They were easy to schedule and came at the scheduled time. They explained the basis of how they would charge, gave me their best estimate for my approval. Then the team went to work. They were quick and thorough. When completed, they took the time to show me some window pane problems (double pane with some seals broken and intra-pane fogginess). I felt that the pricing was fair and that the job was well executed, and that the techs were easy to be with.

Travis and Austin were very careful inside and out to not bang up my walls or furniture. I live on a slope so my windows are very tricky and high plus some areas have river rocks on which to place their ladders. They did them beautifully and with no complaints. I have had washers turn the work down in the past. I am super satisfied with the work they did. They are both very nice personable young men. I will again be a repeat customer.

Squeaky Dan s crew were professional, friendly and very careful in completing the window washing and gutter cleaning. I have plantation shutters on the windows and removal of the screens was tricky. They were very careful in removing and replacing the screens. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. And, I will use them again next year.

I dont know how this place has such high reviews. This was my experience. A man came out to do a walk-through and give an estimate. For $600 they d do windows (17) inside and outside, screens, tracks and power wash drive way, side walk. I gave the man my personal email and number for the invoice quote but I was never sent the invoice or information. It was only sent to the one they had on file and I didn t have access to. The two men that came out for the job were very courteous and kind and even cleaned off an item outside at my request, however their work lacked luster. Every window has dripping of dirty water, the tracks inside have bugs and dirt. The windows that looked a little better still have dirt & grime in the tracks, inside and outside. There corners of the windows have a haze. Where the power wash was done there are still stains. I didn t know how they were going to do so much work in such a short amount of time but when they left and I looked over things I realized how that was possible by doing a halfway job. There s even sponge and rag left in the street where they were parked. I called and told the lady I spoke to, Destiny and she scheduled them to come back. I made sure to let her know my schedule and time frame. They were scheduled to be at the house anywhere 10-2 on this particular day. The lady I spoke to was made aware that I have to leave 1:30 or 1:45. It was already 1pm and the men had not yet arrived. I didn t want them to get there and do their clean up in 20 minutes. So, it going to be another reschedule for them to come and clean the all tracks, power wash some areas. I will leave a follow up if and when they come out. As of right now I am so not impressed. The college boy that came out last season to power wash did a far better job and was more reasonable.

WOW! Pictures will not do this review justice! Dan came out a week ago to give me an estimate. He was punctual and I had my estimate before he pulled out of my driveway. Their system is very user friendly. Receive an estimate, click accept, and get on the schedule. This morning Travis and Juan came out to complete our window cleaning inside and out of our entire home. They worked efficiently and did an amazing job! We walked the house afterwards and Travis pointed out a few scratches on windows (probably from someone who tried to clean them using a razor blade I would guess) and a few windows that had failed seals. I appreciated the heads up. I am just in awe of how good our windows look. THANK YOU SQUEAKY DAN!

We just used Squeaky Dans Cleaning to clean the exterior and interior windows of our home in Boerne. The guys did a wonderful job, were very efficient, polite and took pride in their work which is rare these days! The best window cleaners we have ever hired! We will be signing up for their quarterly service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window cleaning services in the hill country!

Squeaky Dans was easy to get on the phone, responsive when I needed to reschedule, and exceptionally reasonable. On the day of our appointment, they texted me to let me know the cleaning technician was on the way during the early part of the scheduled timeframe and included a picture and name of the technician so I would know exactly who to expect. Travis and Jeremy showed up shortly afterwards clean, sober, and ready to work. Before beginning Travis verified what was to be done, recounted the windows, and thoroughly explained the difference between my count and theirs (I have a few specialty windows and forgot to count the double front doors). He also gave me the total with tax and military discount to verify I was okay with the cost BEFORE beginning. They did a super thorough job and waited for me to inspect inside and out. I had 29 windows on a two story house and they finished in 2 hours. I would have rated Squeaky Dans 5 stars but they only get 4 because in my mind, squeaky clean windows means the window frames get wiped down, too, but they do not do that. Dan, toss that in with your service for a few dollars more Update: Dan, himself, called me the same day I posted this review. We played phone tag for a whole week; when we finally connected, I told him my thoughts on performing a squeaky clean service and that I went back through my home and wiped down the interior frames. He apologized profusely and explained that wiping down the window frames and cleaning the tracks was supposed to be done as part of the job. He apologized profusely and wished that I had not done the interior frames myself because he was calling to schedule a team to come back out to finish the job. He said he would issue a partial refund (which I still have yet to see), and would have his scheduler call me immediately after our phone call. Meghan called 2 minutes later and set up the appointment for the following morning to finish the exterior frames and tracks. I am giving Squeaky Dans a 5 because of the sincere effort Dan made to rectify the problem with the promise to beef up training so his team knows the full scope of their services. Aside from the promised partial refund, Im satisfied.
