I am have been calling with no answer or call back and I am owed $693.57 in credit that was supposed to be delivered by check and nothing has been solved and no one has given me an update to when this could be solved. My move out date was a month ago it should not take this long to deliver a check.

I was very blessed to bee one of the first resident to phase 2 when the pool was under construction ... 2 weeks later pool open right before summer 2022! Everything was perfect until this new team of management came and destroyed our community peace freedom loving and respectful neighborhood!! Please if its not broken dont fix it and treat us like were 5 telling us what to do or how we should live because ur new ways is not better!! Leave everything alone because ur new ways is not a improvement to this community!! Making everybody miserable WHEN WE HAVE TO PAY A ARM AND A LEG FOR RENT NOW WE CANT EVEN BREATHE! STOP THE MADNESS! Ive lived in this community for a couple of years and have encountered several issues. Despite consistently reporting problems with plumbing and parking, its taken a while for action to be taken. However, Rosa has been exceptionally helpful and proactive in finding solutions and following up on these issues. I wish more staff members shared her dedication and enthusiasm.

The apartment is relatively peaceful. I ve been here a year in the phase 2 buildings and like it for the most part. Christine in the office is amazing, she s so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to assist. I think that the management should upgrade the gym, and that the gym/leasing office area should have more light as this place is deserted, and feels feels unsafe at nighttime.

I was an applicant on September 28, 2023 at this property. I toured and specifically applied for unit 618 in a brand new building and it was supposed to be ready the next week or two. Had been waiting three weeks and staying with friends. Was approved and found out by showing my daughter where we were supposed to live that they let someone else move into the unit I applied for and switched me to 617 without telling me. 617 (also brand new) already had some sort of damage that needed to be repaired and they said Id be able to move in shortly. By mid-November, these repairs still were not finished?!?!?! At this point I had been paying for a hotel for 3 weeks and I ended up finding somewhere else to live. I was promised a refund by the manager Michelle for $300 for my applicant and admin fees. By December she said it had been processed and to wait a few weeks for the check. Went there several times, called, emailed, empty promises to give me my refund. I even have in writing from Michelle that she had already sent in the request for my refund and she was surprised I hadnt received it. In March the former assistant manager (at this point the manager) Rosa took down my address and supposedly requested the refund again. Same deal in May. None of the staff are the same from when I originally applied, but it was Rosas first day when I went in to complain that they switched me without telling me. Cost me over $2000 for a hotel bc I was supposed to have a place to move in early to mid-October and I had stopped looking elsewhere. $300 is the least they can do for such deception.

Roaches nonstop. The leasing office is full of the most useless people I have ever met. The pools are nasty and far from luxury. Gym is never cleaned. Bathrooms are missing light fixtures for years. Nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. I know of multiple residents that left due to poor maintenance. Avoid this place like the plague. The leasing office is a revolving door of lazy employees.

Been here a month going on 2 months and I love my apartment . Only reason I m giving 3 stars is because my building (600) ALWAYS has dog poop every where sidewalk/grass. Dog owner never picks it up one day pop was on the sidewalk very disgusting . I ve witnessed with my own eyes owner letting his dogs poop and didn t pick it up . Other than that the community and apts are very nice I would ve rated it a 6 star if the poop wasn t so bad .

Called for information and the first lady was talking and then the hold music came on then hung up. Callback and the agent Silva answered the phone like she was annoyed. Please hire people that are people centered for your property I was a potential prospect but the way they spoke to me told me everything I needed to know about the snobby entitled office staff. Go some where else that appreciates people and their money not folks that just work to build their ego.

I lived here from March 2022 to March 2023. No complaints. Fast forward to late January 2024, I get a notification about a report on my credit. Its a balance owed from here. I called all February leaving messages for the property manager Michelle to return my calls. Late February Rosa gave me the email for Michelle, I emailed her trying to see why no one contacted me in regards to the balance. No response, at this point its expected. Shes clearly not the best at communicating. I called again and Rosa finally emailed me the breakdown of the balance they claimed I owed. The information is incorrect, which is probably why Michelle wont speak to me. I provided the correct date of when I moved out to Rosa via email with proof. She claimed she was going to speak to Michelle and call me back, didnt happen. Falsely reporting a debt is shameful. So now Im going to seek legal counsel since they are aware of the inaccurate information and wont do anything about it. Crazy part is they confirmed my phone number and email in their system but no one contacted me about the balance. Hopefully they get better management and stop reporting false information.

