They do not have the volume turned on. They have other music going on the bartenders are not attentive to your needs, pass it up and go somewhere else like Twin Peaks

We came in to watch the fight tonight and Kaitlin y was our server she was very attentive, amazing and even recommended food items off the menu for us. We never went without anything ,On top of that we didn t have to ask for anything she brought everything we needed before even having to ask. If I was a manager, she is definitely someone I would want to have as an employee.

One girl kept coming back and forth, saw us walk in and never bothered to wait on us. For like 10-15 min! She was too busy walking around cleaning off tables to wait on ppl that just walked in. Others were talking about it as well! Finally we got a nice server that came over and took care of us from the other side. Usually have no complaints but today was bad service.

Went in to watch the Stanley cup game. Had to track down someone to turn the game on. Instant attitude from the manager. Turned on the game with no sound. When asked to turn the sound on they went to the extreme and blasted the sound. Waitstaff was slow to even acknowledge our existence let alone get us drinks. Mind you it was Tuesday, at one point we were the only ones there so really no excuse. I dont leave reviews but this was uncalled for. Wont be back.

The food was either under-seasoned or over-seasoned. The meat was dry, the pretzels were drowning in oil. My sliders were cold, the waitress didn t check drinks unless asked, and didn t offer to-go boxes, just took my partner s almost full bowl of macaroni and put everyone s stuff on it, after I paid. Took the waitress more than 15 minutes to run three simple tickets. Another waitress yelled at everyone to finish and leave. Very odd and generally unpleasant experience, even for a bar, which isn t asking for much.

A year ago I had rated this place 5 stars all the way. The food and atmosphere is still 5 stars. However the service is really lacking. We arrived at 4:30pm and it was on a busy St. Pattys day night. We expected some wait but not what we actually experienced. First waitress was great and checked on us regularly as much as possible with the crowd. She told us it was time for a shift change and asked us to cash out with her. We were ready to order food but paid out with her thinking the next waitress would be there soon. She was not there soon and actually never came to our table. Our previous waitress came by to pick up her tip and we asked her then how much longer it would be and she seemed surprised we had not seen the new waitress yet. The new waitress finally came out took our food order and my husbands beer order. After awhile she came back out to ask my husband what his beer order was because she had forgot. After waiting awhile longer our food finally came out but was missing toppings that the menu said was included on the items plus our modifications. Modifications being missed is completely understandable but things listed on the menu I feel should be there unless otherwise specified. My husband had to go to the bar to ask for the missing items as well as napkins and silverware. The waitress saw him asking for items and got irritated and told him and the bar tender she was working on it. After another long wait we finally received the missing food items and silverware but never any napkins. When she brought them out though she hurriedly set them on the table and left. We finished eating and never saw her again. We waited for awhile for the check but finally cashed out at the bar. I was never offered something to drink once I placed my food order. Worst service I have experienced at Shenanigans and possibly San Angelo. I get with holidays especially St. Pattys day bars will definitely be busy. Three hours for food orders and two beers for two people still seems a little extreme to me.

Not the place if you just want to do a little day drinking during the week. Servers can apparently only serve certain tables and, if the server for your particular table is visiting at another table. In all fairness, if you are looking for a place to watch a popular for the day sports game, this might be the place. It is huge and seemed to have a TV every six feet. The worst service I have ever received! Very disappointing to say the least. Didnt see server for over 30 minutes tried to go get drink refills at bar and wasnt allowed to order and pay there they said they would find server and send her over. I was well served even though they were about to close down in 15 minutes on veterans day. That rideye sliced stake was awesome. Definitely stopping by tonight to watch the ufc fight. Please get that Ribeye steak ready. Good job guys especially the Hispanic guy who recommended the steak. He definitely should be a manager. Good interaction, definitely knew I was from out of town and reacted to it. Coming from a 15 years experience as a marketing manager to a support manager, regional coordinator and my vast experience I was very impressed. I have never left such a long review. Good job dude.

If you want to watch sports or a ppv event, this establishment will get that done for you. Word of advice, keep the drinks simple if you want it to taste properly and be prepared to wait a little longer than expected. The appetizers left a lot to be desired. The calamari was absolutely distasteful. The chicken taquitos were amazing. Chicken nachos were sub-par and needed more toppings. There are plenty of tvs with a variety of sports and other events on. A little loud at times, but thats to be expected at a sports bar. One more tip, ask if the pool table works before you put quarters in it.

Upon entry we werent greeted and just sat ourselves after finding someone to ask if we seat ourselves. We never received any silverware and only after we got our meals, we then had to ask. We ordered our appetizer, the pretzel bites were tasty. Our entrees however were another story. I ordered mac and cheese with brisket, it was so salty, I couldnt eat it and it was listed under a Shans favorite. My friend ordered the pulled pork sliders. When it arrived it was a pulled pork sandwich..The waitress kindly obliged and corrected the error. Once the sliders arrived, they were all disheveled and cold and missing the cheese. They were awful, her onion rings were cold also. Our waitress was kind and asked if there was anything she could do. She was timely with bringing our check and to go boxes. Just not the experience one would have expected from their tagline of best little bar in Texas or whatever it was.

Amazing bar. Tons of tvs usually on sports of some sort from golf to the big fights and NFL. Very nice. The restaraunt and food is amazing. Im a repeat, repeat customer. Lol. Kids welcome until a certain time. Im a mother and can tell you, this is a safe place especially during the day. I wouldnt think twice about taking my kid in. Staff is perfect, waitresses are always on the lookout for anyone who needs a drink. Bartenders are very nice. Prices are great and competitive. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

Its a good place to go for a meal and a couple of drinks IF THEYRE NOT REALLY BUSY. Prime rib on Friday and Saturday thats worth stopping in for. If theyre busy theres a chance your food will arrive at your table stone cold! We waited 45 minutes the other night for our dinner and the waitress kept coming by to apologize for the wait after I flagged her down the 1st time, and right as we were fixing to leave the food arrived. It was stone cold, not because it took so long to fill orders ahead of ours but because it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for the staff to bring it to the table. Other menu items will vary from day to day as well, they arent consistent. I might go back, but more likely to find another place. They really need to fire the kitchen and serving staff

Waitresses are rude and managment is terrible. If they mess up your order theyll treat you as though you did wrong for complaining. Also if the waitresses are being rude and you call them on it, the managment will either kick you out or force you to apologize to them. Overall I would say it isnt a worthwhile experience if your expecting to be treated respectfully. Sadly there isnt a 0 stars option because thats what they really deserve.
