This Taco Bell has people that care. This is my first ever Taco Bell review and this location definitely deserves recognition. Whoever the manager is working this evening between 9-10pm on Friday night 9/13/24 kuddos to him. Taco Bell has a big asset. My food was not only made perfect to order but the way it was packaged looked better than the commercials. This is the first location that I found to actually care about the food they serve and the presentation. Good job to the manager and team there this evening. Other tacos bells should take notes. I d drive the extra 15 min just to come to this location specifically. Will order from here again.

Taco bell is not exactly earning top honors in cuisine but this was the first that I ever had to place an order on a screen. The place was almost dead Inside. The food was meh. Both hard shell tacos were broken when we got them. We paid for that responsibility and it was taken from us. There is plenty of parking here. Its close proximity to the local campus would theoretically make this a good spot but the prices are far from what they used to be. Can anyone still remember 10 cent taco night?

ordered a quesadilla combo im not sure what i got but it was not a quesadilla. How hard is it to fold a tortilla properly and cut it into 4 slices. Lady at the window was rude had no manners told her to have a good day she just waved me off. the combo came with a hard shell taco that looks like it had been gripped and crushed into many pieces not even a taco anymore the service here is terrible.

Lost my drivers license near the store and someone tracked me down on Instagram to let me know they turned it into the store. When I showed up to retrieve my license, I was told they don t have it and it s company policy to throw things out two days after they ve had them. I showed up on Friday and they supposedly got the license on Tuesday. I don t blame any workers following this policy if that s the case but it s outrageous to me that my government issued ID would be thrown away.

Good place if you want Taco Bell. It has that kind of grimy, mid atmosphere that can be really enjoyable if youre in the mood for it. The employees are nice, and its not busy enough that you cant get a table just to do some homework or something. Not great from a restaurant perspective, but it has the family dinner/cafe like charm. I definitely would recommend bringing a laptop, clearing off a table, and listening to some Ayesha Ero, Kaname Sano, or Hazel. The lobby isnt very clean, but its also not dirty enough to be particularly concerning or difficult to clean up. Dont come here if you want necessarily good or quick food though, it seems kinda understaffed and a bit mediocre, but that kind of vibe is good for hanging out in. I wish theyd get rid of the excess of car parking (kinda hurts the surrounding vibe, but its not exactly rare for Texas or even SanMarcos) Parking: Theres a strip next to it and a lot. It doesnt seem to get especially full, so its not too stressful. Seems to lack bike parking though, hopefully they install a rack

Honestly since the kiosk installation, communication and customer service has gone down significantly. This poor kid waited 15/30 mins on a DD order. His time is money. I overheard an altercation where they gave a girl the wrong order bc they didnt check the last name, even tho thats how thats how they differentiate the orders. I ordered on the app and ate inside the Taco Bell. The food took quite awhile to be prepared and I only had two items. Both the inside and drive-thru werent very busy, unless they had a lot of mobile orders. But, it didnt seem like they had many mobile orders either. The food was good - I had two Double Decker Tacos since they were back for a limited time. Everything was alright - just wish the food had been ready a bit faster.

I cant believe this is one of the few good taco shops in San Marcus, and this is why. I had friends over and my wife and I had just gotten off work, we needed something to eat but only a few places stayed open late Long story short Taco Bell ruined our 60-dollar dinner and made it uncomfortable to get the order corrected. I not only got the bare minimum only what needed to be corrected but because they took 78 minutes to do it by the time I got home to eat my meal was soggy and ruined. (this is why I argued for a refund instead? ) their excuse for not giving a refund was that the supervisor would be upset about giving a refund on such a large order, while on the other hand remaking my whole meal was apparently a huge issue as well.

The cinnamon twist had extra cinnamon. Mm yummy. Pretty fast for as busy as they were. Impressive. Food was fresh. Everything was delicious but I love cinnamon. So for the 1st time ever, I am 100% satisfied with the Cinnamon Twist. Extra cinnamon is a 5 star. The guy who handed me my order was joking with me. He has a good sense of humor. Thats a 5 star. I sat in one spot in the drive through for 45 minutes before calling to ask whether i should leave or if the line will start moving again soon. we order a party pack all soft tacos NO LETTUCE lettuce on every one of them,didnt check before he left so of course I check and again lettuce on every one ,and more lettuce than meat or cheese,Im sure taco bell of San Marcos doesnt care so just wont go back

HR should do there best to get the lazy ppl out of there restaurant. Sitting in line I keep seeing ppl leave the drive threw for some reason, I get up to the window just to let you know we re outa cheese and tomato s and sauce and Dr Pepper blah blah blah I order anyways guess what there s cheese and tomato s and sauce all on my food. All I saw was employees turning costumers away, bc they felt like it.

Only option is to order from Kiosk, they claim for faster service. What a joke. Placed our order using the kiosk waited 20+ minutes for our order. We would have asked for a refund, the employees are very good at ignoring anyone standing at the counter.

Save yourself the hassle, chipotle is better tasting and right next door. I tried to order the potato tacos from the inside touch screen menu. I couldn t find them. When I asked the lady stacking cups if I could just order with a person she rolled her eyes and acted like it was the most inconvenient thing (why didn t she offer to help me find them on the touch screen menu then). The manager behind the counter stated they were out of potatoes and the guy on the line said, no we aren t, I have them right over here. So then I turned back to the touch screen to order them and the lady said, no we are out. I left and went next door, and now I m eating my chipotle in the Taco Bell parking lot.
