I ordered my pizza online on the app. When i got there the pizza was not ready and said it would be a few minutes. I waited for over 30min for my pizza to be ready while i saw other people walk in and get their pizza in 5 minutes. The pizza was good but bad customer service and place looks pretty dirty.

Pizza good as always, service was great both times I ve been here so far. Cashiers have been nice and cheerful. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had said I wanted two large pizzas but I got 3 regular size pizzas when I returned to pick them up. I checked the receipt and it said 3 classic pizzas so I guess she misheard me. No big deal.

First, I would never decide to come back to This establishment there was hair in my pizza on top of that. I waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me my pizza was not there and then they magically found it and it s been cold so I recommend this little Caesars to San Marcus. People working there have ridiculously bad attitudes towards the customer.

Staying in a hotel ordered online asked for all condiments we got nothing. Ordered stuffed crazy bread and got no sauce. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do unless we came to the store we are traveling with trailers and no way of getting to the store for a sauce. Accuracy and Brand standards are not being followed. The gentleman I talked to was rude on the phone.

This specific location, the one in the little strip mall by Walmart, has to the be the worse location in San Marcos. PLEASE, do not waste your time, energy, money and most importantly, your appetite on this sorry excuse for a little Caesars. I called at least three times before it was picked up by someone who clearly does not enjoy their job. (The only reason I called was because I didnt have my card and couldnt pay online. It was also my lunch break and didnt have enough time to wait in store.) Anywho, the new owner was rude upon entry. No greeting, barely even recognized I was in the store until she looked up from her phone. Overall, -10/10. I wouldnt even recommend this to my worse enemy, it was so bad.

If it wasnt for just wanting to get something quickish to eat I would have left. NO ONE GREETED ME OR ANYONE ELSE WHO ENTERED. I understand people are busy but it takes nothing to acknowledge the presence of 5 people who walked in at the same time wanting to place an order. I waited a minimum of 7-8 minutes to be acknowledged. Once I was, I got my food quickly because it was already done. Thank goodness I didnt have to wait longer. Not very friendly either. Definitely not going back ever. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a little Ceasars. Get it together management. Train your people better. They are only responding to your leadership.

Worst service on the planet.. manager cant even tell me how long my order is going to take proceeds to give me a song and dance about how they only have one pizza conveyor belt in the oven on.. there are two conveyor belts in the same oven if ones broken the other one doesnt work.. I guess its time to stop leaning on the counter and do your job as a manager help make pizzas and open that second conveyor belt in the same oven on a Saturday night.. cant tell me long for an order placed 30 minutes previously?? I just left never again will i waste the time of thst place

Do not get a pizza with everything or even more than a couple of things. They dont cook the pizzas long enough. Most of your pizza will be raw towards the center. Its pretty gross. I asked for well done and the center half was still raw. We had to put the pizza in the oven to finish cooking it. The management is very angry and defensive. They just got remodeled, the manager should have been upgraded as well. This specific place needs to be retrained. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

Ordered delivery twice now and both times were missing something. First time was an entire calzone, second time was the drink. Called to inform them of what I believed to be an honest mistake and was hung up on. Tried to call back and it just rang and rang. Nobody answered. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had. Not sure what is the issue with that establishment, but I would not recommend delivery.

We went about 45 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. I usually order on the app, but this location doesnt do portal pick up. As soon as we got there, another customer was standing in line, but no one was at the front counter. The customer, ahead of us, mentioned that she had been there waiting a few minutes, and no one had come to take her order. We could see a few employees in the back, and they saw us, but none came to the front. After about 10 minutes, a lady came out telling us she was in the restroom and she was the only one who knew how to work the register. When the customer ahead wanted to order, the employee mentioned she only had so many pizzas ready to purchase. We werent able to order anything off the menu. We could only purchase pizzas that had already been made and were sitting there waiting. I understood we were there close to closing, but they did have us waiting on someone to come to the front and give any information or even acknowledge we were in the store waiting.

I called in an order over the phone but immediately had an unpleasant vibe from the tone of the person taking my order. That should have been my first red flag but i figured Id give them a try because i was shopping next door. I went in to pick up my order, which was just 1 pretzel pizza and order of bread. Usually i rarely find the need to look inside the box but something told me to check this time so i did. To my horror, this was the most sad disgrace of a pittiful pizza Id ever seen. And Ive had little Caesars many times in the past, so this was shocking. This was no pretzel crust, if you could even say it had crust at all ... It was absolutely dry and shriveled up, it looked brown and burnt little edges with non-existant crust. The pizza itself was flat as a paper and looked like someone just threw this monstrosity together. I have no idea who boxed that and thought it was presentable for anyone to eat. Unfortunately, for the first time ever, i asked for a refund on my pizza and planned to go to a different location instead. It took over 10 minutes for the manager to come up front to refund me. She did not seem friendly or even apologetic, but did offer to replace the pizza. Which i declined because they had taken so many orders making me wait before them for the refund and honestly i lost faith theyd do it right. Finally i got my refund and went on my way. Sad to say, I wouldnt recommend this location.

