Recently stayed over the weekend and the customer service that was provided by Jay was amazing cant complain. Rooms were lovely. Area felt safe. Pool was nice we had it all to ourselves.

No Breakfast. The service desk was quick to help in giving us what was missing from the room. There werent enough pillows or towels - 2 roaches and the floor of the bathtub is cracked.

This hotel needs to shut down. Thats it thats all. First off no customer service, i had got a room on 02/20/24 and the room i got had roaches and bedbugs on the bed, i even had to kill couple roaches before heading to the front office to ask for a change of rooms coz i was like its maybe they dont get alot of customers thats why they rooms gat roaches. So i gat to the front office and the hotel owener was trying to charge me $20 extra for a change of rooms.long story short, he started saying if you dont pay the $20 extra get tf out my hotel! Like what? Thats how yoyu treat customers of color? You should feel sorry for yourself. Thats y the property is in dire need of reenovations. Safety: WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

We have been traveling to the valley for the last 35 yrs. I believe we have stayed here maybe 5 times. Our last stay was on 01/15 and 01/16/2024. It had been maybe a few years since we stayed there. I cannot believe how this motel has deteriorated!! There was a horrible smell to the room. Shame on me for staying there. It was cold those days and we just put up with it. The worst part was we were bit by bed bugs. Never again. And when they cleaned the room, no changing the sheets or blankets. Horrible service.

We got a really good price online. Location is a bit sketchy. The room is in decent shape. If you need to come through and need a place to stay, this spot will be OK. I d do it again. The front desk guy was good with us. Quick speedy check in!

Appalling Experience - Discrimination and False Claims I recently had the most distressing experience during my stay at this establishment, largely due to the behavior of the management staff, particularly Juan. The level of service I received was nothing short of terrible, but whats even more alarming is the blatant discrimination I faced. Upon checking in, I was profiled and denied access to my room simply because of the color of my skin. Juan, the manager on duty, seemed to have a problem with me from the moment I stepped in. He later used a completely false excuse to justify kicking me out - claiming my dog was in the room, even though my dog was never actually inside. This incident left me feeling humiliated, targeted, and deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan and the management team. Its truly disheartening to see such discriminatory behavior persist in this day and age. I urge the management to take immediate action against Juans actions, as they are completely unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of this establishment. Discrimination should never be tolerated, and I hope this review prompts the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

it was horrible dont waste your money. they racial profiled us, his ego was to big to except that he needed to be more nice, most rude guy, when we tried to ask for a different room thats all he could offer us. he said they put the horrible and broken TVs in the cheap and awful rooms, the room smelt like smoke, theres a cockroach infestation. theres when we asked for a refund because he said we cant stay there his words were, i will not be giving you your refund nor let you stay in the room. This place is horrible there was horrible customer service, and his name is Eric. In his own words he said I put the bad tv In the worst rooms and there was no tv remote and the room smelled like smoke. When we tried to ask for a new room, he said that all he could offer us. We feel racially profiled and he said we are not allowed to go there anymore. We will not be returning to this hotel and I suggest you not to either.

Even though we can tell they maintained it with the chlorine, the pool was green. It hadnt been cleaned yet, and we found a cigarette bud inside. There were also no coffee pots in any of our rooms. The blow dryer in one of the rooms wasnt working. The entrance doesnt look too welcoming and a bit shady, but the gentleman that was at the lobby was very nice. Rooms: Rooms are nice and cool, and they looked clean, just some of the appliances werent there, or not working or look old. Safety: The probation building and juvenile detention center are right across the street. Food and drinks: There are a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and Expy 77, all within a 5 minute radius.

This place is horrible. Do not spend your money here. The first room had water all over the floor. TV did not work and there are no lamps in the rooms. Its either have the bright ceiling lights on or sit in the dark. Went to office to ask if they had any rooms that didnt have water on the floor and a working TV. The front desk seemed like I was interrupting him and his phone call on his laptop. When I told him about the issues he said so what do you want me to do? Do you want a towel or something? I said another room . He gave me the key and said nothing and turned his back to me. Then he turned around and said you can go. I went to the new room no lamps( according to him there are no lamps on the property), there was no microwave whichthe other did have one. The doors had peeled paint on them like a dog had been in there scrapping the paint off. Then the checkout is supposed to be at 11 am but housekeepers were banging on our door at 10:30 waking us up. As Im leaving it looked like the owners were out there admiring theyre new tesla that they bought with the money of people who rent from them just to be highly disappointed and frankly feel scammed. The room was horrible. The door barley shut . Looked like it had been kicked in before. The front desk guy was horrible. No customer service whatsoever. I would not recommend this place. I would rather sleep in my car then spend money here. Shame on this hotel or I should say motel.

The hotel conditions are horrible, specifically the rooms and their issue with the cleaning. I wouldnt classify this place as a hotel, its more like a motel because of the strange stain on the second bed of our room, the cockroach crawling in the wall as well as the holes on there, the broken seat of the toilet and more. After this was our only option to stay that night because of the storm that took us out of our first hotel reservation, the next morning we asked the manager to kindly return us our money, and he had the audacity to tell us that the conditions of the room were the standard of all the Hotels!!!!! Never returning there, I would prefer to stay in my car than in those bedrooms. Rooms: Horrible status, no cleaning, no maintenance and no care about those issues.

Unfortunately the place needs pest control and better maintenance. There was a cockroach convention when I came back at night in my first room. My second room had no hot water. My 3rd room was clean, no roaches but the shower spout was worn out and most water came out the tub, not the shower. The staff was helpful and none of this was really their fault. The pool looked okay but the weather wasnt warm enough to try it. Okay place for the price but know what youre getting.

