Another great visit! Devin in the drive thru was super quick, friendly, and reminded me I had a coupon on file to use. Cute guy too. Thanks Devin, you ROCK! They use door dash, the guy didnt speak English. We had updated our address in the app but it didnt take so we called the store to have them correct it. They told the guy, then he called and my mom spoke to him in Spanish and still we called him asking where he was and he said he could not deliver to another address thats not on order! This is ridiculous and the last time we are ordering from Gattis! We literally live up the block. How can yall mess this up?! We only ordered delivery because of the rain. I called to cancel and they put me on hold for 5 mins, I hung up called back and was put on hold for 10 mins while doing so I called from my Moms phone and the lady answered right away which is sorry. All I wanted to was cancel because of the deliver guys mess up. We never got our food. Then asked the woman if she could do anything to make this right and all she said was refund us, no offer for a free one or discount nothing. Ill be reaching out to corporate.

I have no issue with the food. However I have issue with the incompetent employees with no customer service skills. Delivery drivers should check the full order before leaving the store. TERRIBLE experience tonight with the manager on duty - Shay. Called in for delivery at 7:15pm, address, name and order total was confirmed and was quoted 40 minutes. By 8:30pm, called back to inquire where the order was, call was taken by Shay. Greeted with instant attitude, acted inconvenienced that I was inquiring, demanded an order number from an email confirmation that was never sent/received. Are you even calling the right location? Incredibly agitated that not only did my family not receive their food, but that I was treated as if I did something wrong. Piss poor service and incredibly unprofessional attitude from Shay.

First time eating here. I had a pizza and wings delivered. Not a fan of the crust. It was very cardboard like. Wings had good flavour, but not crispy at all. The skins were very soggy. Seemed under cooked but weren t. I ll find a different pizza joint when I m in town.

No one wants to work fast food anymore. So it is so refreshing to meet people that are friendly and ready to take your order. The Gattis Pizza in Pflugerville is no exception. I went in on an extremely rainy very busy night and while my order did take longer than expected it was fresh and delicious and the employees were very very nice. Gattis will always be my favorite.

I dont know if this location is under new management or has a new manager in general, but I cannot believe the trash customer service! I placed an order and paid over the phone, also tipped over the phone for my parents was then told that they received a phone call stating that their pizza was delivered. Since when does Mr. Gattis call and tell you that your pizza was delivered? They said they got a response when they texted the number saying that the pizza was delivered but it was a house phone, so how does that happen? I drove from my house which was 20 minutes away to the location where the manager said he fixed the problem but was completely unapologetic....ridiculous.

This place has gone downhill. Took 5 tries before anyone would even pick up the phone. Placed an order for a pepperoni pizza told 25mins. Get there to pick up and told will be 30mins. I asked how come it wasnt ready since I called it in or least someone to call me and say not to head over. The response was Fridays are busy. Gattis has been a favorite since they were called The Pizza Place. However things have gone way down hill. They used to have top notch quality, within the scope of their recipes, but they have lost their touch. The sampler doesnt taste as good as it used to be, the ranch dressing is no longer the home made recipe they used to have, and they cant get an order right to save their life. I order a sampler with 4x jalapenos, they charge me over $7 for the Jalapenos, and put on only 2 per slice of pizza. They do this every time. If I just order the free Jalapenos, I still get 2 per slice... What am I paying the $7 for? Now suddenly they are cash only, so I have to go to an ATM to buy a pizza, and have loose cash left over that I dont normally carry. So they just keep going down hill. This used to be an Austin original chain that I could depend on for a predictable experience. They had flavors I could count on, I always know what I was going to get when I placed my order... But no more. They no longer hold true to their original flavor, and even if you say I have to adapt to new recipes, what about the lack of quality or attention to detail? Where are my $28 worth of jalapenos for my last 4 orders? What happened to the great subs? And the fresh ingredients? That classic flavor? it has all been lost. The last Gattis buffet restaurant I visited refused to even take my order for a sampler, told me to choose from the buffet, which was worse than horrible. This location was better for a long time, but it has gone down hill as well. Looks like Conans is the only local chain with any quality left... and they are not my favorite... but neither is Gattis any more. Bring back The Pizza Place!!

I m from the Northeast where we have GOOD pizza, so maybe all the good reviews have never had real pizza because the pizza and wings I got were LITERALLY microwaved. Almost inedible. Really disappointed I can t find good pizza down here.