I just called 3 times to voice my complaint but no answer and no voice-mail. So now Im here. Pizza looked good for Little Caesars and it was hot. My order number was 197. I order a Hawaiian, dont judge me it was for the wife, and a Pretzel crust with cheese. The pizza itself tasted fine but my favorite part, the crust, was disgusting. Whatever they coated the crust with made it taste like bad Captain Ds fish. Very disappointed.

Picked up two hot and ready and bread sticks for the kiddos, get home the cheese pizza was extremely over cooked, it was hard as a rock and the kids could not eat it. The breadsticks were hard also. My husband called, spoke with a guy who said bring it in for a replacement but he leaves at 3pm. He said if we couldnt make it in, to call before ordering and they would make it right. The next day my husband called and the Mgr was very rude saying he dont know who we talked to but he is not giving out free food. Sir, you are very unprofessional and rude, and it is NOT FREE food if you are replacing inedible food that your establishment served. We deserve to get what we pay for! I went yesterday. There was a long line, but the gentleman at the register was quick and efficient. Even when there was a customer upset about their order the gentleman was able to resolve it quickly. How do you mess up this bad, little caesars?! Make sure you check what they give you before you leave. Ordered 3 different pizzas (only 1 with meat) November 1st. We received 3 pepperoni pizzas. This was a big problem because 2 of us are vegetarian. We come out to San Marcos once a week, but we wont be making this our regular place to pick up dinner. Worst location. The wait is always super long yet you can see everyone in the back just standing around. I placed an order through theyre app since they never answer the phone. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. When i got there the order was still not ready. I asked the lady in the front how much longer and she never gave me an answer she just walked to the back and came back and helped other customers. I waited 10 minutes and asked her again how much longer it would be and was told it would still be another 10 minutes . At that point I just wanted a refund because the wait was ridiculous. The lady said that they could not process online refunds that I would have to call customer service. I went outside and tried to find the number online but could not. So I go back inside and ask her for the number that I should call she goes to the back and her manager comes up and ask what the issue was and said that he could give me a return right then and there. I told him that the lady before Said that they couldnt do that and he just ignored what I said and gave me my return. The whole time the lady was very dismissive never once apologized for the wait and then lied about not being able to refund my order. I wouldnt advise anyone to come to this location it just sucks they never have anything done and they have an attitude on top of everything. Better off making a drive to kyle or NB you would probably get better faster service.

I ordered the slice n sticks pepperoni pizza online and when I Came in to get my order and I checked my food I saw that my pizza wasn t even cut. Then I asked for marinara sauce after waiting five minutes for someone to come out front and then I had to wait another five minutes for her to tell me that they were out of marinara sauce which I thought marinara sauce was pizza sauce and didn t understand why I couldn t get pizza sauce in a cup. I get buffalo sauce on them with added butter and sometimes they accommodate and sometimes they dont.. depends who is making them wether its the cashier u ordered from or someone else helping out... Comms just isnt there sometimes which why I gave it 4 stars!! Pizza is never burnt and I get the extra most best pepperoni!!! Good job yall!!

Thank you Bertha for making things right! Originally ordered the Stix and Slices that was not edible, but Bertha offered to remake it for us. ALWAYS ask to speak to a manager because the punk kid who answered the phone was mocking me and my annoyance with the quality of food. The difference was night and day.

I ve been here waiting for our pizzas for over 30 minutes. I could have had Dominoes delivered in less time then your HOT N READY . Such a disappointment. Not something you want to do after working an 11hr shift. Pay your employees more so you can have employees that actually want to work. I will never be back at this location. I will pay more for the other Pizza places in town.

Worst service. Had to wait 40 minutes extra when my order should have already been made. I told them multiple times that it was for a door dash and I was on a schedule but they didn t care. They should have alerted me that it was going to be that long of a wait instead of leading me to believe that the order would be ready when I arrived.

I ve honestly been a fan of little Caesars pizza since I was a kid. It was kind of a tradition for me and my sister to visit a family friends house where are we would have pizza and crazy bread while watching American Idol. I kind of parted ways with a chain after a not so pleasant experience in another town just north of here. Not only have I had excellent service at the little Caesars in San Marcos but they ve Exceeded expectations far beyond I thought possible. I walked in a little after noon during the cowboy game After transferring the last of what I had to my spending card and pulling change from the cupholder. For no apparent reason, they decided to bless me and I walked out with two pizzas and a 2 L. Amazing people
