I had the privilege to have Andres do my engagement photo shoot. I had no experience doing couple pictures but Andres helped and made it so simple. Andres was able to make my engagement so easy and stress free. Not to mention the fast communication and he was also very kind and nice to talk to. 10/10 would recommend.

Andres was a godsend. Truly. We had a small courthouse marriage and Andres showed up and did what he did best. He took the most amazing sentimental and outstanding pictures. He captured so many angles from our perspective, from our family s perspective and made sure the small beautiful details from the small town were involved. The most amazing part was he sent 5 finished photos the night of and then sent the rest of them the next day. Not only was his pricing more than fair, but he felt so natural and so comfortable in the environment. He made taking photos so much fun. He truly has a knack for capturing the special moments, he is a joy to work with and created a fun light hearted environment. Thank you Andres!

Very close friends of mine contracted Andres Photography to capture their wedding day. While this was done in 2020 this is still something that haunts them. I helped her pay for her photography and when she told me it was someone who was prior military I didn t question it being prior military myself. However, what I wasn t prepared for was for this company to take advantage of my friend/family and not honor the contract we paid for. It is beyond despicable to have someone take advantage of another person this way by not honoring the contract and package they paid for. It is blatantly obvious in the responses to their prior negative reviews that he has continued to gaslight them and refuses to take responsibility for the damage his company has done. To tell someone If either or both of you can get past the lost video file and simply focus on ALL of your AMAZING photography, perhaps that aspect of your order could finally be fulfilled. is ridiculous. Get past the lost video? You took memories away from them with family members and friends that cannot be replaced because some have since passed away. Not to mention .finally fulfilled? Their wedding was in March of 2020. Finally fulfilled??? We are in October of 2023. Shouldn t their contract have been fulfilled in 2020? You didn t hesitate to take our payment, however here we are still without photos, prints, books .and yes a video that you insist on them getting over.

Andres was exceptional to work with for my son s graduation pictures. He went out of his way to find the perfect backgrounds and lighting for each picture. He allowed plenty of time for changes of outfits, props and continued to take pictures until we had captured everything. Andres communication is top notch from the beginning of the project to the end highly recommend. I am looking forward to doing some family photos this spring with him!

When my (now) wife contacted me to tell me she had found someone to do the photography for our wedding I was happy but a bit weary as I was deployed and couldnt be there to meet the person myself. However, she mentioned that he was prior military and military friendly so I trusted it would be fine. He came to the wedding with his cousin as the videographer and at that point I was even more skeptical. He assured me that everything would be fine. Fast forward to after the wedding and we couldnt get him to give us the prints he promised, the books he promised, the printing rights he promised, and if that wasnt enough he lost all of the video footage from our wedding. Despite numerous attempts to get him to give us the video it took over a year and a half, almost 2 years for him to tell us the video had been lost. He didnt even tell us, it took us bugging him numerous times for him to tell us the truth. As a paying customer you shouldnt have to hunt for someone that you paid for a service to get them to not only give you what you paid for but also to tell you the truth about what happened to your items. It is ridiculous that this person not only continues to act as if he did nothing wrong but gaslights my wife when it comes to the situation. This is beyond infuriating and I am making sure that everyone I know not only in that area but also surrounding areas is aware of what this person is doing and how they are continuing to con and take advantage of people.

