Gleam team did a phenomenal job removing all the algae and buildup all around my house and driveway. It looks brand new!! We hadn t power washed in so long and didn t know if all of the buildup could be removed.Jayshawn Darby was our specialist and he went above and beyond and was very professional and he checked to ensure all areas were covered. Brian with Gleam Team did an amazing job cleaning the interior & exterior windows of my primary residence. We has some stubborn stains on the windows near our patio/BBQ area, and the windows now look crystal clear. Wow! The only negative comment I have has nothing to do with Brian and his crew, but just an observation that seems to have become a standard with many businesses...TIPPING. I purchased the All-Star Window Cleaning Package, which I knew would cost close to $500, after meeting with the estimator. (Cost was $493.62, which included the non-refundable $100 deposit to book the cleaning.) When presenting my credit card to finalize the remainder of my payment, guess what happened? Yes, I was presented with an optional tipping screen. I, of course, selected no tip, without hesitation. Just wanted to make sure the more soft-hearted customers are aware that Gleam Team would like you to subsidize their operating expenses...like most businesses are trying to do these days.

July 25, 2024 Today Gleam Team finished power-washing and sealing our flagstone patio. Another excellent piece of work. Well keep using Gleam Team for the services they provide. 2023 This is a new review of this business. Weve used Gleam Team services about every six months. Their work is impeccable and todays was no exception. Cameron worked very hard, cleaning windows inside and out, pressure washing, and hand-cleaning a very dirty outdoor ceiling fan. The team got my windows cleaned up ok but I m not very happy at this point. They bent 5 window screens , which I was not aware of until I went outside that evening to water my plants. The next day I called the office to report this. It is Saturday and I still haven t heard back from them. I could not recommend them at this point. We ll see if they make things right! I am editing this post. As of yesterday (7/15/2024), the Gleam Team returned with new replacement screens for the ones that were bent during the initial cleaning on 6/5/2024. I am happy to report that they were professional and made things right. I am changing their rating from 3 stars to five stars because I would hire them again.

Made a mess of our patio and decking, Hired them to clean both. one of the workers they sent spent 90 %of his time on the phone. We have surveillance video of it. Had call manager to make the scene. Besides running out of cleaning solution they missed areas of the deck. What should have been a 3 hr job ended up being 8 hrs wasting our day, and they didnt finish so they had to come back few days later. Again wasting our time to be home. We had Gleam Team clean up the concrete tiles on our roof. We had Joe Herrera s team do our job and both young men were great, very knowledgeable and well trained with finished work that was outstanding. They removed all of the algae, mold or dirt on the 40 year old tiles. The roof looks great and really brightens up the place. We also contracted their optional window cleaning package and went with inside and out. I cannot believe the difference it made. Although this feature is not inexpensive, I m so happy we decided to add this because it was totally worth the extra cost.

The Gleam Team was awesome! Highly recommend! We called several companies and The Gleam Team was the ONLY company to call us back. They were professional, on time and cleaned up when finished. We recently purchased our home and it was sitting vacant for a while so she needed a good deep cleaning. The Team pressure washed our entire 2 story home, cleaned & scrubbed all our windows, screens & shutters. Also cleaned our patios and walkways. They were sensitive not to crush our plants or damage our bushes. They were also nice not to harm our Mama Bird which made her nest in our patio. HORRIFIC experience. Beware do not use them. I had all exterior windows cleaned. The technicians asked me to check their work. I noticed right away three windows were completely skipped and one was only half done. When I brought it up to touch them up, one technician admitted to not being able to reach them. It is the dishonestly of not being up front with me. We could have adjusted the quote and skipped them. They decided to send another technician the next day with better equipment. This technician broke one of my screens and then lied about what he told my husband when he talked to the office. I have other issues with the way the portrayed the services they would offer, but the lying and quality of work deserves a one star.

AMAZING experience overall with Gleam Team. Reached out to inquire when I saw them at my neighbors house (my neighbor raved about them too). They provided an estimate immediately, and built it so that I could easily add some/remove some. They showed up on time, meeting some scheduling restrictions I had, and were extremely thorough and polite working both inside and outside. I will definitely be calling them again!

Gleam Team did a great job cleaning my windows. They were on time and completed the job quickly. The windows looked great. The only thing that could have been better were the window tracks. It looked like a few were not wiped down. Overall though, very satisfied.

The Gleam Team is by far one of the most hard-working companies we have come in contact with here in the San Antonio area. We hired Gleam Team to help us prep a home for the Parade of Homes and they went above and beyond helping us meet a deadline. Even when one of their techs fell ill during the service (hope you feel better, Joe!) they quickly responded by sending a new crew out to complete the job.
