The waitress was very friendly and the ambiance was good the meal Bang Bang chicken and shrimp was awful the chicken was tough and sauce was too sweet. The waitress asked if I wanted to box of my meal I frowned and said no so she took away my mail saying okay. She did not ask what I did not like about the meal oh no thats at all so this is the reason Im leaving a review for the mediocre meal Bang Bang chicken and shrimp.

The hospitality was amazing, and the food as well. They re very considerate of their customers, preventing food allergies and being big on sanitation. I recommend it to everyone personally, it could be a bit pricey, so I d check the menu before you come.

My Asian lettuce wraps were very tasty, but on the small side. I was very disappointed in the vanilla bean cheesecake, which was extremely underwhelming & quite frankly just not very good at all, especially for $10/slice, & $4.75 for a soda is asinine. Ive definitely had way better cheesecake elsewhere. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice & our waitress was wonderful.

My food was cold because I couldn t park to let you know I was there. Every time we do curbside the parking spaces are being used by non curbside customers. I had to circle several times to find somewhere to park so I could call to let you know I was there. Do better, your prices are too high to end up getting cold food.

I lowered my rating. Simply because it grosses me out. How they leave the new silverware on the table. Ive been to cheap restaurants to very expensive restaurants. I have never seen any place other than Cheesecake factory. That puts the clean silverware on a dirty table. I know you wipe down the table. You use a nasty towel with water and bleach on all the tables. Then instead of wrapping the silver with the napkin. You set it on that wet table. And they do it in corpus to. I guess its their policy now.

Too packed, server was good, restrooms can use a little extra attention for the amount of customers coming in. Restrooms smelled like piss with floors wet with urine, trashcans overfilled. Need space for customers waiting at the entrance to be seated. Feels overcrowded. Ordered bacon bacon cheeseburger, was excellent. Chicken is also sof and tasty.

my fiance and i came for a nice evening out and we were not disappointed ! our server Kerry was very pleasant and attentive, always made sure our waters were full. the calamari was fresh and warm. im usually quite picky about charred meat, but the cajun salmon was absolutely delicious ! Kerry had offered cheese and side sauces for us before we could even think to ask ! he also gave us a good laugh, so we know exactly who to ask for the next time we dine in ! Dietary restrictions: they offered plenty of gluten free options !

Evert trip to The Cheesecake Factory is exceptional, but this trip was extraordinary due to the excellent service from our waiter and serving staff. My brother was excited to take me hear for my forst time. The food was good but i was nervous the whole time. I have a nut allergy and the server told me the complimentary bread was prepared around nuts. Couldnt help but wonder was else could be prepared around nuts or just hygiene when halding them. Food is always good at cheesecake. However, the hygiene and sanitation at this one are questionable. The tables were sticky, the plates were kind of dirty .there was also a bus boy here (he had curly hair and glasses) picking his nose as he was heading his way to cleaning another table .literally anyone could see him. This is hands down the best restaurant ever. My family s order consisted of the fried shrimp platter, Renee s chicken almond salad sandwich, the kid s fried chicken strips with fries and the 30th anniversary chocolate cake cheesecake. To say it was all amazing is an understatement. Their chicken salad has the best flavor and their salad is the freshest I have ever had. I ordered through DoorDash and upon arrival everything was correct and delivered in a very timely manner. It has always been a dream of mine to order from here because I love cheesecake and needless to say it did not disappoint. You have to eat here at least once in your life to appreciate how great it is.

The only reason I gave a 4 Star is because I ordered a Cuban Sandwich and the bread was all saggy, the pork wasnt very appealing, also Cuban Sandwich are not supposed to have Mayonnaise. In the menu it looks very appealing, but in reality is a different animal. Bread is supposed to be crunchy and cant be soak on butter. We were six in total. Spend pretty good money.

We normally stop to get a 10 inch cheesecake prior to leaving the city since we dont Have one where we live (4.5 hours away). I ordered a strawberry cheesecake, thats it, nothing more and nothing less. The order was set to be delivered to our spot at 10:30am, we arrived around 10:45 and the order was not ready. I asked would it be easier for me to just come in and get it instead of curbside and I was placed on hold for 10mns. The order of ONE cheesecake finally came out while I was on hold at around 11:10ish. When we arrived home we realized the cheesecake had maybe 5 berries and was NOT pre sliced like every other cheesecake Ive ever received. Also this cheesecake didnt have a Crust, is that normal? Maybe we had a bad cheesecake but that coupled with service means I wont be back.

I called on Fathers Day knowing there would be a wait. We had 4 small children with us and taking them out of the car is such a hassle. When I called the rudest hostest Ive ever encountered answered the phone. I asked how long the wait would be for my party and she said she couldnt quote me until I got there. I then told her my issue and she still said very rudely I cant quote you. I mentioned then that we were right down the road. Which then she repeated herself with even more attitude. I would understand if I wanted to be put on a list but I just wanted an estimate. So we get to the mall and I run inside to ask and guess who has the worst attitude, that hostest (so upset I didnt get her name). She said Ill tell you in a little bit. I said okay and waited off to the side for about 10 minutes. Another employee came up and I could tell they were trying to figure out where to put us. Once they figured it out, this rude hostest looked at her coworker and goes Can you tell them that. In which the very nice waitress let us know the time it would take. I thanked her for letting me know. I then walked next door to Kona and enjoyed our Fathers Day dinner there. I understand its a busy holiday but dont be rude to people who arent rude to you in the first place. I was very disappointed in the service there but happy we didnt eat there.

Sadly, it was not a good night for the Cheesecake Factory. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed and very distracted. The food was subpar. Half the sauce was missing from the pasta. Food presentation was poor. Even the cheesecake presentation was disappointing tonight. The thing that bothers me most is that they weren t that busy when we first arrived and it still took forever. Parking: Parking can be difficult to find.

The food was good but not for the price. I get your paying extra for an upscale restaurant, but the service was terrible and I dont say that as an exaggeration. I rarely complain about service but the wait staff was extremely slow and displayed an attitude of annoyance like they didnt even want to work there.
