Went online and ordered 2 pizzas at 6:11pm. The pick-up given was 6:41 pm. My order was finished at 7:00 pm. When they gave me my order the pizzas were lukewarm at best. The 2 pizzas were the worst Ive ever had. Service and quality lacking. If I could have given them my correct rating it would be a minus 5 tops.

As delicious as their pizza is, it s wild how expensive they charge. $38 for a pizza? Never in my life have I seen pizza this expensive, and for something so small too. Not worth it, especially in this current economic climate where prices everywhere are being inflated.

Only gave the stars because of the pizza. The food is good, service isn t worth it. It s worth the drive to go to the 6th st location for dine in. First time we went in it took forever for someone to get someone to greet and seat us, but the bartender was great. Tonight the host was there when we walked in and very attentive. We sat for about 10 minutes with no service before walking out.

We celebrated a birthday with 12 people here, they were super accommodating! They helped us store a cake in their fridge and Jojo was an amazing host/server. The food was phenomenal and we will definitely be back. Even the music was perfect.

Was a little disappointed with my pizza. I ordered a gluten free marinara and they put on the thinnest layer possible of marinara sauce. It was so thin that it was completely dried out and the garlic was falling off the pizza altogether. Its a shame because what I could taste of the marinara sauce was actually pretty good, but the whole thing just ended up being really dry and kind of unpleasant to eat.

We are from a town right outside of Detroit so were thrilled to find via 313 in Texas. We visited the cedar park location and loved it. We visited a Austin location recently as well, and other than long wait and being overcharged we liked that visit as well. We wanted to take our son who had never been. Round rock is closer to us ( about 45 min drive) so we were really excited to go try this location. When we arrived they said we would be waiting a long time unless we sat at the bar. We were hungry so we proceeded to bar. There were so many empty tables so I m not sure why they told us there would be a long wait. There were even tables available outside. Maybe they wanted to promote drinking. None of us are drinkers though so we felt really out of place at the bar. The pizza was ok and the bar tender was friendly but we just couldn t really enjoy dinner at the bar. People to the left and right of us were cussing and carrying on. The atmosphere was just not good! Not to mention there is not much room and seat are really uncomfortable. Really disappointed with this visit. Pizza was good but not as good as cedar park location. Also they do not sell the faygo cream soda at this location. And the faygo soda is not sold in bottles like at other locations.

Been going to V313 since it first came to Austin, and this is the first time I picked up the pizza to go. I suggest not to order to go. The crust which is normally airy and flakey was mushy and spongy in texture. I lived 16 minutes away and rushed home only to discover this. Everyone who shared the two pizzas expressed the same. Flavorful but more so if you dine in.

The pizza was delicious and the staff was kind, but the location is just not comfortable enough (kind of small). We were sat in a corner and while there were a bunch of staff walking around our waitress was not extremely attentive. Don t get me wrong - my son and I loved the food - everyone was kind and we enjoyed playing Galaga while we waited on our pies. I look forward to coming back on a weekday to try the lunch special. It s nice to have a more authentic Detroit style pizza place than others fairly local to me (little Caesar s, I m looking at you). Ordered the 500 and the Ambassador Bridge. Both of them are really good, lots of flavor and a good crunch with the crust. It is a bit on the higher end price wise, but it s definitely worth it. I ordered two larges so luckily I will be able to taste this deliciousness again tomorrow.

