My husband got extremely sick & nauseated after eating pepperoni pizza with jalapeño a couple months ago. The last time we ordered from this Pizza Hut, large supreme pizza, I got extremely sick. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea just like my husband had. Not ordering from this PH ever again.

Location called to say no boneless wings available. All that was available was pasta for my big dinner box offer. Wish they would of offered bone in wings for same price. Undercooked pizza dough was flat as if I ordered a thin crust pizza. I m highly dissatisfied. this location is usually on point and excellent service but tonight I received undercooked pizza. I understand it s a busy Friday night, but customer should always be top priority, no matter how busy you guys are. Lack of great customer service skills will eventually tarnish the business

I ve never been to Pizza Hut so on 5/22 at 7:55 I asked many questions and I wanted a personal sized pizza but I was only informed on the price. The price was too high for a kids sized pizza ($8 for a pizza the size of my hand and I m a small woman.) I went back in to ask if u could exchange it for something else and pay any difference but Krystal in turn tells me they don t do refunds because it s already been cashed out. As a person who works in the food industry that s a lie also if it was true she should ve disclosed that it was non refundable before closing the sale, but I didn t argue with her and I just called Pizza Hut customer service and they told me that they do give refunds. Crazy because I was asking for an exchange. Anyway just leaving this so maybe Krystal can get some better training and better customer service because I also felt rushed and dismissed.

The pizza didn t even taste good. First time for that in a long time. And not made correctly! UPDATE: Soo disappointed in myself for going back!! The pizza was missing a topping and the CRISPY melt was just a soggy mess! Manager so very rude and has a bad attitude, that I didn t even call to complain! Im not out to give bad reviews, so I will make it as easy as possible But I didnt know deliveries took precedence over pick ups. Told 20 mins on the phone, waited 44mins on the app to tell us anything after the initial message and drove in to pick up. Wasnt even in the oven yet. Just the rest of it went down hill from there. But the pizza was right and we ate it. Sooo

I did an online order went through the drive-through and it still was not ready even though the app told me it was ready to go. This location has improved during the pandemic in the past, when picking up your pizza, if you didn t check the box prior to leaving the store, odds were about 50/50 that you d have mystery pizza when you arrived home like they made whatever they felt like they re hitting a perfect score with me these days when it comes to order accuracy. Avoid getting bacon as a topping unless you want pizza that s dripping in excess grease. The cut of bacon they use is all fat - it might taste good but it s a dripping, greasy mess!

Last few orders I actually have had to reheat in microwave upon arrival before eating because they have arrived not so hot. Order I received last night had 5 slices with jalapenos and 3 not instead of half, another one had 1 piece of pepperoni. Drivers are having to deliver multiple orders at a time for lack of drivers I believe. Not the drivers fault at all just the world changing too much too fast. Even the driver fees have gone up to a $1 more and now minimum delivery is $12 instead of $10. Will not order for quite awhile until things change.