Once checked in went to room, no towels or toilet paper. Had to go get them. Next morning expecting breakfast, nope. The man said they must not have removed it from web. That was one reason we booked here. Otherwise it was overpriced for what we got. I asked for a partial refund. Nope Not even a coffee maker in room or in lobby. That was locked up tight!

My experience here was very good, its 5 min away from hospital and not noisy at all. Our room was very clean even the sheets had that nice clean smell I love. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable most important NO bedbugs. A mini fridge and microwave were available and in good clean working condition, AC unit was great a bit in the noisy side but I easily confused it with rain. Pool was available looked clean however we did not use it. Overall yes I would definitely stay here again.

As of the date I share this opinion, the rooms we reserved had good hygiene, the beds were in good condition, clean sheets, the air conditioning worked correctly, and the communication routes in the place were quite clean. It is a fairly quiet place and suitable if it is only to spend one night. Just as an observation and the reason why I give it 3 stars is that the pool water was a little green which shouldnt be like that.

Check your room before you care your stuff in. I checked right back out. No security lock/chain (it was busted/torn off) on the entrance door, the chair should have been thrown in the dumpster, broken end tables, and a very dirty shelf where you were expected to put your clothes, cuz there was no place else to put them. No dresser!

Juan, Ivy and Housekeeping offer exceptional customer service! Juan goes out of his way to actually show you a room so you can pick the best accommodation and price! He walks the grounds and stops to ask if all is good, also makes sure you have towels! I went in next day to extend my stay and Ivy found me the best price! Shes also very friendly and pleasant to talk to! Housekeeping knocked to ask if we needed anything, also offered towels and made sure we knew they were around if we were to need anything!! Definitely recommend Guest Inn!

Loved the place, pool is only 5ft so its good for the kiddos place was spacious friendly staff, they got kitchenette rooms. One thing I didnt like is after I booked the the upstairs room 203 204, (I was staying on the bottom floor then moved rooms) door would tend to opened by it self since it was busted (I fixed that) doors and small parts of the wall where slightly punched in....it was clean but not to clean (dust,hairs,stains,) other down fall is after couple of days being in that room people started calling the cops none stop, funny part was we where at the hospital mostly of the time and no body was left behind...and the most thing I didnt like was is, they charge over 10 bucks in taxs if a room is 63 bucks your actually getting charged 73 or little over.

Room was dusty. Walls, bathroom, and appliances were dirty. Room service only made beds and took trash out. We cleaned and disinfected the room when we arrived. The sheetrock was cut where the shower pipes were fixed but the wall was never taken care of.

I went to look at the room prior to check in. All the previous reviews we right. First my room key did not work so I had to go back to the front desk and get a new one. Second the wall paint was old and peeling. Carpet was dingy and dirty, it smelled. Seen a German cockaroach, and its daytime. Can only imagine how bad it will be at night. When you see one roach you will have many more. The German roaches multiply like wildfire. And they want $1200.00 a month for a dump with roaches. Only good thing I can say is the outside is very nice and thats the only thing that looks good.

Needed room for one night. We check in fine guy at front desk has the standard fake smile on when giving us our room key. Go into the room and immediately spot a cockroach on the floor behind the door. No problem it could Of just slid underneath the door. Got to the bathroom and seen his whole family along the way. Immediately we walk out the room go to receptionist. Tell him we would like a refund as if there s cockroaches in one room they didn t just stumble in and most like the area is infested. Receptionist stated there s never been a problem with bugs in that room by his facial expression you could tell this isn t the first time he s heard a complaint about bugs. Also by his answer confirmed there are bug problems JUST not in that room. He relocated us all the way on the other side of the hotel area. Even walked into the room to show there s no bugs in the new room and it was an upgraded room free of charge. The wife and I literally didn t even wanna get in the bed. When we finally did we didn t even use the bed sheets as no idea to what was crawling around in them and didn t wanna take the chance. We ended up leaving 4 hours later. Will NEVER use this place again.

i have never stayed at this hotel but i recently attended a baby shower in the banquet area. it s a nice size and fits a nice amount of people. the restroom that is provided in the banquet area is nice and very clean. the only thing is that it does get pretty warm in there with the air conditioner. but other than that it was great

Well I was going to stay at the Motel 6 down the street but they had horrible reviews and the price was a little bit high so I came across this guest Inn on Google found out great reviews & great photos so I switch my reservation and Im glad I did because this place is quiet clean and very well kept we are staying here for two nights 3 days its a perfect stay I just love how the soap dispenser is in the shower and also next to your sink to brush your teeth this was room 117

I do not recommend this hotel, the bedspread had many holes, the sheets were dirty, the furniture was old and the climate did not work well, apart from the pool the water was green, they do not maintain it...

The first night wasnt too bad. The room we originally stayed at didnt have a microwave as advertised. Then the fridge wasnt working so our food spoiled over night. We then had to turn on the a.c. because everything must have been off in the room. After awhile the room felt nice. No phone either, not a big deal anyways cause we use our cell phones. The second night was a lot better. We had both Microwave and Fridge that was working. The a.c. was running when we got into the room. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. Didnt get to experience pool since we are running around visiting so many places. Nice stay though.

The room was clean, but nothing special. Single ply toilet paper lumpy, and very small pillows on the bed. Reasonably quiet, but over priced in my opinion.