My girlfriend and I do pick up from here on our cheat days and it s always the highlight of our long work days!! Good food, love it as someone who grew up in Michigan eating our deep dish. Pricing is a little intense. Pretty much $20 to get a small pizza, but theyre ~specialty~ here in Central Tx. However, they recently changed their ordering so I now need to make an account in order to order food? At least let me have the option of ordering as a guest, Im tired of making accounts and this is a huge deterrent when theres a million pizza places closer and easier to order from. Edit: To be clear, Ive rated the food and customer service I ve gotten here a 5/5. My price commentary is just a warning to folks, this is not a dominos or even Jets. Visited for the first time on the fourth of July and everything was great. Anne was a great server and the staff was friendly. The food was just as good as my Austin location so well definitely be back. Some guy tried to beat the bartender up while we were there and the staff jumped to his rescue. Came in last night to try the pizza and get away from my family because of the debates. Then I got here and the debate was on Tv. I was so hungry I let it go. Annie was amazing, and the pizza was delicious, but the bartender turned the volume up on the Tv. I really don t think a restaurant should be showing the political debates, no matter who they are voting for. Absolutely loved the pizza here. It really does nail the Detroit style pizza. The overall turnoff is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I watched someone wipe down a table that customers had dined at but there was no attempt to spray the table down with disinfectant. Upon opening the pizza box at home, I found my 3 topping takeout order was missing 2 toppings. Counter associate had visually verified the contents against the receipt upon handing me the pizza. First time experience, and the last time Ill be ordering anything from this location. We were told there was a 30 minute wait, when we arrived around 40 minutes later there was another 20 minute wait on top of that. One of the pizzas seemed fine but mine was legitimately one of the worst pizzas Ive ever received for an $18 pricepoint. Overcooked, completely burned crust edges, inconsistent toppings, barely any cheese, and what was there was clearly overcooked. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. I almost immediately knew something was wrong upon opening the box.

I love the extra crispy Detroit style pizza Via313 serves. You can get thinner bar style if you like which is also good. When ordering take out I d advise to give them an extra 5-10 minutes just to be sure you don t have to wait as the ordering system time is usually early. I went to your site specifically to support this business, if I would have known you used doordash for delivery I would have either ordered through another site, or from another business. Nothing on your website indicates that delivery will be though doordash until after the order has been placed. I make it a point to never use doordash especially after they were caught signing up restaurants without consent from said restaurants and profiting off of them using predatory prince increases. The pizza was fine, but please give your customers enough information to make informed decisions. We left a note specifically asking the driver to leave the pizzas on the porch and right the door bell and we would get them. The driver tried to get us to answer the door despite the note and was using his face to keep our drink from falling off of the boxes. We had tor explain to him to please set the food on the porch and we would get it when we were ready. Dont know about anyone else but I really dont want to drink out of a can that someone just had all over their chin and face. This kind of stuff is exactly why we do not want use delivery services, old school pizza delivery folks always had it on time and on point. We will not be ordering delivery again based on this experience.

Been here twice already I love the atmosphere and the servers are on point! The pizza is delicious and the cheesy bread never disappoints. Finally got to try the hub caps and cant wait to go back a third time, maybe dessert first next time Kid-friendliness: Have went with my 7mo old in his car seat and stroller and have had no issues with space

Id heard/seen a behind scenes video about this place so figured Id give it a shot. Was literally nothing special or that great; the pizza was way too greasy on the bottom, the toppings were bland, the sauce was very minimal (I realize after seeing other reviews w/pics I got majorly hosed on sauce), I felt like i was just eating a doughy cheese ball; only benefit was used the app so got a new customer coupon and paid what the pizza was actually worth $6.

Always love the deep dish pizza at Via 313. Service at the Round Rock location was excellent but a little slow. The food definitely made up for it. Great atmosphere and you can t beat the cheesy goodness that is the deep dish pizza. Love that there is another Via 313 in the area.

I will never order from this location again, if I ever order from any locations. You cannot order a pizza online without giving them all your information. Login as a guest is not an option. I hit forgot password and never received an email to change it. Tried for 30 minutes and its literally impossible to order a pizza online. So I called to order a pizza. Guess what? Voice-mail says no one is available to come to the phone, you have to come in to the store and order and wait. Ill pass. Slapbox here I come because I am craving pizza. Never again. VIA 313, youve burnt me too many times.

I ll remove my review for a refund (carlos trevizo). Food arrived warm and was cold in 1 min. Delivery company fault but, y all have fault when my order was delayed two hours and still let the same pizza made hours ago, go. Pizza seemed like top tier ingredients and sauce was okay. But my Chicago style was soggy and my thin crust was burnt. Cinnastick, pass on those. Maybe better hot? Idk. I guess when people ask me about this place I will share that don t go with delivery.

