The staff is friendly. Ridiculous prices for a soda. The pool tables are nice and for the most part the pool cues are good. Its a good atmosphere.

Rude bartender, we just walked in, got ignored, after asking for a billards table, she said she would have to check, a guest offered us their billards table to us, she went ahead and said no, youll have to wait anyways even though someone invited us over, at 8:26PM, she just had an attitude over all. Ended up leaving, dont want to deal with bad customer service.

Taylor is the best. She has great customer service and she makes great mexican candy shots!. She deserves a 5 star. Very friendly and acknowledge customers. Unfortunately, the place only gets a 2 star. Its all about the customer service and these other female bartenders have an Resting B**** face. All the other bartenders are rude and ignore you. They dont acknowledge you when you come in and sit at the bar. I literally had to wait 20 mins before asking for my drink. Then I had to wait another 10 mins to get another drink. They take forever to attend to you. They dont pay attention to their surroundings when some bew comes in until after 10 mins and they still tell you to wait until they get a chance which is about 15 to 20 mins later. Like how hard is it to just serve a quick drink and then go about your business? Then they like to hide behind the bar and start talking and ignore the customers. These girls dont Awfulknow how to multi tasks! Just awful!

Great new pool tables. Night staff is nice sometimes. Sometimes they take forever to come to you ( if they do at all) . Prices are good. HORRIBLE MUSIC! Other wise its a fun place. DONT ORDER THE CHICKEN WINGS -Darn near burnt.

Good quick service at the bar, and its also nice to have a waitress while you shoot pool. There are plenty of pool tables. The Mexican candy shot is really good! Giving 3 stars, though, cause the restroom was really dirty, the pool cues that were left to choose from were warped, and the tips were a little worn out.

The one price allnight was great! Beers were on expensive side, but I dont go out drinking like I used to, so maybe its just inflation. Our waitress was a little slow in getting orders n bringing to us. It wasnt that busy when we got there but 2 hours later, most tables were occupied. Left about 10pm.

Beth is by far THE best bartender in the industry! Shes extremely lively, fun and very outgoing. she is always helping every customer with getting their drinks on time and answering every customers questions. Every hospitality staff should be like her and follow the way she handles customer service!

Elizabeth is one of a kind bartenders!!! She is outgoing and such a positive personality!!! They make you feel confident about enjoying playing pool! The place is really nice and has some really good music for everybody to enjoy!!! We ordered food and no complaints at all about it

It s less than 1 star for staff. It look cool all badass. Staff is complete s h I t tho. Come in ask for a pool table and they all say there s a wait. We say that s cool move to the darts start playing waiting for someone to call. They never did. They also never had a waitress come and ask for out drinks. After playing a game of darts I Was standing around the bar waiting for the old bartender with curly blond and brown hair to come up to me and ask what I need. Just for her to come up to me 4 or 5 times in 30 min askin to wait a little longer which I didn t mind but like dam what was so time consuming that u could not get my drinks. After me and my friends are all waiting by the bar at this point she FINALLYY comes up and asks. Then takes longer to grab them. Once there I ask if someone is going to let us know when a table will be open and says there s a list. All my friends look at one another and ofcourse she never asked if we wanted to be put on the list. Even tho that was the first thing we asked for wen we walked into this place. I hope the rest aren t like this. Need to get new peeps up in there. Run it better id say

Sucks and expensive just for families to spend time with their teenagers and taking advantage of equipment that you normally wouldn t charge an older customer is ageism!

My friends and I come here pretty often and really enjoy it, great service, but the DJ kills the vibe. I guess he usually goes off requests, but if no one s requesting, his personal choices go from Lincoln park to Frank Sinatra.. If DJ happens to read this.. maybe play music that s a bit more relevant & upbeat
