Food was great, especially the pizza. My daughter in law had a fabulous sandwich with avocado. Our server, Johnny, was attentive but not hovering. There was a very minor mix-up with a kids pizza, and I have never seen such outstanding service recovery to make it right. Highly recommend!!!

I run into this place during my travels and let me say that. If you are an adult and not into eating, then when you come here, order a kids meal lol. No joke the portions are seriously huge. Enjoyed every bit it of and yes , I couldn t finish it all. Staff is amazing and super nice, especially the server Christopher! Highly recommended if you are in town, you must visit. But please come on an empty stomach and be prepared to shock your stomach with delicious food.

Recently my wife and I had a nice meal for two with our kids for once. We had a great stress free time and the food was amazing. Friendly staff and quick service. Kid-friendliness: I have been there with my kids and burgers and pizza is right up the alley. It s a great place for a couple or a family. It s an all around great place.

Awesome place to eat. My son loves the pizza and the classic burger here with the Bubbas sauce is now in my top 3 favorite burgers!! It s just a great juicy burger with what seems like the freshest vegetables and Bubbas sauce. It s simple and AMAZING!!! Definitely will be back because the menu is HUGE!!! Checking in online makes eating here alot easier. I highly recommend checking in online to avoid longer wait times Friday night and into the weekend. The food has been good the several times weve been without any issues. The wait staff have always been polite and attentive. I really like the fire fries, buffalo sandwich, and cheeseburger. The jalapeno one with the cream cheese was a bit of a mess it fell apart easily, cutting it into portions may help.

My wife and I tried this place for the first time on Sunday. The atmosphere was fun, the music was loud enough to hear it, but not so loud that I couldnt carry on a conversation. Perfect for good time with friends. Our server was amazing and the food was top delicious. First time ever eating at Bubba s & it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in the door there were friendly hosts, we had an amazing Server Johnny, & even had the manager stop by to say hello. Our experience was top tier. My husband and I have 3 children and it s hard to keep them entertained in any restaurant but this was one of the easiest dinners we have had in a long time. Our food came out fast, fresh and delicious! Johnny was one of the best servers we have ever had! I personally have been a server and bartender for over 10 years and even was a restaurant manager for a couple of those years as well. To the Management team at Bubba s. Johnny should be a corporate trainer. It was absolutely wonderful from showing us first timers the best food items of the menu to making sure we never had to ask for refills, napkins, ranch etc. I can t say enough good words about him! We will definitely be back!!!

The food is fair, not bad, but not great. The service was fine, typical for a casual dining place. It is a bit of a sensory overload, TVs everywhere, music blasting and the noise from the other diners was distracting. Difficult to have conversations with your table mates, its like everyone is talking loud so they can talk to their friends which makes everyone else talk louder and louder until its all just noise. This is just an honest review to maybe guide customers and family s like mine. There are TV s all over the restaurant cause it s a sports bar which is great and fine cause we love sports. But they also tune several of their TV s to a video music channel that shows the smut and filth of today s crooked generation. I don t let my children listen to that kind of music and especially do not let them watch the video that goes along with it. So yes, I am Christian conservative and this establishment is not family friendly if you uphold the same values. Our waitress was kind and attentive but this was not a problem worth mentioning because it s beyond her control.

Food and overall service is good, but we came to celebrate our sons 8th birthday. We mentioned it when we came in and no one told us they dont sing a happy birthday song at this location.They do in Longview which is why my son asked to come to Bubbas. We came to this location because we were doing other activities in the area. If youre looking to celebrate go to Longview instead.
