My family dined here tonight and paid well over $200, after being over charged for a drink that was made incorrectly and was returned. Our server explained that they dont usually like to remove alcohol from tabs. We asked for it to be removed and he moved the drink to a separate check. We paid for the drink, only to be rudely rushed to leave a while before 10pm ever hit. I understand wanting to close up and get home themselves, but the employees didnt even want to let us use the restroom because the floors were already mopped - again, before 10pm. We looked forward to a nice meal to end our busy week, but unfortunately it doesnt look like we will be returning.

The food was good, the waitress didnt pay much attention to us, even my friend who wanted another lemonade didnt bring it to her and when she asked her again she told her that she doesnt have a refill but my friend wanted another lemonade for birthdays there were tremendous drum hits that They dont let others talk and it even hurts the head, there were 3 around us, I would like it to be less noisy, but the ceviche with mango was very good

This place was recommended to us by a local. Best (but also only) mexican seafood i ever had. I really like seafood in general, so i could really tell this one was fresh and very very well prepared. We just ordered way too much, maybe the waiter should have warned us also, we arrived 30min before closing time, but they still were very patient and nice to us, didnt rush whatsoever.

Had been going here for many years. At least my last twenty visits I had brought in my gluten free chips to enjoy my meal without any issues. I don t eat the tostadas they have there anymore because even though they taste great, they re fried and Im just trying to eat healthier. Last night I was going in with a group of friends (party of eight) and the two girls at the door told me I couldn t go in with outside food as it said on a sign at the door. I explained there were just some chips and that I had done this MANY times before in that same restaurant without any issues. They said it was POLICY and that it couldn t be done. I went in to the cashier where there were more employees and explained situation and they too ignored my petition and said it was POLICY. I was REALLY upset as I told them there were just some chips!!! They DO NOT SELL CHIPS!!!! it s not like they were losing sales because of me not buying their house chips which they don t even have .. they have FREE tostadas!!! Anyway, I told my friends the situation and we ended up leaving. it was a stupid thing to be honest and the lack of comprehension of their employees was insulting. It s really sad to see an establishment have uneducated people working there and not have common sense. They lost a customer last night (which I honestly think they don t even care) for a stupid, VERY stupid reason. We ended up in a nearby sea food restaurant called Costa Pacífica and had no issues bringing in my chips. Food was great and we had a very fun night. To the owners of El Bucanero: Seems your employees need a little more common sense and a whole more training in the Customer Service area!

This restaurant sucks one day I went there and there was a little girl with a iPad who won t stop listening to a music which is a skikidi toilet and her parents didn t want her to tell to turn off and when I asked then they got mad and blamed me this is so annoying and then the waiter decided to make fun of me and it really made me very comfortable and he even called me buc ee because of my teeth so I got really mad that I pulled my 2 middle finger on him and he didn t care and when my food came it taste disgusting and raw that I got diarrhea shortly after it and whatever you do do not came to this restaurant unless you do it on you own risk I wish you guys shut down all of your restaurant because of this

We really liked the food here. My husband, in particular, liked the shrimp ceviche. We had the beef enchiladas, and they were great also. We also had margaritas, and they were fantastic. The menu is a little confusing, though, as there arent prices next to the pictures, and we had to ask our waiter. Our waiter was a very good server with a happy, smiling face.

Simply the assistant manager, Hector, is so rude and a horrible person. I used to live in SA, so when we visit we come here. Last week we ate here 3 times. I say that because the food is really good. But after dealing with Hector, I will never be back. He wanted to charge me $5 to NOT put onions on my fish tacos. I explained I don t like onions, but I should not have to pay extra as the cooks just have to not put diced onions on the tacos. He goes on to say if I don t like onions, maybe I should not eat here. I asked him if he wanted to leave and he made this sarcastic and disrespectful face. I am a grown man with a family and I don t deserve to be disrespected. Hector is hurting your business. One of my favorites for Mexican seafood. Been here so many times and have never ordered anything I didnt think was delicious. Food is amazing, from the seafood plates, molcajete , soups, ceviche, etc... Service is always fast and friendly. Since most items are fresh seafood, food always arrives within minutes. Servings are very large, so most items can be ordered for the table or family style. Not just the food, the Micheladas and Bloody Marys are very good. It does get busy, especially on the weekends, but since the food arrives so fast, tables clear out pretty quickly.
