Picked up lunch for the family before we hit the interstate. Got down road by Kyle and noticed our sons large nuggets were jalapeno poppers. The fries were bitter and dark from being fried in old oil! Never again! $46 for bad food and a cashier who looked like she hates her job. Bad experience and our first time eating at this location and at a Jack n box in over 12 years! Now I remember why!

Typical jack in the box They have decent food for a fast food place.They serve breakfast all day long. They had a little bit of trouble with their drive-through speaker. Friendly staff, eager and enthusiastic. You dont see that very many times at fast food places anymore.

This Jack is usually very good, but this time they left out 3 of my boyfriends tacos , my order was missing cheese and was barely warm , I had more French fries in my order than curly fries , and they gave me the wrong sauce. The ladies working were very nice but the whole order was basically wrong .

I got told I had an attitude at the drive through, then was passed to someone else, at the window the person told me that they werent going to entertain me when I told them I didnt have an attitude at all, but that this was how I. 24/7 and then the window was closed on me. I reached out my window and opened the window because now yall pissed off, continuing to tell me I have an attitude when I dont. My beef was with the person in the vehicle in front of me who was clearly drunk and couldnt order loud enough for anyone to hear them. So I was passed around for no reason when I had no issues or attitude with any staff. But yet I was treated like a hostile customer to no end, with the window being slammed shut in my face and all. I was handed my order aggressively as the window help offered nothing other than a dirty luck and a phrase of you have an attitude and youre raising your voice when I wasnt doing any of the above. If yall are gonna assume that all customers are belligerent drinks at 2am, then do better. Some of us are just regular customers trying to get a meal. I wont be back. The treatment I received for raising my voice and then trying to explain to the window person that I wasnt raising my voice at all, and then having the window slammed in my face and locked, thats unacceptable customer service. Period. Yall lost a very loyal customer. Be more understanding.

My partner ordered tiny tacos from this place and they gave and charged him for TWENTY TACOS. Also theyre stingy as hell with their onion rings. Im sorry but 4 onion rings for an order is stupid. Yall are stupid. If Im paying $10 for fast food onion rings, I expect more. I asked for more and they told me no. They also told me their cheeseburger doesnt come in a combo? I really like how tiny the location (store) is. Because it wouldnt be that crowded inside. Even if customers are inside ordering in the store, they are in and out quickly. I like coming in when it is dark outside - late at night because the store doesnt have anyone eating in. There are the customers who will just drive through during that time. Use the jack in the box app for rewards and coupons! It is helpful.

The food was good. Service was also good when I picked up my order. The dining room needed to be cleaned a bit - the high top table bar had some trash on it that sat there for at least 15 minutes while I ate at a nearby table. Someone came around and finally picked it up, but didnt wipe down that table.

Its not always you fun into patient and cheerful employees at a fast food joint but thats this place... at least when we were there on Sunday. I like those jalapeno poppers and the egg roll was a decent buy. Service was fast, like, really fast, and the milkshake desserts just as good as the meal. 10/10 would eat here again if Im in downtown San Marcos and have a hankering for Jacks.

The food was subpar for a jack in the box, employees did not use gloves when handling food at times. The ceiling is really gross (weird stains everywhere) and the soda machine is often out of many flavors/syrups. If youre not a fan of being stuck on the toilet, steer clear.

The chicken nuggets are kinda like McDonald s but slightly better. We ordered the midnight munchie meal with is definitely a bang for your buck you get a drink, 2 tacos, curly and regular fries with 4 different sandwich options to select from. Also ordered a 10 pc nuggets with the loaded fries. Not a fast food place i d go again. Also not a big fan of fast food. Also not the nicest workers definitely did not enjoy their job, but understandable i wouldn t either working at Jack in the Box.

5 large combos for $75 for burgers!!!! We don t have a Jack in the Box near us, this one in San Marcos is 1/2 an hour away, we crave Jack in the Box every once in a while and it s a treat for us right now because of the distance, but I was shocked to know that 5 large combos are going for that price! I will double think it when I want to treat my family, I m pretty sure I can find more options for that price tag.

I had an unfortunate experience at this establishment, where the customer service was extremely disappointing. One staff member, a woman with distinctive ear gauges, seemed to disregard my presence, despite my being the sole customer in line. Similarly, another employee, a thin man with tattoos, also failed to acknowledge me. The atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. I would urge the management to address these issues and provide better service to their patrons.

They seem to constantly be understaffed and while there was nothing wrong with my order it took over 20 minutes to get a premade side salad ,fries and small nuggets out via the drive through window. You also cannot exit this locations drive through as it is in fact an alley between the location and another business. While we might give them a try again it wont be on our way somewhere and will be a in-store visit so we can actually go elsewhere if the problem repeats

I went there Tuesday morning (Sept 7th) around 4am and the girl just told me i have to wait 20 minutes for the system to reboot while shes chilling outside waiting for the reboot. Pull off with my order and it s regular fries. The whole reason I stopped after my hour long drive home from a 10 hour shift was for curly fries . Thanks guys!

You can read what the sign says closing at midnight will be open by 6:00 a.m. at 6:45 a.m. nothing open I cannot pick up my Uber eats orders... This is not the only jack in the box that has become disappointing they are all closing earlier at night and Uber drivers and night workers have nowhere to go to get food anymore.

Great food and always fast but just got home to find I didn t get my jumbo Jack. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. Tried to call and they didn t answer, also couldn t leave a voicemail so this sucks now I m still hungry.. CHECK YOUR FOOD B4 U LEAVE :/

This location has some issues (hopefully just temporary) ever since the power outage earlier this year the app doesn t let you mobile order. Also confirmed with a phone call that its drive through only right now. EDIT:Increasing rating since corporate is responding to my concern.