Our first time at Via 313 and first off, our server Annie, was incredible. She was so sweet and helped us make good pizza decisions. Along with amazing service, the food was so good. Beet salad (I m not a big beet person) and Detroiter pizza w/ricotta were so good and will def get again. And for a rich and delicious pizza, their pizza has a way of not feeling super heavy . Would def come back when we re feeling pizza- and will def request to sit in Annie s section!

I was wildly disappointed that they didnt have the Garbos Lobster Via 313 collaboration pizza but our waiter JoJo made up for it by being so excellent. The pizza was solid (omnivore) and the music choices while eating were good. Jojo did a great job and get lobster for the round rock location. Please

Two words: Pickle Pizza. I tried out the monthly special on cauliflower crust, and it blew my mind. The pre-order window is so convenient, the staff always friendly, and my only regret is that I dont live closer. Thanks for opening this location, because its really where my pizza dreams come true!

Super friendly and helpful service, the handheld didnt connect to the Internet in the back so it was a little late but they gave us a free appetizer as we waited the food was so good, I wish I remembered what the name of the pizza was but it had Mikes hot honey on it and it was delicious highly recommend going if you get the chance. Wheelchair accessibility: Had ramps leading to the doors on both sides.

I ve heard good things about this pizzeria and so finally came to check it out and they were right! The Detroit style pizza is thick crust and square. The crust is crunchy and the top is lovely, soft and pillowy. It was good to the last bite! Our server offered veggie options on half of the pizza which was fantastic. The service was great- friendly and quick. First timers also get a free cheese or cinnamon pizza . Obviously, the portions are large and so I had leftover pizza for lunch and it was just as delicious! We will definitely be back! Also, we got there before 5 on a Friday night and it wasn t as busy. There was a long wait when we left! It s definitely worth the wait, though

UPDATE : I still think the food is good but the staff needs better training on menu and bar items. They could also be a bit more tentative to there tables. Today we had to get our own Togo ox and go to host stand to ask for our check ...the waitress( Ashly L) made us feel like we were bothering her when we needed something she was no where to be found. Every time I go there is never a host at the host stand and $6 for 3 tiny meatballs is a bit ridiculous you need to increase the size of them. Tip please put Salt and Pepper on tables, everytime I ask for pepper the staff takes forever to find it. Pizza was good , we ordered 2 and 1 was really soggy and seemed.under cooked , service was good, meatball appetizer was good . I will go back and try a 2nd time

The pizza in itself wasn t truly a five-star taste. However, having the ability to choose two different pizzas, even on the small is a nice touch. With that said the Pizza is a solid 4.5 stars. Nice atmosphere, good service, great drinks. Vegetarian options: Vegan options available as well.

Via 313 has consistently great service and food at each of its locations. Austins best pizza. Texas best pizza. Americas beat pizza. THE best pizza. Its been a couple years since I last had the Ambassador Bridge, but I think its my new favourite. Elijah was pleasant company at the bar - made me laugh out loud more than once. The online ordering experience is worse than a trip to the DMV. I had to sniff around to actually get to an order form. You cannot find the order form by clicking any of the buttons that say ORDER NOW. When finally placing an order I was forced to create an account that needs to be email verified just to delay the order even more. Not to mention the automatic tip they applied to the order. Make sure to double check that. The food is great though. Some of the best pizza in the area. Their gluten free crust is great too.

So Ive lived in the area for about two years, and only recently got recommended VIA by a coworker, and happened to drop in today with a potential business partner.. The food is always great, but Josiah (forgive me if I misspell your name, bud) literally provided the greatest service Ive ever had. My business partner, and potential client was taken aback by the fact that he (Josiah) remembered me from my last visit, and that everything about the experience was just stellar. I know some people just think, hey, its pizza.. who gives AF, but no.. if youre in any form of respectable business, the way you carry yourself and build relationships goes a long way. Anyways, I secured the client, and I can assure part of the reason was because of Josiahs excellent service and the experience we had. Ill absolutely be back, cant recommend this awesome place enough. Thanks yall!