Management ultimately makes me give these nicely renovated apartments a 1 star!! I love my apartment and I enjoy living in it but I ultimately chose this apartment complex because my friend was promised to receive a 1k referral fee. Everything went well but fast forward to 6 months now and my friend never got the referral money. We spoke to the office many times about this and the lady we spoke to just kept giving us excuse after excuse. And fidgeting with her computer. Just showing us our lease and speaking nonsense. Ultimately she said the paperwork was lost and we should have had the paper work. Keep in mind they never gave us any copies!!! On top of that my friend who has been living there for the same time was also told her information was not in the system. So tell me how the negligence of the office and them losing our paperwork is our fault. A lot of false promises and they try to come up with any excuse to put the fault onto the resident. Stop making false promises about referrals if your not gonna keep them. It s that simple. I haven t had issues with the new gate system but it s funny how for 6 months they advertised that it was a gated community but the gate never worked and now people are having issues with it and cars are getting towed. Lovely apartments but there are roaches. Move in if you expect not to have to ask management for anything. The community is also nice. I haven t had any major issues with neighbors.

We ve been living here for almost three years and we ve seen a few management companies transition here. We had a major issue with our renewal process that started to escalate into a heated discussion because a lot of emotions get involved when your home has come into question, with very little time for a plan B. The ladies in the leasing office (Michelle Guerra and Rosa Barrera) were the Supermodels for customer service. They allowed my wife and I to express our problem, then allowed us to calm down, then they expressed that they understood our grievance, and told us that they would do everything to help us and will work for us. They got to us in less than 24hrs. With complete resolution to the issue. And because of their excellent service and attention to our needs, we have definitely renewed our 3rd lease here! We really appreciate Michelle and Rosa, for making us feel like we truly mattered!

My first impression as I attempted to reach to the office was not a good one. I would hate to have to deal with this type of customer service living here. I called just to inquire about their property and it seemed as if it was a bother to answer any of my questions. My initial concern or red flag was when I had to ask what their name was as the caller. My approach to the conversation was very friendly which wasn t reciprocated by the office staff on the other line. I just refuse to spend my funds with rude and inconsiderate individuals.

I have lived here since 2019 in two different townhomes and I have seen the staff change COUNTLESS times I don t even know who manages the place anymore. I went in and spoke to a man named Ricky about moving out of my current townhome and into an apartment which is a transfer and he said he d let me know what he can do in a day or two well it s been a week and I have called multiple times and left a voicemail and emailed both Ricky and the leasing office itself and no one seems to care to get back to me after I have been a loyal resident since way before the apartments were even built. Had to endure all the loud commotion daily of them being built across from me but I never said a word and I have always paid my rent on time in all the years I have lived here. It s a shame they don t want to take care of the people who have been living here the longest I m sure they d rather have new residents moving in and out and make more money that way. I have never left a review like this ever but I m heartbroken that a place I have called home for so long won t even give me the time of day.

Some of the nicest apartments that I have been in. I m a traveling superintendent for a design build Constuction company based out of FL where I work from state to state at a minimum of a year and a half in each area. I found this apt through a broker and I have been here a year and it s one of the best complex that I have rented. I can honestly call it my second home. The residence is clean and the Apt staff is fantastic. Just renewed my lease and I will be saddened when my project is over and I ll have to leave.. Big call out to DJ. She is great to work with and always has a smile on her face. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The viewing of the unit was a good one. Professional and answered all of my questions. The model is much nicer than my unit, but I hear that upgrades and updates are on the way and they will work with tenants already in place at getting their unit updated! That was great to hear! I had quite a few issues that needed addressing and I had a difficult time getting in touch due to people being out and some changes in staffing. I stayed patient and within one week all of my issues were rectified. I am confident that this team will stay on top of issues and get things handled as needed. With a smile! Which is nice, because we all have so much going on in our lives that is hard to deal with, the last thing we want to deal with are maintenance issues at our homes, am I right!?! Applied for an apartment, was told I was approved and never received any follow up after multiple calls to the leasing office. Crystal comes off as rude and dismissive when asking questions, but not necessarily willing to help if you are working with another leasing agent. Diana never followed up after application approval. DJ was the agent that toured me and she was very pleasant and informative and the updated apartments look great, but the process moving forward has been terrible.

