Amazing bananas foster like pancakes. Highly recommend getting one with their savory dishes. Biscuit brisket Benedict was alright, but the frittata was awesome. Setting outside on the river was great. Nader was an awesome server, and latte with 2 small biscottis and a rock candy stirrer was awesome too.

First time in San Antonio and stayed in Omni hotel . Right inside of this hotel we found Four Brothers restaurant and we were really impressed. Food quality - top notch! Service and atmosphere - 100/100! Food is a little expensive, but eventually you understand what you pay for and your belly and you brain are both satisfied!

We stayed at the Omni Hotel, which is connected to this restaurant. We only had breakfast here, and it was delicious. The waiter was beyond courteous, very immaculate, and the food was spot on. We had the basics, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, and toast. All perfect. This might sound silly, but the water was filtered and fresh (if you know, you know). I wish we were there long enough to have had dinner there. Dont miss out if youre near here.

The food was amazing! We came on a Friday in between brunch and lunch. The food came fast and was fresh and hot. The waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves. I recommend this restaurant. It was a very pleasant experience. We enjoyed every moment. Valet is free as long as you validate your ticket with the waiter. We ordered the Bextar cornbread (its huge) New York Steak, truffle fries, shrimp and grits and the French toast. Vegetarian options: Cornbread

We stayed at La Mansion for the weekend & we were so looking forward to dining at Four Brothers. I had the Camerones & they were under cooked. I also asked for no cilantro & the shrimp was covered with it. My husband said the chicken was okay, not much to talk about. He went the next day to give the place a second chance & sat at the bar to watch some football. He asked the bartender if he could put the game on, the bartender did not seem receptive & was hesitant. My husband then asked if he could turn the volume up & the bartender said he could not for it would disturb the other customers. My husband was the only customer in the restaurant, which does not surprise us, WTH!!! Yeah, needless to say we will not be back

Everything ranged from ok to very good. They flirt with the spectacular with some of the execution but nothing here really blew my socks off, even though they were left dangling off my feet. Translation: I can see why this place has the rating it does; its not quite a 5 but very comfortably better than a four. And that makes it a base hit in anyones league. Cornbread is a must...and this is coming from someone who generally abhors cornbread of any kind.

Have you ever had one of those meals that was so good that it made you want to go back and re-rank your other reviews? This is that place. It should get at least 8 stars out of 5. For starters, we had jalapenos skillet cornbread and BBQ brussel sprouts. So good that I seriously considered skipping the entree and ordering more starters. Instead, we shared the peaches and cream salad . Amazing! My wife had scallops and I had the New York strip. Both cooked to near-perfection. For dessert, we had churros. So good. My wife had a cucumber and lime mocktail. I had a cocktail made with Japanese whiskey. Again, both were delicious! And to top it off, the service was top notch, especially our server Martine. To answer the million dollar question, yes well go again!

Labor Day Weekend in SATX ! Staying at the Omni upon arrival was greeted with a drink and a sampling of new dish for the Four Brothers restaurant linked to the hotel! Amazing ! So of course we make reservations and Saturday night there was some live music and we started with the cornbread which is delicious! The food came the Mac and cheese is the bomb but our meat was cold. We spoke to Autumn the manager and she took care of it but due to it being a popular item they were out for the night. So we went back tonight (Sunday) and everything was amazing ! Nader was our waiter great experience and the whole staff was friendly and great people! This will definitely be on our list of places to visit when we return! Go to Four Brothers at the SA Riverwalk ! The best

Excellent eatery, and hard-to-beat location, coupled with exceptional service! Gus was a joy as he served us dinner and we went again for breakfast and enjoyed our time with Rachel, who was also very pleasant. They have apparently made changes to the menu recently - and most are just fine. They put a twist on shrimp and grits and have these ham pieces in the dog that I found to be wonderful and my wife found to be a bit too salty.

The service was OK. The atmosphere is really nice. The food was not good at all. My coffee was terrible, I didnt even drink it. I put sugar and cream to try and make it taste better but it was so bitter. The omelette I had ordered had no flavor and looked runny. The ingredients of the omelette were not fresh either. $18 for an omelette and it was very poor quality. The best part of my breakfast was the bread and butter.

