There are multiple reviews mentioning the poor management of available slots by the owner, and I experienced the same issue. I originally requested the PM slot on November 2nd for our baby shower for our first child. People were coming from Uvalde, so it was also a perfect location. I repeatedly confirmed its availability. However, after touring the property and asking for the contract, the owner, Sean, texted me to say he was wrong due to technical difficulties with their calendar. This is hard to believe since I m not the first or second person this has happened to. He then told me that the PM slot on November 9th was available, to which we agreed. Minutes later, he called to say that wasn t available either due to the same calendar issues. Why didn t he double-check the availability when he realized November 2nd was booked? I ve planned nonprofit galas for over 300 people, poker tournaments, and many events for film festivals. This situation is absurd and extremely disappointing. We loved the property but were ultimately let down by the poor management. Listen to the bad reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were new, but you can only use that excuse so many times for continuous mistakes.

I reached out to have my daughters 7th birthday there. Everytime I would have a date set to view the venue sean would call and change the date. It was very unprofessional from my stand point and not something a new business owner should be doing. 10/10 Wouldn t recommend. STAY CLEAR

We celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at the glass house and it was a day we will never forget. Beautiful venue with beautiful natural lighting. Wonderful and helpful staff and I worked closely with Erica and she was so sweet and always helpful. The setup was so elegant and they did everything exactly like we had discussed. Everything was prefect and we have received many compliments from family and friends! I highly recommend the glass house. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable night.

Beautiful and unique venue this a great location for a celebration we absolutely recommend!! The owners and coordinator were on hand the day of our celebration and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating for our celebration we had an amazing time!!!

Beautiful place but terrible communication. I was told date was available, I kept texting for invoice to secure the date, got the run around then was told it was booked. The owners apologized and kept saying they are working on booking process and they wanted my business. I decided to change event to the following week and Sean said it was available. I told him I wanted it and to please send invoice so I could pay to hold the date. Sean texted saying he put it on hold so the date wouldn t get snagged and he would send invoice. He never did, but I received a call a couple hours later from his wife saying she was sorry but the date was already taken. Dave yourself a headache and find another venue as this is poorly run and just a headache. Wasted time trying to get this venue. Text message of conversation will be uploaded

We love our experience at San Antonio Glass House. Hands down the most unique wedding venue in SA. The venue locates at the right spot that you and your guests will watch the sunset inside the building. Vanessa and Erica were super sweet to work with. They are very responsive and work hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. Highly recommend this venue in SA!

On Sunday, Jan 7th, we held my daughters baby shower at this gorgeous venue. It truly is stunning, and the owners Vanessa & Sean take great pride in ensuring to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Leading up to the event Erica was excellent with our walk thru and communication in regards to the final setup. During our event the owners themselves were on hand throughout the day to ensure myself and our guests were happy. Had an amazing experience! We canceled a trip I had planned on proposing to my girlfriend on. Glasshouse appeared on a local search and it came out better than the prior plan. Staff let us start the photoshoot right away and let us have our privacy. I would love to host many more events here.
