I attended a wedding last Saturday, and definitely recommended this salon! There were two events going on at the same time and Im very impressed that they left the bathrooms clean all night. From the decorations to the young people who are cleaning during the event, everything was excellent. I also had the pleasure of meeting the very friendly owner Alex.

THE BEST TIME AND EXPERIENCE of my life at Dallas Event Center! I had 2 events here previously and was not happy with the previous ownership. I came, met new ownership Alex who is absolutely amazing to work with! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for what he and his entire team did to make my event the best ever! Our event was beautiful! I was feeling overwhelmed about planning a big party on my own since I had never done it and didn t know where to start or how to even put a 15 itinerary together but Alex took care of us and I didn t have to worry about a single thing besides dropping off drinks because they took care of everything! Decor, setting up, food cake servers bartender photography. He was able to help me find a dress within a few weeks due to a Madrina cancellation and would always check in to make sure we were good or needed anything Our servers were so friendly and attentive. I m very happy with how our event turned out

This center is a very nice place to have any kind of party. Very clean, private and had big rooms. I recently attended a wedding here over the weekend, it was amazing. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and kept. The location was a nice change since it was semi secluded, away from busy streets. There are hotels down the street in either direction, which was good. Overall, it was a beautiful and wonderful wedding at this center. My only mini issue was: there was no signage or anything for which door to go in or where exactly the party was taking place. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for a nice place to have any kind of party/event.

We had my 45th surprised party at the dallas events center, we were very pleased with the services that were provided , the food was amazing, restrooms were cleaned and owner Alex Estrada and his crew were super helpful from beginning to end! Their prices are super affordable compared to other places! My guest and I had an amazing time! Beyond happy with their service, Planning our next event with them next month:) . I called to inquire about this venue because it was listed in Farmers Branch. They have recently moved their venue to Harry Hines in Dallas near Sam Moon. They were polite on the phone and we set a meeting time for 7 pm the following day. Someone (a female) was in the back talking to other people but never came out. This place is ghetto inside and out. There are weird booth seats scattered all over the venue (presumably from a restaurant that used to be there) and it looks, feels and smells like a club. We stayed for 10 minutes until someone else showed up (a male) but on their phone. After waiting several more minutes with no interaction at all, we left. As we were driving away, the male and female came outside and were visibly arguing with each other. If you are looking for an unprofessional, over-priced, ghetto venue, this is the place for you.

Place was filthy, my wife had to clean because th es new owner couldnt do it. Didnt honor contract or return deposit either even though we stayed to clean and it was their responsibility to do so. It seems to be a pattern to not get your refundable deposit back at this place. I suggest anyone who has been victimized or scammed by this business contact Ken Paxtons office, the BBB, and continue to make this known so that people such as Marcela Duran and Alex Estrada are held accountable.

We hosted an event here which was amazing but in fortunately the owners were not so great, the owners wife quoted me an amount for our event and she included an add on package for decorations. She even wrote it on paper and it s on the copy of my contract that the decorations would be included with my quote. When I went to give my final payment the owners wife was not there, but her assistant was, I wanted to go over everything to make sure the event would run smoothly. The assistant tells me that I did not pay for the decorations, I then told here that the owner gave me a qoute with decorations included. The assistant then calls the owners wife and tells her our situation and the owner states that no I don t remember saying that , I began to tell her its even written on my contract, but still she denied ever saying that the decorations were included, she then tells me that I would have to pay an adult $500 for decorations. I was Very furious that she wanted me to pay more money when She verbally agreed and had it written in her book and on my contract that I still have that the decorations would be included with my price. The fact that my event was in a few weeks and I had no decorations was very frustrating, I ended up having to rent lights decorations table cloths and more, and it was only $200 at a different company. Which I m glad I decided to rent from a different company instead of paying $500. I wouldn t recommend this event center to anybody unless you re looking to get charged more than what you re quoted for. And if you re having an event the same day other people are random people will just walk into your event and if you re needing to speak with the owners they are never there and they don t answer.

The Dallas you show is always a delight when I attend. I appreciate the new entry way being moved closer to the front doors. The space is very tight with vendors selling their items. But the variety is amazing. The parking lot is very small for the number of people attracted to the area but the once a month event is always a good time. Thank you
