The party booking staff - Emma and Valentina are very rude and leave a bad taste. I had originally signed the party contract for a party of 10. Based on the RSVPs I increased the count to 11 and signed the contract. I called to update the letter colors of the trophy pin for the birthday boy from green to gold, however Valentina said she cant keep sending updated contract and said she will put the new color in her notes. However on the day of the party the letters were of the old color- green. This is intentional spoiling someones party arrangements. On the day of the party- check-in process was not clear. When I entered the staff office with the heavy cake and decorations in my hand, Emma pointed with her finger and ask to me to wait in the regular check-in queue (where all visitors have to register). Having stood for good 15 minutes in that queue the party host came looking for me and took over from there. I wasnt even supposed to stand in that queue. This was intentional misguidance from Emma. She also gave me a hard time with the party balloons that I had ordered from Party City and had it delivered to their office. She threw her hands in the air - if you order directly from Party City we are not liable. I said these are my balloons - do you want to see the receipt? Again she nodded her head for a no and said usually they have the name on the balloons. They had the name written in one corner and had to show it to her and party host said yes it matches. After which she let me take my own balloons. Wish this is done with some dignity and respect for the party customer. Decent place for kids party but the party booking staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, possibly racist.

Yesterday, 09/07/2024, we booked a party for ten kids plus parents. We arrived 15 minutes earlier as requested, and the server assigned to host our party showed us our table dirty without removing the table clothes from the previous activity. When I asked her to clean our table, she argued that we came early to the event Then, my sons birthday party was assigned to use lane 1 & 2 for bowling and a hole family still seated at the moment my party was supposed to begin their game, the server never do anything to request the other people to give us the chance to play as we have scheduled and I request her to contact the manager, a young guy came in and finally request the people to leave and clean the area. But the worst was when the kids were in the table eating their pizza we were a group of 10-12 additional adults, parents of the kids, I had an open ticket at the bar and I ordered food for them, and this server ask me to pulled the adults from the table even do we were consuming and close to our kids because she need the table. They charge me $75.00 dollars for that additional table which I consider excessive and abusive if we were together and consuming alcohol and food. This place is run by young guys that do not understand customer service and etiquette rules. I spent there in less than 2 hours around $600 but they do not value your business.

We went for bowling with 3 families on a Saturday night. It was 40 per hour for bowling. No issues with bowling alleys etc., Id recommend this place for bowling. Kia was the front office staff who was decent in answering my queries etc., We ordered loaded chips and they werent great, they can do that better.

Saturday 8/10/24, my husband and I wanted to organize a family outing with all the kids and grandkids, which is always hard to coordinate with work/kid schedules!? Wanting to bowl and arcade games we decided on Main Event in Frisco, TX. They pushed the fact that you can fully schedule and reserve times online! We got on at 11:00 a.m. that morning for a 5:00 p.m. start time. We had to put everyone s information in, including names and shoe sizes for all. We set-it up with 6 people bowling for 2 hours and it took a while to enter all the info, but every time we went to finish and confirm, the web site refreshed and kicked us out without saying why or making the reservation. We tried 4 times, entering all the info each time, with No Luck!? We called the Frisco location and were told that they couldn t help with bowling reservations!? We Finally were able to make reservations for 6 people bowling on two lanes for one hour, even though we wanted 2 hours and it never said why we couldn t do it. We get there 15 minutes early to clear it up and the guys at the desk were very friendly and remembered us calling to try and fix. They then proceeded to ask all our shoe sizes, never mind that we had spent a stupid amount of time entering all that info online!? Thinking we had cleared up and fixed the 2 hour playtime, we were upset to have our 2nd game shut down in the 8th frame!? We went up and spoke with Michael, the manager, he listened to everything that had gone on in our attempt to just have a fun family event bowling, games, pool & pizza. His ONLY response was to say that he would let Corporate Main Event know, but no time extension at all!? We have NEVER had such lack of help or caring at Main Event before!? Having lived in the area for 23 years and with 3 kids, we have had so many great times with Birthdays, school events and family outings here. But NOT last night!? Sad and frustrating considering how much time & money that was spent. As a manager, Michael should have tried to help fix a situation that could have been handled with some common courtesy and professional etiquette!?

I took out one star because there were some teenagers next to our aisle and creating lots of disturbances. They were disturbing and coming to our aisle sometimes blocking us from bowling. The staffs that were present there were seeing that but did not bother to intervene or asked them to be courteous of other customers. Its their responsibility to make the environment suitable for their customers. Everything else was up to the expectation.