It was our first time in the hot San Antonio, and we found this gem on the River Walk for our Saturday brunch. We didnt have any reservations, but during our 20-minute waiting time, we were offered plenty of refreshing water. We had a lovely and delicious meal, with personal recommendations suitable for us. The restaurant has warm lighting, rustic decor, and a charming atmosphere. The staff was very professional, and our server, Hamid, went above and beyond. They all treated us like a king and a queen. The manager, Fazia, was extremely attentive to all our needs and very agreeable and personable. All of these make our brunch experience fantastic and memorable. We will return to Four Brothers for our next visit to San Antonio. :-)

He executed his server role flawlessly, a true professional. More importantly, he offered many great ideas to enhance our visit to San Antonio. He was spot on. The manager Fazia was every bit as amazing, even treating us to a wonderful pastry . I didnt care too much for Texas, but these two people changed my tune. I will return. On a side note, I would like to thank Phil Collins (yes, that one) for his generous artifacts to the museum. Have always been a big fan, but now even more appreciative.

I was blown away by Four Brothers. We moved to San Antonio from Houston and are just now starting to find high end restaurants that are 5 star in food, service & ambiance. Four Brothers is 5 star across the board. From our server, Rick, to the rest of the staff, we were treated wonderfully. The manager did come by to check on us and she was so friendly. Loved the singer/guitar player in the bar. Was perfect setting for ambiance. The food was phenomenal. Definitely order the cornbread. Wow. My husband and son shared the Dino bone. They loved it. I had the filet mignon. I highly recommend you try this cut. Delicious, tender and seasoned well (not overwhelming), it was served with potatoes and asparagus. For dessert, we shared the chocolate addiction. Yum! The only negative (I did not deduct star) was the ice cream. We opted to swap the sorbet for vanilla ice cream. However, the scoop was maybe a little more than a tablespoon. So, they could be a little more giving there. Otherwise, perfect. Highly recommend.

First of all my friend who works at this restaurant was placing a to go order for 2 kids and they tell her the kids have to be in the restaurant to be able to place a TO GO order. -We made it very clear to the host I will be picking up the order not the employee who was accompanying me, and the meal was for the kids who were staying in the hospital. The host then said okay she will let the manager know calls back and says the manager said no the kids must be present to receive a kids meal. -we call again placing a regular cheeseburger order under a different name because we felt discriminated if we tried ordering again. The host hangs up and assumes we re playing games phone games Proves - discrimination towards the name Mariana. - Autumn (the Manager) then PERSONALLY calls my cell saying don t be calling our phone playing phone games Then proceeds to say she don t believe us making an order because the employee who works for the omni is accompanied by Mariana (Me) - Autumn then proceeds to ask specifically well what you want food for? And I argued there shouldn t be a reason to buy food at a restaurant! -My friend (employee) was upset and explained that her cousins are in the hospital because one has 2 masses growing between her 2nd and 3rd rib cage and she was just looking for food for them and proceeded to the Four brothers restaurant. Where she was declined by Autumn, and harassed through the phone saying we should not be calling to place order if someone works there.

We showed up a little early and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the couch in the bar area and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. We both ordered the rib eye for dinner and it was perfectly medium rare, it cut like butter and the seasoning was on point. It was seriously the best steak I have ever had. The mushroom slices were so good I wish there were more, they accompanied the steak perfectly!! It came with a bowl of truffle fries that were delicious. The champagne and desserts sent out were beautiful and delicious. The staff was very attentive and we had such a wonderful time. If I could give a million stars I would and will definitely go back.

I can never say enough about desserts. We tried the churros, creme brûlée and toffee pudding. My favorite has to be the churros. I wasnt to fond of the lemon crème brulee as I could taste the egg more. I prefer vanilla flavored. Overall, great atmosphere and food.

I can confidently say that the food is beyond average. Definitely not worth the money they charge for it. The chefs meat and cheese platter was extremely dissapointing. The Salami was not freshly cut (discolored on one side). Chicken for ceasar salad was very dry. The Braised Lamb was nothing, but a plate of mush, poorly put together and even more poorly seasoned. I would probably take it if the cost was around 15 dollars or so. But when they charge more then 30 dollars for every menu item, I belive it is not acceptable. I wouldnt eat there again for sure.

