We had our wedding here a month and a half ago and it was AMAZING! Everything was perfect. The managers (Especially Ms. Fabiola) did an amazing job throughout the planning process with us leading up to our big day! The catering was great, the DJ was great; both were very professional. My fairytale wedding came true because of them They listened and accommodated everything to OUR needs. We highly recommend this event center.

*CAUTION!* Attended a wedding here. Parking was no good. Handicap parking was blocked by owner Volvo, and they refused to move it. so our family member couldnt get out onto her wheelchair. Guests had to walk in the rain cause owners refused to move their car to be able to use the carport covering to be able to have bride and bride maids get into building dry. Their dresses got stained cause of the water. I wouldnt use this place. Owners are rude go somewhere else. You dont get what you pay for. Go somewhere else. Your reply reflects the rudness. That white Volvo **(edited, range rover)** sat there for the 3 days we were there. I have pictures. I can post to go with my review. It wasnt constructive criticism, its was a full bad review about the way the byisness is ran. Do better. Staff was made known about the white suv if u say it wasnt a Volvo, yet still noone did anything to move it. It is a parking violation. That yall did nothing for a customer who needed the space. White suv is even on Google maps so thats their regular spot to park.

It was ALMOST perfect! The only reason I did not choose this event center was because of the small parking lot and the small inside. However I love love loved the attention to their clients, the way they accommodated their clientele s wishes as far as decor goes and the dome shoes gazebo outside. I really enjoyed the warm tone from the wood in the stairs and bar but as I said it was a bit small even though they said they could seat 300 people

If you are looking for a place to do your party don t look more Regency Hall is absolutely STUNNING and not to say how helpful Lulu and her team is! I super duper recommend this place. Our wedding wouldn t have been so smooth without their help, they set up everything so beautifully and exceeded our and our guests expectations!!

We had our wedding here and it was amazing! Lulu Jaramillo and her daughters and staff did an exceptional job and they go above and beyond for their clients. Everything was beautiful and organized. They treated us more like family than customers. We are so blessed to have our wedding there and thankful for everything Lulu and her staff did. If you want to have a gorgeous wedding this is the venue for that!

If you are looking for a venue for a quinceañera or wedding this is the place!!! It was BEAUTIFUL!! They did an awesome job with decor. The place look gorgeous. My only complaint is I wasnt crazy about the food. Instant potatoes really?? I know they tried to flavor them up somehow but they should of used milk instead of water to make them creamier. Pasta Chicken Not sure what they were trying to do with It but it was a no for me. Even with that I still give them 5 stars because the place looked breath takingly beautiful and it made me forget about the food.

We celebrated my daughter s quince at Regency Hall 2 months ago and were very pleased with the outcome of our celebration. Thank you Jessica, our event coordinator, for making our daughter s quince an unforgettable one. Jessica was very helpful in every which way. The venue looked beautiful, the food tasted great, the cake was probably the best cake I ve ever had, and the 4 dancers that came with my package were amazing!!! My daughter and my guests had an awesome time thanks to the dancers. The 4 dancers never stopped dancing and animating the crowd. My daughter and my guests had a smile on their face throughout the entire time of the event. I m still receiving compliments from my family and friends on the quincianera. I highly recommend Regency and can t wait to be able to at least attend an event here. Thank you Regency, Jessica, and Lety for helping us in making our daughter feel like a princess on her special day!!!.

My cousin had her 15 bday at this establishment. The place well decorated and the show was handled beautifully. We didnt have tea on the tables till about two hours in to the event. The staff was quiet with no introduction. They didnt stick to a pattern when serving tea or food. The had no towel to wipe of the tea that would drip on to the seats or table much less excuse themselves. I asked for water to the waitress and she said, Tiene que ir a la Barra ( giggling). The food was cold, the fettuccine was awful and the potatoes didnt taste rt. If you are thinking of celebrating youre next event here, dont do it, you will have regrets. Im really surprised at people giving it a five star review.

We highly recommend Regency Hall. We held our daughters quinceanera at Regency Hall and were completely satisfied with the services given. The venue is very nice, the food is excellent and the service given to us was great and much appreciated. Lulu, the owner was always very professional and knowledgeable as to how to make our event a success and a memorable experience for us. Jessica the one that attended us was unprofessional and rude didnt ask first if I had an appointment she tried to send me somewhere else when she asked for how many people was the venue for, then I told her that I had an appointment there and she checked and her attitude change a little. Bad first impression and it looked like she didnt want to be there. For the tour of the hall she explained everything so fast she didnt really get into details. Like I said it just looked like she didnt want to be there. First impressions are everything and with that bad attitude it makes you not want to do business with them. It was a real nice hall but I prefer to take my money somewhere else.

I had the privilege of going to an event at Regency Hall and it was beautiful. The theme of the party was winter wonder land and it was magical. There was sparkles everywhere. The service was amazing. I would definitely recommend Regency Hall for people that want to have a small and elegant party. :)