This was my first time. I just got done with my visit and was extremely disappointed. I shouldve left when I tried to reserve a lane and the machine wouldnt take my payment multiple times until we tried inputting my card in. It was understandable since I was using tap pay, so it didnt really matter.. but I felt that couldve been a sign for me. Okay, let me just start off by saying that I know this isnt a 5 star restaurant, but serving food is serving food, no matter what level of dining it is. First, no one came by when we got to our lane to see if we wanted to order anything. Okay, thats fine... maybe, youre short staff or busy with someone else. I wasnt even sure if I should go to the restaurant or food counter area to order... so I asked an employee. They sent a server and we ordered. When we finally got our drinks, we didnt get any straws. I ordered nachos and a deep dish pizza. They came at different times, but each time neither one brought napkins or plates... these are shareables! The nachos came out first, so after trying to wait on the pizza to see if maybe theyll bring something.. I decided to ask for napkins. After the pizza arrived and not seeing any plates, I just left it alone. A little later, my son wanted fries, so I ordered fries and asked for utensils... I was barely eating since we were bowling and had finger food. Everyone touches these bowling balls and also wasnt trying to have greasy hands getting it all over the balls either. Well, the server said she was going to get it at the time of ordering fries, but I didnt get it until it was time to pay.. when she realized she forgot to bring it. But I felt like she probably noticed before that.. she had come to our table at least once and had glanced at our table a couple of times when in the area. I dont think it was a coincidence that she remembered when it came time to pay and tip.. cause obviously she was aware enough to notice when our time was coming to and end to come collect payment. And even then, she brought silverware.. when it was time to leave? Maybe, plastic utensils?!.. Thats just for the food experience... During our game, one of the staff took our ball trainer/ slide thing to bring to another lane a few lanes over, so i asked if he had another one for my daughter. Lastly, when our game ended, we barely had a chance to get ready to leave the same guy came to ask us to step away from the lane cause there was another reservation. Wow, The urgency and awareness now.... but any other time none of the staff was aware enough to see that we didnt have any of the obvious that should have been brought with our food or that I had a toddler that needed the bowling assist. I only gave 2 stars, because I was having somewhat of a fun time with my children when I wasnt looking for someone for help with something. It definitely put a damper on my mood. These are all little things that didnt have to interrupt our ONE HOUR visit so many times. I come from a server background for many years in many types of establishments, mostly fast-paced. Here is a tip.. With that many servers serving the table, the very first one putting in the order couldve at least started the set up with knowledge of what was ordered. Honestly, it looks like yall making your job harder than it is. I still gave a decent tip. I know what it is like working for mainly tips, but I would understand if someone without food and beverage experience didnt feel it was deserved. I hope it was an off-day but gotta step it up yall.

Lots of games are not working, and some just take your credit and then dont play. One of the 3 air hockey tables, a kid fishing game, a claw machine, etc. Many people dont know that you can go request a refund from the prize shop. On top of that, all of the machines that add credit to your card werent working one weekend, and the only place to get this done was to go wait in the front desk line with the people waiting to pay for bowling or checking in for a party, so theres 15 minutes gone. Lastly, the pizza. The cheese somehow has this top layer that feels like single ply wet TP between your teeth, so every bite has a little bit of displeasing resistance to it. Fix the games, check them regularly, advertise credit refunds, and buy dollar store pizza rather than your current food vendor. Please and thank you.

Food : we ordered the burger salad and it was so good! Covered in mayo and ketchup like a normal burger. The spinach & artichoke dip was also very good! Service : The service was outstanding! Even though they were SUPER packed and I could see overwhelmed that did not stop them from being so nice, helpful and always with a smile. When I say literally every single person that I encountered that worked there was accommodating, they were a super star team. We went there yesterday from 11 - 4pm. The staff serving the bowling lanes, the guy in the ticket shop, the guys behind the bowling counter, the people that came over to help us get onto the obstacle course, and the guy that serviced the laser tag. Everyone was amazing. I love this place. Pictures dont do it justice it looks a lot smaller in pictures than it really is.

We had a wonderful experience at Main Event last night. My kiddo has severe food allergies and we worked with management to find something he could eat. This means they took pictures of all of the labels and brought them out so I could go over every ingredient. They also took the time to clean the kitchen before making his dinner and brought it straight out to us so as to avoid cross contamination of any kind. They went above and beyond and my kiddo absolutely loved his dinner. Thank you again to the crew last night! Dietary restrictions: They only have one option that is truly Celiac friendly, their gluten-free cheese pizza but they went above and beyond to avoid cross contamination by cleaning the kitchen before making his food and bringing it straight out.

