Robert/Roberto was AMAZING! Very accommodating and gave lots of recommendations! We were nervous to ride since we ve never done it before, but he was a great teacher and took his time to make sure we were comfortable! We were the only ones in the tour at that time, so we got to see some extra stuff and ended up using a lot of his recommendations for restaurants and places to visit! He even texted us a list after so we didn t have to try to remember it all during the ride. He was very thorough in explaining all the history and knew a lot of cool facts that I ve never heard before, despite this being my third visit! He was also very funny and kept us laughing the whole time! He also offered to takes pics of us since it s impossible to do while driving lol This was my favorite part of our whole trip and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio! :)

Joseph was GREAT. This tour was very fun. We try to make a point to go on Segway tours to learn the city we are visiting. Highly recommend doing so early on in your trip. We did it late and Joseph had so many tips and things for us we wish we could have done. It felt like a tour with a friend who knew a bunch of cool facts.

Wow. Best San Antonio tour ever. That we did it on Segways was icing on the cake. First: if you ve never ridden a Segway, it s the most fun you can have with your clothes on. Second: our guide was Rob. San Antonio born & raised, his knowledge of the city is outstanding. We got tidbits we ve never seen or heard on any other tour. And Rob has a genuine, gigantic personality. Immediately, we felt like we were rolling with an old buddy. I can t say enough about Rob and Segway Nation. Take a ride. You ll be glad you did.

I was nervous about riding a Segway, I am not as young as I once was, but I am so glad I did. The learning curve was quick and it was by far the best way to see the most in San Antonio. Our guide, Robert, was knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend doing the morning tour so you can spend the afternoon visiting the areas that stand out during your ride!

Enjoyed our tour but didnt meet standards of other Segway tour companies. Complaints. Office was late opening and no apology for being late. The machines were dirty and just needed to be cleaned up. Helmets were just plain tacky. Our tour guide was very friendly, attentive and did a good tour. However it took 40 minutes to outfit and train riders which reduced our tour time.

We had such a fantastic time. What a great way to take in the sights and learn about the culture of San Antonio. Price was great, they even offered a veterans discount. I would recommend going when it is warm and if it isn t take some gloves with you. You will really enjoy this, I highly recommend everyone go and try this, you will not regret it. Our guide was professional, super funny, knowledgeable and very patient. We will definitely do this again and use the same company in some of the other major cities they are in. Once you use them, you are locked in at the same price from there on out.

Very nice experience with a professional tour guide. It started with teaching us how to ride and roam safely with the Segway, then on the tour explained the history of San Antonio and was very patient and attentive of the riders. What a great experience. We didn t make it to our event because traffic was horrendous and they called to check on us and offered us a refund and a discount to come back when we could as we didn t want them to wait for us and back up the whole day. Most businesses would have said sorry your loss. Just knowing this is how they run their business I will use them anytime we are in San Antonio. Can t wait til we return. We went on the Historic San Antonio tour - very enjoyable! San Antonio has tons of interesting history and sights to see. This tour gives you a taste of what to enjoy around the downtown area - river walk, hemisphere, beautiful historic buildings, entertaining bits of old and new info, things to do, etc. Not just for young people - our party of four are all in our 60s, and we made it out alive! Just pay attention when your guide gives instructions. Our guide Robert was great - enthusiastic and a lot of fun! First he instructed us individually on how to ride and operate the machines, and made sure we could do it. The tour took a good amount of time riding around seeing the sights and learning interesting facts from Robert. We stopped a few times for photo ops and once for a restroom / drink break. This tour company was very conscientious about COVID-19 safety precautions, so that helped us decide to go with them. We started at 9:00 am with a requirement to be there a bit early. Were going on the Austin tour next, cant wait! Highly recommended.

I arrived at 8:40 for my 9:00 tour on 10/21/18. At 9:20 there was still nobody there so I left. I called their number and explained to the woman who answered what had happened. Her reply: Oh. Do you want to reschedule? I politely declined, and asked for a refund. She said Ok and hung up the phone. Zero apology for my wasted time and disappointment. I did get my refund a few days later.

We booked a 60 minute tour, but I think it ended up being 90 minutes which nobody minded. Robert was an awesome tour guide, knowledgeable and funny! He was also a very good instructor and helped me feel comfortable on the Segway when I was certain I was not going to get it. The tour guide was funny and the tour was outstanding. Some of the facts are obviously biased towards making SA great, and some of them where just historically inaccurate but it didnt matter. The overall experience was great. It can be a bit scary as the traffic can be overwhelming at times, both foot and car.

My trip lasted about 1.5 hrs and was one of the best tour choices I made! I had so much fun! My tour guide was funny, knowledgeable, understanding of when I got tired and let me rest. He was willing to stop anywhere and talk about the scenery and the history of it all. He would often stop to snap pictures which was a huge plus! We scheduled our Nation Segway tour for the first day in San Antonio. Wanted to get the feeling of the city berore finalizing the sights we wanted to visit. Jack was our teacher, guide, historian and most importantly our safety supervisor. He was incredible. The whole experience was great. My tour guide was extremely helpful in helping me learn to Segway around, when I was a little rocky at first. He laid out all the rules very plainly so they were easy to understand. He was knowledgeable about everything he talked about and even suggested some places to eat afterwards. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to learn about downtown San Antonio.

Robert and Joseph are the best guides ever! Robert made sure each person in our group was comfortable operating the Segway. We did the evening ghost tour of San Anyonio. Joseph was our tour guide and he did an awesome job making sure we followed traffic/vehicle rules and kept up with the group. He is very knowledgeable of San Antonio history and the ghosts that inhabit some of the historic places. If you are looking for a tour where you get your moneys worth, this is it!

Took the one and a half hour today. Robert and Joseph our tour guides were extremely knowledgable on San Antonio history and they gave a thorough introduction to our Segways before we started. The Segways give you a great opportunity to see a lot of the downtown city with minimal effort. Highly recommended. Nige and Jan Collis - England.

Such a great time. Roland and Kurt were such awesome tour guides. My son is 14 and they took extra time and care to make sure he was comfortable on his segway. We had a blast. We got to see so much of San Antonio. my family loved it and at first my husband and son laughed at the idea. Now its their favorite thing to do, they want to do it in every city. I did have the Groupon and it was so easy to get booked. I read 1 review on here with someone complaining they couldnt get booked. Its an organized activity thats popular and San Antonio is a popular destination I dont know how long you need in advance but I called 2 weeks before memorial day weekend and I had no problem although I was expecting them to be booked. We took the morning tour and it was wonderful it made our San Antonio trip perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Yesterday was our first time doing a segway tour and we had a blast! Our tour guide Joseph really knew the city and did a great job of teaching us how to ride. They even have a special gift at the end of the tour. My wife was very apprehensive about going, but it didnt take long for her to get the hang of things. By the end of our tour she informed me that she wants a segway of her own! We did the 2.5 hour tour and our feet were pretty tired by the end of things. I would suggest starting out with the 1.5 hour tour. Well definitely use segway nation again in the future when were in a city that they serve! Definitely the highlight of the week. If you dont do anything else, do the segway tour!
