Great place to play pool, tables are well taken care of and plenty of places to put your drink besides the tables. Staff is fun, especially lisa . When you tired of pool, opt for the long wall of darts. Plenty of parking !

I cant believe an establishment like BANANAS would tell a grown woman her shorts are too short. I didnt know BANANAS had a dress code for NORMAL shorts. And on top of that to be rude for no reason. Next time if youre a woman make sure you wear a snowsuit and boots just incase open toe sandals is to scandalous for them

Came for a drink the bartender and owner were very rude, new to the area and wanted to try a new bar your not allowed to vape yet the bar smells like a dead dog. They were lucky I even wanted to spend my money here won t go back don t recommend at all.

I have always had a good time here, Im not much of a billiards player because I have to get drunk to sink a ball, then Im on fire, then Im too drunk to sink a ball, so I have one and a half good games and Im done. Im more of a dart player and Bananas has the newest dart boards Ive seen, cold beer and friendly people. I would go here more often, but I live a little far, so I either start there, or stop in if Im in the neighborhood. Go check them out.

The pool tables are beautiful here! Stopped in in a Sunday morning and it was quiet but fun. They had pickles and Chinese candies behind the bar, a few non-alcoholic options too. Several dart boards on the other side of the bar.

Stopped in when I was in Town on Business and it was Their Weekly Friday Night 9-Ball Tournament. Had lots of Fun Couldnt say one Thing Bad if I tried Met the Owner She was Extremely Nice Overall Even Though I Was 850 miles From Home Everyone Treated Me Like I Was a Regular, I Highly Recommend this place, The Drinks Were Strong, The People Were All Cool as Hell and the Food Was Top Notch, Better Than Your Regular Bar Food, Might Just Be The Easiest 5 Stars Ive Ever Gave, Thanks For The Hospitality

Drove all the from seguin because my bf has been wanting to play pool.. I dont like going to local bars because Im currently pregnant and there is too much smoke. I searched online and saw good reviews for this one. We got there and was asked for ID, we gave our ids and because my bfs ID is cut on top due to him waiting for his cdl bartender said we couldnt be in there because she was almost arrested 2 weeks ago. Arrested for what? Letting a 25 and 27 year old play pool? Waste of time

Stopped into Bananas Billiards for an anniversary drink . We havent been here for a few years, ( moved out of the area). There have been several changes from our last visit. Bananas has lots of billiard tables and some automated dart boards. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely be going back.

Had vehicle trouble at closing time. Staff was helpful and empathetic. Called owner and photographed vehicle so it would not be towed. Gave me until the morning to figure out a game plan. Tables are beautiful and drinks are affordable, but the staff here at bananas has my unyielding respect and gratitude. Thank you all!

We are so glad this place reopened. The atmosphere is very laid back and we love playing pool. Drinks are not that expensive either. We spend 2 to 3 hours playing pool and our tab is around $40 for the table and the drinks all included. It was crowded tonight but we got our table right away.

Great hole in the wall pool hall. Great tables and darts area. This is the kind of place you think about when you think of a neighborhood bar/pool hall. Nothing fancy here but thats not why people come here. The bar is big and the prices are good. They have a ton of tables so even if you have to wait a few mimutes for a table it shouldnt be long. Id go back to Bananas yo shoot pool any time.

Decent place, but rates to play pool much too high. I travel constantly in my work, Most decent pool halls offer good tables for $6 an hour. It does not matter whether one, two or three people play, the usage of the table is the same. Diamond tables are becoming popular everywhere for a much more reasonable rate.

If I owned a pool/billiards lounge this is close to what itll be like and definitely the atmosphere Ill be going for. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and doesnt have that old pool hall smell, the tables are professional grade. So they have two 9 diamonds and eight 8 diamonds, they have darts, good music, moderately priced drinks. They are usually opened from 2pm to 2am. They have tournaments all the time- 9 ball on Friday evenings, 8 ball some Thursdays etc. If youre in San Antonio and want to shoot pool this is the spot. Youll find good action there too.