DO NOT BOOK AFTER 7PM WEEKENDS!!! This was a horrendous experience for our family. First off whoever designed the Main Event booking site needs to be fired. It tells you a confirmation email will be sent as soon as you give your CC info, but sure as heck doesn t send anything (and that s just a generic page holder you can find online, so it s not even a legit checkout page). We booked a bowling lane for 1hr online for 10pm, never got 1 email even though the charge was pending on my acct. Called this place at least 5 separate times during the day Saturday to check if we were good but no response. The last time I called, it just went straight to vm. Wow, great cust service no? Our family decided to show up anyway since I planned to raise H*LL if we didn t have a lane reserved and they didn t refund the transaction on my card. Wouldn t ya know, we were in their system. The front desk gives us a lane that has my name plastered on the display screen. But this is next to a lane of late teen-early 20s East Indian self entitled punks and their gfs who have helped themselves to our lane and scattered shoes, jackets etc everywhere. Gritting my teeth I ask the young men if they d kindly move their belongings since HELLO! my f n name is on the screen!!! Just gets better. We verify our bowler names and settings since we also have 3 kids with us and add bumper guards. Start up the game and the lane never resets I find one of the waitstaff and ask if they can send someone to get the lane fixed and he radios someone on his headset and says they ll be right over. So we wait for 5 mins 10 mins 15 f n mins!!! I look over and that same chubby, black curly haired goofball in purple ME shirt is chatting up some teen girls probably trying to scam for a date I tap him on the shoulder and gesture at our fam who is still waiting and as he waves me off I go to the counter instead and talk to the bowling attendant. He moves us to a new lane (so that rude and ditzy crowd of 20yo s can go back to thinking they own the world on mommy/daddy s money). We start up a game and the pin setters/sweeps are stuck in the back of the lane with yellow lights indicating malfunction. I go back to the attendant, he radios and finally by the grace of God the pin setters reset and our fam can finally do what it came to this joke of a family fun venue to do and paid for in advance. By the way no servers ever came once to check on us or ask if we wanted drinks, food etc. Can t say enough bad things about this place or how ghetto it has become. But just look at the clientele it now regularly caters to or the team of undertrained, lazy staff it hires and and you ll get it. We ll NEVER book any party here let alone a single bowling lane, even if they manage to get their booking site or phone system working again like a real legit business.

To our dismay, the pizzas were served with dirty plates. As the children eagerly tried to enjoy their meal, it became apparent that some plates were unclean, which was quite unpleasant. In response to this issue, we took photographs as evidence and promptly informed the staff, expressing our dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the managers reaction was discourteous and unprofessional. The managers rude inquiry about our demands left a negative impression. I informed the manager that I would express my dissatisfaction with their service on social media platforms. The overall quality of the food was subpar, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others. As a fellow business owner, I comprehend that errors can occur, but it is essential for businesses to handle customer complaints with professionalism and respect. The way in which this situation was managed left much to be desired.

Worst service I have ever had....Like, worse than McDonalds lol!! Dominic, a tall guy who helped me and my family get in the waitlist for bowling, he told my uncle it would be 45 minutes, so we waited, after about 40 minutes we saw multiple areas clean and empty so we asked how long we had and he said 1 hour to which I answered what do you mean? He told us 45 minutes, 40 MINUTES ago... then my brother went back 20 MINUTES LATER now we had been waiting for a full hour, had some drinks and played some games... we go back to DOMINIC, and I ask him how long we had... he tells me an hour and a half WHAT???? At this point I believe he is confused on our name so I try to ask him about the name and last name to make sure hes looking at the right people... He then looks me UP AND DOWN (I wish I was making this up) and tells me pretty sure no one would tell you 45 minutes because if you look around were pretty busy. excuse me????? I was with my whole family and had brought kids so we didnt want to leave and we had waited for an hour and a half already so we decided to stay. But best believe I am making a review to talk about Mr Dominic. It is very embarrassing to have people like that as the face of your company. We will never come back and already decided to celebrate a birthday at Pinstack next month.

Great build out, good people, horrible processes killing the experience & environment! Can t order drinks from lane. Have to stand in 20 min line just to get drinks. Then they want all the people bowling to come up & wait in line. You have staff up your bar better for this to ever work.Was about to company party here but no way! Dont order food at the bar. Waited at least 45 minutes for food before we cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Shuffleboard tables are/have been BADLY out of level. I had to adjust one of them that you couldnt even keep the pucks on the surface. Bad staff did not care that food had taken so long and avoided us when we went to the bar. It wasnt even that busy on a Thursday night. Front counter had no idea how to do the wait list for shuffleboard and charged more than the website shows for time on the rental. Parking: Lots of parking and easy to get in.

Fun time but seems like a money pit. Originally told 1hour for bowling over the phone (could not put our name in til we got there). Got there a couple minutes later and was told 2hours for a lane. Bought some gaming credits to pass the time since my daughter was really looking forward to bowling. Lo and behold it was only 30-minutes to get notified that our lane was ready. Fun place for the kids. They ve made some changes that probably help them organize but also make it harder to use the activities. You have to get on a list at the front desk for activities. I visited Main Event in Frisco for the first time using a gift card. Initially, I wasnt aware that I needed to convert it into a fun card upon entry. After experiencing difficulties with the arcade games, I approached the kiosk for assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member there didnt have the necessary authorization to convert my old card and had to seek approval from their supervisor, causing a slight delay. It was a bit confusing for first-time visitors as the staff had trouble explaining the process. However, my kids had a great time playing the arcade games.
