There is just something so comforting about going into Jersey Mikes. I can be having a terrible day. Then, the day gets brightened just going into these stores. You should ALL be commended for fostering such an environment. The world would be a utopia if Jersey Mikes ran it. Thank you all!!! The food us always wondeful!!! I want to thank Yesenia, Jade, Vanessa, Jersey, and Sage for making a simple pick up so pleasant.

The not so professional looking woman, with the punk rock look, took my sandwich bread and set it right on the counter without sanatizing the area or laying a sheet of paper under it. Thats disgusting and unacceptable. I chose not to buy it nor will I ever go there again with such repulsive staff.

Pretty expensive for mostly chopped lettuce on the sandwich, the place was clean. The customer service was bad. You say thank you and smile and get glared at. Tell them have a nice day and they ignore you. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Never have ate here I just pick up food to deliver but yesterday was going to be my first time to actually taste one of their subs so I heard you get a free sub if it s your birthday. First of all I had no issues receiving my birthday freebies from other restaurants EXCEPT when I tried to receive my birthday reward at this location. I usually enjoy my service here as I always order on the app, and never have to speak to anyone directly. However, being disrespected by a MANAGER is unacceptable. I understand you are busy, however, now even warning me that I am going to be placed on hold, instead just saying hang on . That s not the same. When I call back and express my concerns, I m met with well you should order on the app that s why we have the app after explaining why I couldn t use the app. What s the saddest part, is that we have waited MONTHS to eat here as my grandfather had dental surgery and couldn t eat anything hard for a while. A manager of all definitely won t be getting my service.

This location when they first open was always quick about their mobile orders but TWICE now I have had to wait. The first time was 15 minutes and the second was almost 30 minutes. But the order was running much later than it should have, and even with 5 people behind the counter, they seemed visibly confused about the orders placed, and some customers were not receiving the orders they placed. First time in. I was impressed with a catering job so had to try the in person. Very clean , friendly staff. Yes they do slice the meat when ya order it. Simple menu. The bread sizes are perfect. I am allergic to gluten. When I make my order and request gluten-free bread. I mentioned that it is an allergy. They take the time to wipe down the machines. I called in to order, and the person on the phone said itll be ready in 10 min. I got there in 10 minutes and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally once the restaurant was almost empty they asked what I was waiting for. I gave them my name and they picked up a bag that had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I asked why nobody said anything, and Adrian the cashier looked dumbfounded. I asked them to heated up again at least and Adrian refused. He was rude, and basically told us deal with it. Im sure the food is still good, but the customer service is atrocious. I understand that mistakes happen. Someone should have asked what order we were waiting for. There were 5 people working. Easily one of the better fast food joints in the area because they do freshly slice the meats. And the proportions are good, and the variety is great from a club to a delicious chipotle cheesesteak. This are one of my best sándwich I had, it remind me of Milwaukee Wisconsin sándwich COUSIN SUB, the best ever wish they open one up COUSINS SUB HOUSTON TX.