Was told after a tour what the rent would be in detail!! Came back 3 hours later and another very rude office lady told me no way that was not the case! Even on the website the price was listed as the one I was quoted so who knows! To top it off the lady would not let my friend and her three year old wait 5 minutes for me IN the lobby out of the heat when we had a 1 o clock appointment !! Seriously ! Dont move here!! Lots of maggots issues. We moved on January and since then we had maggots issues 3 times. Hundreds in the apartment because the trash were not picked up on time. The maggots got on the carpets and now we have to get that fixed with our expense and time. The carpet cleaner came and did a poor job. And was in a rush didnt even clean all parts of the carpet. After he left we still saw maggots coming out of the carpet. The office never answers your call. Waiting for the lease to end so we can get out of this place!!

I am simply changing my review because I have been waiting 3+ WEEKS to find out if I was approved or denied on my application. I have had to either text or call to get an ETA of NOTHING EVERY WEEK. This last time I text on Monday and waited an additional 3 days and STILL NOTHING. I called again today and no one answered. So basically I wasted my time and the application fee. I was really hoping to have a great experience with this place but I will go elsewhere for better communication. Be careful before signing!! A 12 month lease is actually a 13 month lease, which my wife and I have found out the hard way. Even after paying a prorated amount at the start of our lease and being told by the manager and assistant manager that it was a 12 month lease, we are being charged for 13 months in addition to the prorated amount. We feel swindled and I wouldn t doubt that they do this all the time. Read the fine print and make sure if you want 12 months they don t add an extra month and then blame the lease company that they can t change anything. Better yet, maybe see if there s another apartment complex. In addition to being swindled on the lease aspect, they re unresponsive with emails, and when we told them there were 6 wasps that got into our place while we were out of town we were told we d have to wait until the following Tuesday for the pest control, or they could call them to make a special trip (which would come out of our pocket) and no one actually called.

If you are considering leasing here, dont! The current management staff (Lead Equity) is atrocious. They never respond to your calls or messages and when they do they dont have the information you need to resolve any issues. We paid for 3 years of pest control and had a roach infested apartment. Bad tenants also - cops have knocked on our door several times looking for people having domestic violence fights and 1 time carbon monoxide poisoning in our building from a careless tenant they did not evict. The gates are always broken. Make sure you get everything in writing from them. They like to make up charges and leave them on your door. Rates change like the Texas weather.

Late to the review on this as I stayed for six months in 2019. As others, received bills for just 3 days after moving in. Had to pay for last renters month of services I guess! Constant dead rat smell in one of our bathroom vents, staff couldn t do anything about it. If any neighbors smoked inside we could smell it a LOT. Tried to jack rent sky high so we left. Didn t even get our deposit back after only six months. Place was cleaner when we left it than got it, what a waste of time. Decent place and area. Randos use our pool all the time though. Matthew Perez was last decent manager during that time of turn over after turn over in management.

We moved in July this year and the property is nice and the leasing agents are good people but We have had a bad experience here with maintenance issues in our townhome. First it is very hard to get ahold of the office. Phones arent answered or emailed arent responded. I had a continual water leak going into my bathroom. And sent many emails and work orders to get it done. It took almost 2 months to get it addressed but i have now paid 2 high water bills because of there lack of urgency to take care of water leaks so now everyone leaving here has to pay for the extra water used for 2 months. I also had mold inside my ac unit from the water damage and every time we turn on the ac it smells horrible. So they came back out cleaned the mold and painted over the mold. But my ac still smells. Cant turn on the heat or the ac for over a month. We cant live comfortably here and the management couldnt do anything about it but bandaid an issue. My wifes pregnant and we cant live here. If you dont mind things not being fixed then move here. Update They are now trying to get everything right but too late I am forced to leave this place. They arent taking care of the issues by professionals They just try to paint over it with kilts. I had to clean all the grills and unit with mold cleaner myself but the unit still smells badly They wait until I move out to fix the issue. But almost a month later and unit now smells like carpet cleaner and wet dog still.

Don t move here. This place has gone downhill since I moved in over a year ago. When we first got here the management was great. It wasn t perfect but I felt heard and most importantly my issues were addressed. Now when I go to management with concerns I get the politest brush offs. The maintenance crew does not speak English so trying to get our issues expressed to them is non existent if you don t speak Spanish. The gate that is supposed to protect our community has not worked since new management has taken over. The emergency number is clearly not for emergencies when you need to leave a message. I am 1000% sure the touring experience is wonderful, Lynwood is a nice guy. But the actual tenant experience is just subpar.

