First time here and I was so disappointed with the small cheap fake onion rings. For this price I was expecting real onions and not some cheap mush... Burger was ok in taste but way too sloppy. Thats because the egg wasnt over easy. I asked for it well done. I cant imagine how sloppy it would of been with an egg over easy. Burger was falling apart.

Highway robbery! Even though 50% burgers were posted all over the joint, the lady refused to give us the discount. Also, they claimed that we would get 10% off if we paid in cash. That was a lie too! It took me 20 minutes to get my money back after we waited for 30 minutes with no food. And she tried to make me pay $8 for 2 small drinks even though the whole experience was a nightmare. I finally got $40 of my $42.50 back. Save yourself the hassle and go to Wendys or McDonalds.

Superior burgers at reasonable prices. Jimmys food is fantastic. The wait staff appears to have improved, too. Dont bother with those generic chain burger places. We were looking for a quick bite for lunch and decided to give Jimmy s Big Burgers a try. Be patient when coming here because it is absolutely worth it! This guy makes an amazing burger! These are juicy half pound burgers. They offer just about any combination you can think of. I feel, if they don t make it, well the add one should cover it. I say be patient but the wait really wasn t long at all. We dig into our burgers so quickly I don t even get a chance to take a picture. They also offer chicken and Philly steak.

No bueno! Im back to change my review from 10 months ago. This place used to be on of my familys favorite places to eat every week. It has gotten so horrible. The last 3 times we got burgers they have been consistently nasty. The meat is consistently dry, or over salted, the lettuce is always old and wilted. The portion sizes have decreased significantly. The fries are over done and tasted old. I wish I could add pictures of my meal.

Best burger Ive had in a really long time! Avocado Cheese burger literally had avocado falling out of it, very generous and delicious! Super nice service, and very clean. Delicious Black Angus burgers. Had the bacon cheeseburger combo. The cheeseburger was excellent (1/2 lb.), the fries were hot and excellent as well. Twice Ive ordered the same menu item: avocado cheeseburger. Twice Ive eaten the very best burger ever! Its better than anything I make at home! The vegetables are fresh and not cheap! The bread is grilled with crispy edges. And the burger is thick, cooked to perfection and extremely tasty! There could be some improvement in their math skills as I was charged differently both times. The last time the cashier couldnt seem to place the order for just the burger and insisted twice that I owed her over $16. Finally she figured out how to enter the order correctly and I paid just under $10 for the best burger anywhere! 5 stars for quality and flavor! Just have your calculator open when you check out!

When the previous owners were still here I give this place 2 thumbs up but these new owners only care about the money not the quality. They nickle and dime you and then dont give you what you paid extra for and when you try to call the rude lady who seems nice gets on the phone and tells you they are busy and hangs up on you rather than to resolve the problem. Was craving a good, beefy burger and this place didnt disappoint. Varied menu has plenty to choose from. Savory, spicy, and even a sweeter burger if pineapple is your thing. The combo was more than enough for me and the burger hit the spot. Its not all fries as side options either. We had some fried pickles as an appetizer. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming (cooks included). The seating area was nice and clean, too. Its not a big place and parking isnt a problem. The burgers we had were really good. Edit 1-06-24 went to Jimmys today looking forward to enjoying our favorite burger and was shocked and saddened to learn its owned by someone else. Alba and her family really made that place special. No longer will you be greeted by her sweet smile and great customer service. The new folks are hiring cooks, cashiers and all new employees but we were told the kitchen staff is still the same....how can that be when it was a family owned business and Albas husband and Son worked in the kitchen? Hopefully the food will remain exceptional, today we didnt stay. Time will tell. We will watch the reviews to see as it may take us a bit to want to go back as we will miss Alba so much. The review that starts here was from when Alba and her family were the owners; Favorite burgers and fries ever! Everything cooked to order, comes out hot and wonderful. Meat is fresh, not pre-made frozen patties. Fries are hand-cut and seasoned well not smothered in salt. Menu is quite extensive with many different types of burgers, as well as salads, chicken sandwiches, appetizers, and childrens menu. I pass by a lot of restaurants and burger places and appreciate the owners who are so nice and the quality of food they consistently serve.

My family & I came here after the reviews, and we didn t enjoy it. Although the customer service is nice, the burgers tasted like burnt charcoal , as if the grill they cook the meat on needed to be cleaned. The meat had absolutely NO SEASONINGS. A little salt, & pepper definitely wouldn t hurt. I asked for my egg to be well done, and it was still sunny side up (runny). On the other hand, the egg was seasoned to perfection! The veggies were fresh, and I recommend getting your mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, etc., on the side, because the cook or prep cook, overly saturated our burgers. For our sides, we decided on their fried pickles, and they were good, no complaints. I m not sure if we d try out of our way to try them again, but I still recommend you try them for yourself. I feel like they need more kitchen help, to not be so rushed when taking orders.

Hands down our favorite burger place! Every time it s delicious! Burgers are HUGE ,FRESH and SUPER JUICY! Lots of menu choices. My favorite is the blue cheese burger. My husband always gets a double meat bacon and jalapeño cheese burger . I have to push up my sleeves and get ready to dive into my burger ! Absolutely love the lady that works there - I believe she s the owner .

I had the bacon cheese burger, fries and a soda. The burger was huge, it seemed large for a half pound burger. The vegetables were all fresh no brown or disgusting looking pieces. It was a great burger. The price was cheaper than I expected for the quality of the food. The fries were nice and crispy. Everything tasted great. The dining area was clean, it was not an upscale place but pleasing and nice. I will eat there again.

Very neat find. Nice options on big 1/2 lb burgers. It can be more on the pricey side at about $20 for a combo but the burgers are amazing and the portions generous. We had burgers from Jimmys for the 5th time tonight for dinner. Take out only. They have been consistently excellent in taste, size and portions. Our go to place had been Freds on Western Center for a long time as we rented an apartment right by them. We used to really like the burgers and food there but for the last few visits it has not only gone down hill taste wise but portions as well. Jimmys burgers are quite large and very good. We are very happy to have discovered Jimmys and they will continue to be our go to burger place.

I once made a positive review a couple months back, but today I had to retract it, I placed an online order today, I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. This gourmet burger place is really tasty with many choices of burgers to choose from. They also have Philly cheese steak and choices of seasoned fries and onion rings. The 4 stars us for the price (a little much for a burger). It is very delicious and I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place for an occasional treat and not my everyday go to place.
