Waitresses were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The food was delicious. Parking: Parking is available all around the restaurant. Several spaces assigned for pick up orders. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant has several handicap assigned parking spaces and ramp entrance into the building.

We have never had chili s so for my girlfriend s birthday we decided to try it out we ordered chicken quesadillas, chicken pasta, sides of loaded mashed potatoes, loaded mac and cheese, and fries the wait for the food was pretty quick which surprised me since we ordered some what of a lot of food and well once we tried the food we found out why the wait was quick the food was cold and not just that the pasta itself was undercooked. It was so chewy and cold that we didn t end up eating it and well the only decent thing was the quesadillas and fries but besides that everything else was unappetizing. I ended up paying 67 dollars for everything which I found to be unfair for what we got and the quality we got it at. I wouldn t try this restaurant again and don t recommend it the staff were pretty nice though.

Im out of town, staying in a local hotel. We ordered Chilis To Go tonight, 1 Sante Fe salad and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The order was ready within minutes, we parked and checked in, and the order was brought out in less than a minute. Our hotel is about 2 miles away. We promptly opened our meals, and the salad was already wilted. The chicken was definitely not freshly cooked, looked like precooked and sliced in prep for salads and was very dry and flavorless. I opened the dressing container to find sour cream, so I was left with dry greens, and dry chicken, with no dressing. The buffalo chicken on the sandwich was ok, but there was no ranch on the sandwich as advertised and overall, it was dry as well. Our experience may have been better if we chose to eat in vs taking it to go, but other than the promptness of service, I cant say Id recommend this Chilis To Go.

This Chilis was amazing. Great customer service, our waitress was very attentive and nice, food came out quick and was delicious. There shark bite margaritas were so freaking good. I had 5 of them . Definitely will keep going back. Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus so it makes it easier for them to choose what they want and on back of menu it has activities for them to do while they wait.

Food was good but not the best quality. Service was bad, the server we had needs more training and took about 10 minutes to tend us when we arrived and we waited around for our check at the end because the kiosk had the wrong order. The cups need to be cleaned properly!! They have so much residue and build up that you can scrape it off with your nail. Please replace the cups or properly clean and sanitize!

1st, it was packed so maybe it was the reason the waitress was not so friendly. We ordered 2 soups and chips and salsa, the chips arrived quickly but the soups arrived when the burgers did. The burgers and soups were cold. The cheese on the burger wasnt even melted. How do you bring cold soup and cold burgers but the french fries are piping hot. The waitress never came back to check if we needed refills, napkins or just anytime else until she brought the bill. And this was just the first time, the 2nd time going to this Chilis location was no different.

We have visited this location twice. Each time service has been lackluster. To be fair the server was gracious, prompt and took our order. With a couple of simple modifications. Well-done burger, No mustard, add mayo. Lemon for the iced tea. Nothing out of the ordinary. The food arrived quickly, which was fantastic. Our drinks were almost empty. We asked for additional napkins, and refills, the server acknowledged our requests then left. Refills and napkins never came, and our modifications except for a well-done burger were never addressed. Trying to hunt down our waitress after the food drop off was a challenge, our food was getting cold waiting for the missing condiments. Finally, we asked another server for help. Meanwhile, we are sitting with every dish on our crowded table. Pre-bussing seems to be a problem for restaurants these days. We stacked our dishes as a hint, they were eventually removed by another server. The napkins and refills never came. Our waiter surfaced eventually, just in time for the check. We tipped of course, but felt a little defeated. I felt the visit was not worth feeling this way. Eating out is a luxury these days, for most families. Whats the point of eating out, if this is going to be the new norm? Waiting tables is not easy, but the basics of service are lacking. Service is key for return visits, maybe after some time this location will improve. Until then, we will stick to dinner at home.

We have eaten here many times satisfactorily but this time was a disaster. I ordered a scotch on the rocks with a short glass of water on the side. I receiv ed a large tumbler of water. Our freinds ordered whiskey with diet Coke in tall glasses. They came in short whiskey glasses. Our food was excessively spicy. We were then totally abandoned and could not get our waiter and apprentice. We sought out other staff because we had waited so long we were gping to just leave! Finally they were flagged down but our freinds had fout drinks charged. After more waiting we finally got to leave. We live at Alamo Country Club so Chilis is a logical close place to dine but a pleasant experience is a must !!!

This is my favorite chilis restaurant. I have eaten at multiple ones in Texas and they consistently are the best! I am picky, in that I like my food hot and fresh. Thats the main thing for me and I have yet to receive a luke warm or cold meal. So far it has been piping hot every time! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! Service is also good here. Good job!

My first time stepping into Chilis in Alamo, a waitress by the name Jadyn was on key point when it came to taking orders, very professional and amazing attitude, uniform was on point communication skills a 10/10!!! Overall a 10/10 for her Cooks did amazing when it came to our food Fresh!!!! Well cooked and prepped!!! Breathtaking presentation when served!!! Sirloin steak was legendary and just what the customer ordered Texas cheese fries were bomb and full of flavor, very tasty Molten cake was a sight!!!!! Very well put together and delicious!!! Team work is of the chart, with orders being served left and right Everyone putting in there fair share of hard work Atmosphere and environment was Epic!!!! Clean!!!! Very very clean!!!! Food is good but service is HORRIBLE. Been here 3 times on separate occasions and every time the service has been bad. Contrary to my Weslaco, Tx. Chilis experience, this Chilis was good all around. The only thing is that it was a bit loud but its not a library right? so I cant blame Chilis. But I got a Classic Sirloin, my daughter got the corn, tenders and fries and my wife got a Pene Pasta and we were all happy about them. Parking: Was a little difficult but parking was still available on the sides of the building.

SUPER Watered down drinks & when I tried to let them know of it they just wanted to charge for a double when it literally just tasted like cranberry juice. The staff needs to retrain on how to deliver drinks cause seeing my drink being dropped off with their hands all over the top rim was disgusting.Our waitress was horrible never came back to the table to give us anything really, had to ask other servers, overall just sucked & disappointed.