Although the office staff are nice & friendly.. it s very difficult to reach the staff. Phones and emails are never answered. We have been having a leak issue from another townhome into our space which had lead to high water bills & it took 2 months to get it resolved and now there s mold due to it which just keeps getting painted over. We haven t been able to use the ac/heat due to a bad smell that still isn t resolved. Walls are super thin and Can hear everything as well as dogs barking and crying in the middle of the night. The property overall is decent, and the staff (when ahold of them) are friendly, but there s a lot of work to be done to make this place an amazing place to live. I wish there was more they can do.

The apartment complex was very nice and the upkeep was amazing. We moved to our mom here and she loves it. Lynwood Monroe was great with us throughout the entire process. As usual, the pre-leasing phase was great. I moved in and the service level has done a complete 180. Simply put, i was in my unit for less than 2 weeks. I received a notice in my door that my water bill was $83. 12 days $83? I have sent numerous emails to my leasing agent and the manager l. I have called the office and never receive a live person. I simply want to understand how 12 days, 4 of which i was out of town consecutive weekends, equates to $83. Otherwise, I have no issues. The walls are paper thin, but it s apartment living.

Experience is not a good one at this point. I have reached out to the office several times; including Lead Equity with no response. There has been an extreme safety issue with my apartment, occurring over the past few weeks, that I have brought to anyones attention who will listen. Has it been fixed? I dont know. Has it not happened the past couple of days, no. That does nothing for the anxiety caused by wandering daily if someone has come to check it out due to not receiving any correspondence outside of the 2nd time the issue was reported. The lack of communication from all working within the office and Lead Equity is concerning. The fact that for months, residents have not had the opportunity to submit online maintenance requests and have to call the office only to be at the mercy of those who dont answer the phone is further disheartening. By the way, requests have gone unanswered since I moved in last September up until present day. Please dont include the canned response with phone number for me to call. No one will answer/return the call! I want out of this place at the end of my lease term. My experience is my experience. I just caution all to be careful when selecting these apartments. Looks can be very deceiving. For the price, what you get is so out of alignment.

Me my mom and my lil brother all recently moved to the complex, no I might not be a adult but I know this place is awesome! I grew up and not really places I can call home but when I moved here I never wanna leave. Its so beautiful, so peaceful, yes our balcony is facing construction but its not like they are loud and one day they will have so much more great stuff. I got to meet the staff myself, and I loved them they are so sweet, and they themselves get along so well! The lady who helped my mom lived there herself and she truly understood what we needed. The actual town homes are gorgeous on the inside very modern and cozy, much bigger to where I used to live. My lil brother is 2 and has recently fallen down the stairs and luckily their stairs has railing! I feel so safe getting home from school! All I wanna do is stay in and chillax with the window and blinds open to see the sunset! I really never wanna leave its like paradise

Recently moved here about a month ago, and all I can say is forget the bad reviews and come see about the Carriage Homes on the Lake for yourself. Carolina made the application/move-in experience seamless. Taylor (the manager) is extra helpful and the maintenance are always on call. I gave 4 stars because its only been a month :) but I have no complaints so far. Be mindful of the stairs and furniture, I had to have my sectional moved in over the balcony, not because it cant fit inside but because it wouldnt fit around the corner of the stairs in the entrance. I moved out of a house into my townhome here and it feels like a little house with all the amenities and 2 car garage. For me its quiet, tranquil hearing/seeing the lake outside my windows and located near a lot of convenient restaurants and stores I frequent.

When I was looking at properties due to a job relocation from Louisiana to the Garland area, I toured properties in Rock Wall, Rowlett, Richardson, Wylie and in Garland. When I met with the staff here, I told Kevin what I was looking for and he toured me in one of the units matching my preferences. Unlike all the other places, when I walked through the apartment, I knew I found home. The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed, very safe and secure, and has a beautiful view of the lake and fountain. The community here is quiet, very respectful of one another and feels like we re set apart from the hustle of this busy city in an area easily accessible to all major highways, shopping areas, restaurants, etc. After a busy day at work, I love to sit on the balcony and listen to the sound of the fountain, watch the sun set and just feel at home. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for home......it is the perfect little community, remotely set apart, gated for security and beautifully designed! The office staff are awesome, very responsive to my needs, prompt in arranging any maintenance issue, and make every effort to accommodate in any way........I found home here and sincerely give the highest rating in each of these areas!

