We used Nate as our agent to find a new home in Lubbock and he was superb at helping us find a house, get facts about it, and facilitating all things we had to do for closing. We had to do a lot of remote communications and he is super at using modern technology efficiently. He listens to what you say to understand what you want, like, dislike, etc., and he is able to communicate very well--verbally, email, and text. He clearly knows Lubbock neighborhoods. We systematically narrowed down the neighborhoods, age of house, and layout by looking at several houses in Lubbock and then narrowed down on the neighborhood we liked. This is the fourth house I have bought, and Nate would rate #1 and his job was harder as I new less about the area than previous houses. I would use him in the future for sure and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in Lubbock.

If you need to buy or sell a house you need to look for Nate and Madi. They were absolutely amazing and I am so blessed to have met them. Every step of the way from selling my house out of state, to buying a new one and relocating here to Texas, Nate and Madi were there for me and my family every step of the way. Nate has been attentive and responsive from the very first phone call. We moved from Ohio to Lubbock, TX. He contacted a realtor in Ohio for us because we needed to sell that property and she was fabulous. He stayed in contact with our realtor throughout the selling process. He followed up with us as well making sure our needs were being met. Nate also made arrangements for temporary housing. He managed our move from the beginning. He is attentive and thought of things we didn t and carefully made our move the smoothest thus far. My daughter and I arrived for a few days to review homes prior to our move. Madi was attentive, quick and she listened. She was conscientious and forthright when we had questions or concerns. She got a quick feel of what we liked and disliked. It was pleasant touring homes with her. We also did a video home tour with Nate. He was forthright when asked questions. It s difficult to get an idea of what a home looks and feels like in video call but he made it work and he took his time. The temporary housing gave us a breather and eliminated stress. It was peace of mind knowing all was taken care of and all we had to do was make the long drive. Such a relief knowing we had a team on our side. We quickly looked for houses upon arrival. We found a lovely home and the transaction was smooth and efficient, closing was approximately three weeks. Nate and Madi made sure all it needed to complete the sale was accomplished smoothly, concerns were addressed lighting fast. We were quite impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Both Nate and Madi were quick to update on repairs or changes which was quite honestly refreshing. They obtained warranty of some items and that is definitely by far a winning team. Call them today, don t hesitate you won t have regrets with both Nate and Madi.

Nate made our listing, selling, and closing process so stress free. Nate was always available at any time of the day. He instantly replied to any text we sent and answered all of our questions we had throughout the whole process. We were first time home sellers, so we had a lot of silly questions! He never once left us with anything unanswered. Nate had great recommendations for small things throughout the process such as carpet cleaners, house cleaners, etc. We were already moved, 6 hours away, when we received offers on our house. Our buyers had little things they wanted us to complete before closing. Nate made the process of completing these things for our buyers so easy for us since we were 6 hours away. Nate did little things like replacing light bulbs to make the house more eye appealing. Anytime our house was shown, Nate would text us at the end of the day to update us on every clients opinion and thoughts of the house. Nate is great at what he does. & to top off how awesome he is, when we closed on our new house 6 hours away, he sent us the most home welcoming gift. I couldn t recommend anyone better at this job than Nate. We d work with him again in a heart beat!!

Nate gave up 4% commission for us! Nate has been the best with our sitiation.. We are first time home buyers. And we had no clue what we were doing. We also were buying this house in the middle of the pandemic. We had to push our closing date 3 times because of unemployment. The seller did not want to wait so Nate offered to reduce his commission to encourage the seller to stu k with us. I couldnt have asked for a bettter realtor