Just disappointing. We re used to mediocre and overpriced food on the Riverwalk, but we were hoping with all the great reviews that this place would be better. It wasn t. The atmosphere was excellent, but the food was not good. We started with the cornbread, which is huge. We knew we wouldn t eat it all that night, but frankly its lack of flavor (nothing resembling cornbread) meant we took the leftovers to go and don t touch them. We got the ribeye and the shrimp and grits. The ribeye was ok. Nothing to write home about but nothing out of the ordinary either. The shrimp and grits, however, were inedible. Just gross. No flavor on the grits, not cooked all the way, overcooked shrimp, and a lot of garnish that added nothing. If you want southern shrimp and grits Mama s Cafe is where I d recommend. I d hoped this place would change my mind, but the riverwalk just isn t the place for eating.

Wanted to love it so very disappointed because the vanilla latte to start off was amazing. We came in for a late breakfast and the restaurant was a third full. From ordering to receiving our food took about 40 minutes, numerous tables that arrived after were served before us so something must have gone wrong in the kitchen. The burger I ordered came out okay, but the French fries and my wife s chilaquiles were ice cold and mushy. The server totally disappeared and we sat there poking at our food for twenty more minutes before asking for the check to leave with half-eaten plates of food. The ladies next to us sent some food back because it came out cold, we didn t have the patience.

The waiter came about once every 15-20 minutes during our visit and did everything possible to make it feel as if we were an inconveinence. The restaurant is more upscale, but has a cheap feel compared to other establishments in a similar price range as well. The delicate basil crust enhances the natural flavors of the tender Branzino, while the trumpet mushrooms add earthy notes and the toasted pecan risotto provides a satisfying crunch. The sofrito lends a depth of savory complexity, beautifully balanced by the bright acidity of the Texas grapefruit beurre blanc. Each element on the plate harmonizes seamlessly, creating a culinary experience that is both elegant and memorable. This Branzino dish exemplifies expert craftsmanship and a thoughtful combination of ingredients, making it a standout choice for seafood enthusiasts. -- The Chicken Adovada, featuring a succulent roasted half chicken with a robust red chile sauce, confit marble potatoes, charred leeks, and crema blanca, is a tantalizing dish that embodies both tradition and innovation. The tender chicken, infused with the smoky, spicy flavors of the red chile sauce, offers a delightful explosion of taste with every bite. The confit marble potatoes add a creamy richness, while the charred leeks impart a subtle sweetness and depth. The crema blanca provides a cooling contrast, balancing the heat of the chile sauce perfectly. Together, these components create a harmonious ensemble of flavors and textures, making the Chicken Adovada a standout dish that celebrates the vibrant culinary heritage of its origins while offering a contemporary twist. -- The Sea Bass served with coconut curry broth, baby bok choy, basil, and trumpet mushrooms is a masterpiece of flavors and textures. The sea bass, tender and flaky, perfectly absorbs the aromatic coconut curry broth, infusing it with a delightful blend of spices and richness. -- Overall this restaurant hit the nail on the head and can provide a truly culinary experience that will leave you wanting more.

Caesar Salad was tasteless. Taste like mayo instead of caesar dressing. Added shrimp, they were tiny. Big disappointment. Duck was under cooked. Brussel sprout appetizer was good but too small of a portion. Never got more water. At this price point the service and good should have been stellar. Disappointed!

We asked for outside seating, We were told there was a 15 minute wait or so, which is fine, and we sat at the bar and I was served coffee by a nearby waiter he brought us water as well. We were instead sat inside and after asking again to sit outside, they found a table and forgot about us. We left after 15 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever after being seated. For the price and ambience the experience was horrible!

Went there for brunch in October while visiting San Antonio from overseas and accidentally forgot my kimono/sweater at the table when leaving. I wrote them multiple emails and messages on various platforms, never got a reply. I had local friends call them several times, nobody was able to or even seemed willing to help. Very disappointing. Staff needs to be better educated. This is also not the first review of this place about people having negative experiences with forgotten items.

The service was great! Our waitress was attentive and made sure our needs were met at the table. The food is sub par. The pozole was the best item on the menu which came with extra lime/lemon & cabbage. The Brussel sprouts were drenched in barbecue sauce so it overpowered the crispy onions and sprouts. The cast iron cornbread was good with honey. It also came with additional sauces of pimento cheese and butter. The Branzino was dry and in very small pieces. The citrus salad was up there with the pozole which was light and refreshing. We ate here at lunch, so maybe dinner is better. For us, it was a one and done.