I would like to take the time out to Thank Carriage Homes OnThe Lake and it s Awesome Staff. Mrs. Amber, the Property Manager and her leasing Agent are always on Top of our safety and our needs! The property is always Clean and Very inviting. I d like to also mention the Maintenance Crew! They always have our grounds clean and the Pool squeaky Clean! The place is awesome! Its practically new, so everything is taken care off. I love my apartment setting, I have too much room and storage. The washer and dryer help me save time and having a garage is awesome too. The staff is super friendly. And the maintenance crew is the best one Ive met so far. They get everything done at the time you put a request and theyre super professional. This new management is awesome! Definitely worth it

I have lived here for 3 years and love it as much now as I did 3 years ago. The new management by far has been the best yet, extremely helpful with a sincere desire to ensure the residents are happy. Never have had any issues with maintenance requests, or receiving responses to my questions. I encourage everyone to experience this place when they have an opportunity. The grounds are well kept, the staff is extremely professional and they provide exceptional customer service. I absolutely love calling this place my home!

I scheduled an appointment online on Tuesday to view a unit and the property on Saturday at 3pm. I contacted the leasing office on Wednesday with some questions and spoke with Victor who seemed very helpful and pleasant. He answered my questions and even went a step further to ask the name of my employer as he would check to see if they are a preferred employer for their property. I am guessing for discount purposes. I provided him the name and he stated that he would need to check with someone else and that they were currently in a meeting but he would call me back shortly. Well, that was Wednesday and today is Saturday, the day of my viewing and still no return call. I left a message for Victor on Friday at 4pm to follow up and requested a call back. I attempted to call back at 5:30 but again no answer. It is now Saturday and still no return call. Are you seeing the same pattern here that I am seeing? They rarely answer the phone and they do not return your calls. This shows me their lack of care for potential residents who are interested in their property. I also read the multiple bad reviews (way more unfavorable then favorable) and fully understand and BELIEVE them. If they dismiss potential residents like myself then I can only imagine how they must treat current residents. Due to this experience I called the leasing office (and of course no answer) and left a message requesting to cancel my 3pm appointment also stating why. I will not waste any of my time here! Very unprofessional way to run a business! The corporate office should be reading the reviews because they DO matter.

We tried twice to come for a tour and look at floor plans. The first time there was a sign saying We ll be back at 3:10 . There was no one there by 3:20 so we left and got lunch. We came back at 4:30 and the person whom I guess was the leasing agent left the building just as we pulled up. We waiting a few minutes then the maintenance man let us into the office to wait. We waited 15 minutes, the maintenance man came back and told us they re not doing anymore tours today and can we come back tomorrow. We re in town for 1 day to house hunt and they lost us. The maintenance man was courteous and helpful, but when you can t count on people to actually run the office, that s not a place we want to live.

This apartments are not worth the cost!! Its next to an senior living facility so frequent sirens going off, you hear your neighbors conversations while inside of your personal home along with smells of smoke through the vents, if your neighbors smoke. The garages are so loud & nosey you hear every time they open & close. No one ever answers the phone in the office & now they have valet trash pick @ $25 monthly however trash is never picked up. For the cost, you can find something w/ less noise, cheaper valet trash (thats picked up frequently) & a better floor plans!! Nothing spectacular in regards to the amenities either...

Suicide next door! Moved in a couple months after they opened. The property and vibe was awesome thats what attracted us. Informing us of the other pool and the rest of the property that was going to be built within the next couple of months.... A year past and no pool nor the rest of the property was built, our guess because they went through management every 6 months. Our new neighbor of 2 weeks committed suicide (28 bluffwalk dr). I had just gotten home from being out around 4:30pm and i immediately called my husband (bc im paranoid) and informed him of a strange smell that i smelled and how light headed i felt,i opened all windows and doors and he told me to touch the neighbors garage because it smelled like exhaust, and expressed that i feared there was a car on inside a garage bc it smelled like exhaust, unfortunately i checked the wrong neighbors garage. I called management to tell them right away what i smelled and they said they would send over someone in the golf cart, they sent Stanley who just waved at me while i was in the balcony, made a u-turn and left. At 6:15pm when my husband got home from work, as soon as he turned off his vehicle, he said i hear an engine, touched our other neighbors garage and it was boiling hot. after calling the police it was confirmed she indeed commit suicide in her garage.Management should of had keys to the garages that were just built months back, but NO the guy at the office said they didnt have keys to the garage, he went back to look for the extra keys to the home, by then police came and luckily the front door was left open. The fire department had to clear out the WHOLE building for HOURS due to the fact that co2 was present. Fire fighters told us we were all LUCKY that this didnt happen at night bc the closest neighbors would have dies in our sleep since there were no co2 alarms. After this event some management was moved to another location, nothing was added like maybe a carbon monoxide alarm to prevent this from happening or if it is happening to notify residents of co2 inside their home if this ever happened again. As a paranoid person this by far was the worst case senario for me, but it didnt seem this was enough for management to do anything, to make a move and say maybe we need to get a protocol in place if this ever happens again and that told me everything about them as a company. We were also told , (when asking if a maintenance guy could come and check something out early morning)that the daughter of the ceo of the company was living in the building across the pool, and since she had to see the pool everyday and also like tanning there every morning, that unfortunately that was his #1 priority every single morning, to clean the pool. The one thing we were adimit before we moved in were the walls, bc we had issues in the apartments before. Noise cancellation walls were a no go. They promised and promised, the whole time i recorded videos and sent them to management you can hear dogs bark, kids crying, and even regular conversations from our neighbors. Overall management keeps changing but thats all the change there is.

