the ingredients are always fresh. My favorite bowl is the El Cubano and my hubbys favorite bowl is the double protein grain bowl. Give it a try, I promise you won t be disappointed. The reviews speak for themselves!

Went in and told the employees that it was my boyfriend and I s first time. The girl serving me gave great recommendations and was really sweet. I am a fan of the build your own bowl. The quanities are large and the food tastes fresh. The employees are always cheerful, helpful, patient, and positive. The drink options are unusual: cucumber limeade, fruit punch, hibiscus tea with agave, pineapple jalapeño (my favorite), and others. They arent the same every time, so I look forward to seeing what my options are. They do offer some canned sodas as well. There is a nice little outdoor seating area where I always eat, and there is plenty of indoor seating as well.

So many options! So many healthy and delicious options that I dont see anywhere else. I said I wanted to eat at Cava but this place was recommended as an alternative, and WOW! In so glad I tried Fresco! They have more to choose from, all of it was fresh, good quality, and the flavors are incredible! And the staff was extremely patient and kind while my kids and I asked questions and ordered. We didnt feel rushed or annoying... which is more than I can say for other places. And I didnt have to drive far! Definitely going back! Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options! Dietary restrictions: Im allergic/sensitive to so many things but when I ate here, I was blown away by how many items were dairy-free, gluten-free, not over processed or overly seasoned. Just delicious food for people like me! Happened to meet one of the owners while we were there, and we could see how passionate he was about the food they provided. The staff are kind and helpful. And you HAVE to try the croutons - they re uniquely stellar, and they re the only kind of croutons I want in my life now lol. I forgot to take pics due to food lust, but the review stands the same!

We enjoyed our meal last night and even more that (who I think was the manager) this gentleman came out and chatted with us and let us know that they d be cleaning up but we were in no rush to leave. We had dinner there and walked over to Summer Moon right before they closed and came back to sit outside on their patio. Wow! What a treat this place was. My wife and I visited from out of town and were immediately greeted by Joe, and he was very thorough/engaging. It s always such a pleasure being greeted with a genuine smile and great customer service. Not only that, but the El Cubano was absolutely phenomenal, and the Brussel sprouts were so uniquely loaded with flavor. This place is a must come to! Thank y all for your great service and incredible food. It shows how much you value your customers and your business.

I didn t even feel like I was eating healthy . Dining area is large enough to have a group without being too close to others. There are so many options and the seasonings on the options all go well together. You don t even need their dressings. I paid ten dollars and change and I will be full for the rest of the night. There is nothing there that will tempt you to eat poorly. I didn t even see a soda machine just juices and filtered water. You can order anything they offer when watching what you eat no matter what your diet style. The people here were nice & the store is clean. This place is a winner for sure. ***They do not accept cash btw.***

We were looking for an healthy fresh place for dinner and ran across Fresco on Google Map search. We really enjoyed the freshness of the food and the many options for building our salad bowl. We both were surprised how filling our vegetarian bowls were. My wife ate half of hers and saved the rest for later, Im a pig and ate the whole thing. We also enjoyed the Fresca drink options like cucumber limeade and pineapple jalapeno, (could use a little more jalapeno IMHO). Im glad we found this new eatery and look forward to going back.

Actually this food is really great. I wanted to eat healthier and this popped up on a google search. I expected the food to be okay and taste good in that way that healthy food is. Not great, but palatable, yknow? But this was actually really delicious. I very much enjoy getting food here. And it has quite the variety of options to choose from. The amount of food you get is also good for the price.

I really enjoyed my first experience. The place was super clean and fresh. While choosing what I wanted in my bowl was a little daunting, everything I ate was delicious, including the cucumber limeade Agua Fresca. The rice and citrus cilantro dressing were perhaps my favorite ingredients, but I wasnt disappointed with any of them.

I would like to share my experience at Fresco. So to begin, like you I was curious about the place as I had seen it open up recently by the Lyndon. Anyway so I have been coming here periodically now as I have been attracted to the place since my first visit. Let me tell you, if you re looking for some good, healthy food, look no further - because they ve got a build your own bowl that has ingredients for just about everyone. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant as well, and you can t beat the flavourful drinks. Definitely worth checking out if you re looking for some good healthy food in San Marcos. 10/10