*********UPDATE************ Thank you Andres for your LESS than helpful reply to my review. Unfortunately, your response does not accurately represent the situation but merely shows you have the ability to GASLIGHT a customer in order to make yourself appear,to unknowing potential customers, as the better person. While you did take nice photos you only delivered via Dropbox and NEVER indicated which were edited nor supplied us with a document indicating that we would have printing rights. In fact, all of the photos have your logo on them so you can imagine how awkward that would be to have them printed and displayed in our home with your logo on them (not to mention I dont want to do free advertisement for a company that CANNOT HONOR their basic contracts and obligations). In addition, I sent the list of photos for the prints and the books you stated we would receive, not for free, but because we paid for the package however NONE of the items were delivered. You mentioned to me on a couple of occasions you had MISPLACED the list. Regarding the issue of your videographer, if you hire someone they are a representative of your company. Yes, even your cousin is a representative of your business. When it comes to the issue of the storm in the winter of 2021, our wedding video should have been released to us long before that as our wedding was in March of 2020. So you had our video in your possession (your cousin is an extension of your business so yes, in your possession) for over a year and a half and NEVER gave it to us. The amount of negligence you and your company have displayed is incredible. I am so happy you have learned your lesson from our incident, however, that does not take away from the immeasurable damage, stress, and emotional damage you have caused by your lack of care, attention, or basic empathy. You still continued to work with that videographer, yes we know you worked with him not that long ago despite your representations in your reply to my initial review, especially since you continue to publicly praise him for his work and how you are both a great team (which I beg to differ). Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my initial review we have since lost multiple people in our friend and family group that not only appeared in our original wedding video but had also taken video/photos at our wedding, so sending you videos for a compilation isnt as simple as you may think it is. You took away memories from our family that cant be replaced with an email or text requesting video and photos from them and then expecting that to be an adequate replacement for a professional job YOU WERE PAID to do. Given your UNPROFESSIONALISM and disregard for the importance of the job that people hire and trust you to do I find it hard to believe that this is the first time you have had someone dissatisfied. *********** Original Post: What should have been one of the greatest moments of our lives turned out to be one of the worst. We contracted Andres Photography to handle the photography and video for our event. Little did we know this would be one of the worst decisions we could have ever made. In the contract they were supposed to have given us portraits that we never received. As if that wasn t enough, even after asking countless times for our video they never gave it to us. Despite us asking numerous times it took not only months, but over a year for them to let us know that they lost all of our wedding footage. This was devastating to us as people that were not only in those videos but who also left video messages have since passed away. We have no video of our very special day. I can t quantify the amount of stress and devastation this has caused. If you are searching for a photographer/videographer for you special day, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to ensure you will have your memories properly captured and your contract honored to its fullest.

I love this duo! Im not a photogenic person. Im kinda ugly. But these guys made me look like a superstar! One thing that I was worried about, when hiring a photographer, was getting someone that was rude or made me feel bad about myself. However - Andres and his cousin (pretty sure it was his cousin) were amazing and super friendly. They put my husband and myself at ease, and really made us feel comfortable. The pictures we have received so far are amazing, and I cant wait to get the rest of them. They made a memorable event even MORE special. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Where do I began? Andres is the real deal! I called Andres the night before my sons 3rd birthday party. I wasnt confident that I would find an excellent photographer in less than 24 hours, but it wouldnt be for lack of trying. Andres was a gentle professional. He was very confident and in our conversation, he genuinely inquired about what I might like for my sons party. I explained that my son was born one year before the Covid -19 pandemic and the pandemic forced me to cancel my sons first birthday party and he didnt have much of a 2nd birthday party. As mommy, I was really heart broken about this, so in his third year when he was finally about to celebrate, I didnt want to miss all the special, warm and intimate moments at his party. Growing up, my family didnt have many pictures of me and another reason why I wanted to make sure my husband and I have many memories and moments of our son. Andres understood the mission and he did NOT disappoint! In my first inquiry call, Andres provided me his pricing and confirmed he could shoot my sons party. I mentioned I needed to call him back to discuss with my husband. I became distracted on mom duty and forgot to call him back after speaking with my husband. Andres called me BACK! This was the first thing that touched me. He asked what I my husband and I needed. I explained we had spent so much money and kind of forgot about the photos, but we couldnt miss the chance to photograph his 3rd birthday (first birthday party) Andres worked with my husband and I on an agreed amount. Andres arrived early to the party, professional, friendly, mellow and confident lol. He mingled with the party guests and really is like a chameleon. He blends in at all the right times and places to get the most beautiful shots. The shots show this very thing. I had a shoot with Andres a few days ago. I ve never worked with a professional photographer, and having my picture taken is among my least favorite activities. So suffice to say, I was nervous and didn t know what to expect. When the shoot started, I was beyond relieved and satisfied with Andres professionalism. Andres took our photos for our one year anniversary. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, flexibility, and the quality of the photos. I called him about as last minute as I could, and I was met with nothing but enthusiasm and positivity. He rearranged his schedule to be there for us, and was flexible even as I changed the location a couple times. He ended up coming to our home where we had the photos taken. He has equipment that allows him to come to any location, has an outgoing personality, and uses his creative touch to enhance the ideas we had for the pictures. The actual photos turned out great. Beautiful work and so fun to work with. Within minutes I was relaxed and able to really get into the posing and had a lot of fun with my shoot. We ended up having a much smaller space to work with than originally planned but Andreas managed to work around all the obstacles and create beautiful photos. Very professional and relaxed.