I will be living here for a year in November. I have enjoyed my time here so much that I renewed for another year. Neighbors keep to themselves, as well as the staff. The staff will send letters when needed, and maintenance does their job. I have only submitted two service requests, and both times maintenance responded quickly. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and it still is. Parking is not an issue, because we have a garage FOR FREE. There are many communities that will add on to the rent amount, because of the convenience or luxury of an attached garage. The only downside I have (as I have had at previous communities) is that you can hear your neighbors. I can hear them slam the cabinet doors, and slam the front door, faintly hear neighbors garage doors opening and closing, and the occasional music. Dogs are normal around here, so I do hear barking outside. I would encourage anyone to move here, but know what youre moving into and ask questions before you sign the paperwork. I hate seeing poor reviews about the staff, because of people making mistakes. The staff has a policy for everything, and that policy has to stay the same for everyone.

Do not move here. Yes, they look nice on the outside but are a nightmare on the inside. We were honestly ready to move out on our second week. Here are some things that we experienced while working there. - walls are so thin that you can hear every single thing from you neighboors. Floors have bubbles and are uneven. -no cabinet space and bathroom was tiny! - the bathroom always smell like pee even after it was clean! ( something wrong with toilet) - Management was horrible at the beginning, never fixed anything that was asked and they changed to a new manager and it got a little better but it was too late. - only one option of cable ( frontier which is aweful as well as city of garland light) - everytime it would rain, there would be a LOT of caterpillars that would made their way in the apartment and we even had one in our bed! To pay almost $1,200 for one bedroom apartment with all these issues was not worth it. Just save yourself a headache and live somewhere else.

I used to like this apartments when I moved in almost 2 years ago They have been changing managers like crazy the last manager we have right now she make us feel uncomfortable living here she buts noticed with kicking us out if we dont pay our rent and me I have never been late on the rent they but it on our doors on the second of each month I went in and talk to the manager and she said its nothing but a reminder and it feels like she just want to make issues and dramas with us I recommend not to move in those apartments

Filled out an application with them. In the app it says they can charge you $50 and I signed it and I take full responsibility for signing that. While they were doing my background check I decided to live somewhere else. So they ran my credit/ background without receiving the $50. Suddenly without a mail notice or phone call they turned me over to a debt collector. Again, I received no warning that I even owed them $50; not a single phone call, email or piece of mail. I am actually happy now that I did not live there since the management clearly pulls stunts like this regularly. I will never live there or any of city gate groups properties.

Esthetically these apartments are very nice. When we first moved in about a year ago, we were told by management that they had extra sound barriers between the walls. Well- this may be the noisiest place we have ever lived. We hear doors shut, cabinets, we can hear our neighbors conversations clearly. It is absolutely crazy. Weve also had notices on our door more than once saying if we dont pay rent we need to leave by a certain date, but we always pay our rent early. Just seems very unorganized. If you want to live in peace, do not live here.

we used to like our apartment even though u hear your neighbors conversations and dog, but tonight neighbors on the back side moved in at 11:00pm and started making a lot of noise and when the garage opens, the whole bed room shakes. everything in my apartment shakes when they walk or move stuff. it is1:30 am now and my 7 momth baby woke up and we cant sleep because i think our new neighbors want to make sure they unpack all their stuff before sleeing i dont know what to do it has been only two months here and i wanna move out me and my baby cant live in this noise. poorly built apartments i hate it.
