Had an amazing experience, especially during the hours of 1-5pm when it wasn t busy at all. We practically had the place to ourselves! The facilities were spotless tables were cleaned and sanitized immediately after they were vacated, and the trampoline area was sanitized every 30 minutes. The bathrooms were also very clean, although they don t provide seat covers. The game variety was great, especially for toddlers since many of their games were in free play mode. had an amazing experience, especially during the hours of 1-5pm when it wasn t busy at all. For older kids, there were plenty of games to choose from, although you ll need to use play points. My nephews absolutely loved the Ninja Turtle game it s a hit! I just wish more locations offered it. One minor downside was that the tickets-to-points conversion isn t what it used to be when we were kids in the 90s, but the kids still had fun. The food was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend the mushroom and spinach pizza it was delicious! The wings were okay, but they do offer them at a great discount. The salad bar was always stocked, and I appreciated that they quickly replenished items like jalapeños when they got low. They offer a good variety of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, though oddly, no coffee. We also got the Fun Pass, and it was totally worth it. You get 250 play points every day and 50% off food and additional play points if needed. You can even earn points to redeem for more play points or food items. What I loved most was the flexibility you can split the play points across multiple cards or get a wristband for just $5.99. My 1-year-old niece even figured out how to use the play card, and the wristbands are great because they can t be easily removed by kids. The food discounts alone were worth it we got two large pizzas (one with chicken and one with mushroom & spinach) for only $7.77! Lastly, a shoutout to Deedria, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly kind, patient, and went out of her way to help me when I was juggling my 5 nephews and niece. Her helpfulness made the day a lot easier, and I truly appreciated it. Highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese location! We ll definitely be back.

I want to Chuck e cheese on 03/15/24 2pm and had a horrible experience with the black lady skinny she kind of looked like an African she had a ponytail. I think somebody said her name was Chez. She was very rude. After me and my kids stood in line for about 15 minutes to get the prize. She tried to pretend like she didnt see us and told somebody else that she will help them over us. i wish i didnt have to leave 1 star , customers beware of this location .. my daughter sat her phone down by a game and an employee took it , when we were leaving two employees (a tall black man with braids in the front and a haircut, like a man bun) were staring at us and we noticed they were looking they ducked down from the window view unbeknownst to us my daughter got in the car and stated she left her phone , well those 2 employees who ducked down were no longer to be seen and had another employee to give us the phone

There are not as many games as I remember as a kid but still cool! The people that work there... TOP TIER!!! Very nice, customer service on point, very helpful and sweet! They literally go out of their way to be helpful. It warms my heart to go to places were you can feel people are genuinely happy at their jobs. My advice is, dont go when its really busy. Clean restaurant, food was good. My child had fun. The game card was a bit pricy, but its not like we will go every week. This location would be better with different leadership. Went in on 04/10 and manager didn t check us in with stamps, said to just walk in as he was eating at one of the tables. Then tells us you re welcome with an attitude after he does something for us. It s a hassle to do your job?! They were not checking kids in or out. I just wanted to thank the staff for their hard work. We went for fundraiser night for our school on tonight and really enjoyed ourselves. My 3 children, along with many others were running, laughing, smiling and having a good time. This is my 3rd time at this location, and each time we ve enjoyed our experience. Though very busy, the staff were very friendly, diligent and attentive to the costumers. The facility was clean and games were working (at least the ones we played). HORRIBLE Treated me and my kids like we didnt belong. In Oak Cliff. Hispanic Karen Rude, Agressive, and even very Mean Spirited. Was getting their toys after Spending $100 at that place. I let the manager know and will be contacting Corporate. For this discrimination. Also, I watched her be totally cordial with other Hispanic and other races peacefully and respectful. You need to get rid of that horrible worker or dont let her address children or customers. Totally upset after spending all that money to be treated differently in 2022. And no it wasnt a Caucasian it was a Hispanic female. So, this type of treatment can come from many races other than one race. Do Better!!! This is an unfortunate and a bad experience I ever had at a Chuck e Cheese. Will never go there again with my children.

We went to this chuck e cheese to take our kids since its been a while we have been to one. It was on a Sunday around noon and I was surprised to see it was empty. They really need to update Chuck E. Cheese and the characters were new day in time and age so I know the equipment could be updated and the performance could look a little better than it did back in the 70s in the 80s
