Great meal, with most of menu gluten free (TY TY TY). I will definitely be coming back. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly. Chips are made in separate fryer. Chili relleno is roasted, not fried. Server said to just avoid anything with a flour tortilla & you re good! Really good food.

We saw this restaurant from our room at Great Wolf Lodge so decided to check out the menu, it looked promising so we gave it a try. Which we were very pleased we did! The staff was very friendly, the waiter was one of the best we ve had in a while, they had veggie options, and everything was delicious. If you re feeling indulgent, you must try the Strawberry Margarita Pie! So yummy! Vegetarian options: Several veggie options!

Tourists in this city. We decided to stop here for dinner. Greeted immediately, table was put together quickly (we had a party of 9). Salsa was warm and just the right amount of spice and the chips were definitely homemade. Prices were great and the chimichanga was amazing. Will eat there again if we come back. Don t ever order delivery food from here. We are locals and come here all the time for date night. Today my sitter had to cancel so we had to Door Dash. Unbelievably TERRIBLE. They didn t include tortillas or any toppings for our fajitas. They put a corn tortilla on the kids beef taco and it clearly says flour. Not to mention, it was so greasy and inedible. My other son s burrito was also missing queso. When I went to call the restaurant, the bartender picked up and hung up my call twice. We will never be back and our chamber of commerce comrads will learn about this too. Not a way to do business to people who constantly support you. I can t believe we paid close to $100 for this meal that is worse than Taco Bell. Not exaggerating.

I was so excited to try this restaurant. I drive by all the time and have always wanted to try it. Came in today and sat at the bar. There was only one other patron. The bartender could not be bothered to take my order. He was on his phone or talking to waitstaff. It felt as if I was being ignored. After sitting for about 10 minutes, I had to ask if I could place an order for food. Once my food did arrive, I had to ask for silverware. Not a big deal but another missed opportunity to provide bare minimum service. The food was mid not terrible not memorable. With so many other amazing Mexican restaurants in Grapevine and surrounding areas I would steer clear from Mesa. What a disappointment.

To be fair, the bartender was the only server for 8 tables over memorial day weekend. He was aided by a woman bringing salsa and the restaurant manager running food, with two hosts at the front doing very little. I wanted to like this place, but honestly that went out the window after a finger long cockroach crawled across my toes while sitting in one of the booths. The salsa is hot, which was unexpected and a little bizarre, and I do not recommend the seafood relleno. They did at least refund the meal but we had to stand to get someone to bring us the check to pay, and this was overall an extremely unpleasant experience. I wish we had chosen anywhere else to have lunch.

We went to this place for a dinner with our business partner. Pretty decent ambience. We had some drinks, Taco and Tres leches. The taste was very good. Personally I liked the Taco that was served with Rice and Beans. Good ambience as well. The price, I felt was slightly on the higher side for the quality. If you are looking for a decent place that offers drinks and Mexican food and also a place where you can have a discussion, then this would be a good choice. Vegetarian options: They do have some options for Vegetarian especially the Taco and Enchiladas / Salsa -Chips, Quesadilla. Parking: Decent amount of parking space available.

We stopped for a late lunch at Mesa Mexican Cuisine after going to Meowolf at Grapevine Mills. From the moment you try the crispy chips and zesty salsa, you know youre in for a treat. The queso with chorizo is creamy with just the right amount of spice. The fajita trio is a sizzling sensation, offering a combination of beef, chicken, and shrimp with vibrant veggies. The beef relleno is topped with a green chile cream sauce that is a must-try. And lets not forget dessert! The churros are quite good crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly dusted with cinnamon sugar, then drizzled with caramel. Those were gone before I could take the picture! To wash it all down, their margaritas are a excellent refreshing, perfectly balanced, and just the right amount of kick. It tastes like youre on vacation. Last, but perhaps most important, the service is exemplary of what a nice dining experience should be. The host greeted us with a smile when we walked in and we were promptly seated. Our server was outstanding and knowledgeable on the menu. He timed the drinks, appetizers, entrées and dessert perfectly and he looked well after our table. We will go back next time were in Grapevine.

Not my favorite place by a long shot. We sat in the outside part - it s inside but not part of the cool part of the restaurant, and the ambiance was terrible. The server wasn t great, didn t know how to talk to kids at all. Stopped by to try this place because I ve passed by it several times and I must say I m very disappointed in how my experience went. A nice decent place to eat at. I went at approximately 1:45pm CT. I ordered the beef enchiladas with rice beans. It was ok. They dont put alot or Chile con Carne sauce on it. It probably would have made an extra star if so. Its a semi clean environment. I say semi because there were a few Nats flying around at my table. The Server was pretty decent. I did leave him a $3 tip. He may have gotten an extra dollar if I knew his name. He never formally introduced himself to me. It wasnt a packed place so Im not sure what that was about. Besides me, there were only 2 other tables with no more than 2 people at each table. All in all it was an ok place with ok food. Happy about started at 2 pm CT in which I ordered a Frozen Margarita no salt. The glass was pretty small and there was no taste of tequila at all. Tasted more snow cone like.

Wow, this is twice where Ive been bamboozled in Grapevine. The food is over-salted to cover the lack of taste. Jeez, if you cant do a chimychanga, then dont associate your restaurant with Latino food. The price for lunch is way too high in exchange for higher blood pressure. I totally hate giving bad reviews. But if youre in the mood for Mexican food, find a Mexican restaurant.

Despite the ac blowing out we had a party of 25 and Shelby served us very well. She was professional, polite, and fast. I ordered the Red Fish Tacos they were the best dish on the table with beans and rice. The fish was cooked perfectly and I loved the extra spicy salsa to top of my tacos. Try the a picky margarita!

This place was great! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The atmosphere feels cool and modern, my server was friendly without being overbearing, and the food was absolutely delicious!

This place use to be good, had flavorful meals and really good service. However this place has really lost its touch, the last time going there the menu just showed typical tex-mex food and like some others reviews the food was just average and not fully warm. There were several items that were not in stock or had been taken off the menu. For good mexican food in the area I suggest seeking other options even if it does cost a little more.

Visiting for for the first time, was surprised that it was not crowded for a Saturday evening. My guess is that the restaurants location has something to do with it....tucked away in a strip center away from the usual hustle and bustle. The restaurant had a nice ambience; we were greeted and immediately seated. The chips served with warm salsa was very nice. Drinks were ordered and arrived quickly. Lots of options reasonably priced options on the menu for vegetarians and pescatarians as well! Food was ordered and was served quickly. What stood out for me was how amazing it tasted and how good the service was! Left us wondering how we missed this place earlier. Highly recommend this place for a family to have a nice and quiet evening. Needless to say we will be coming back again!

Service and atmosphere were great. I got the brisket torta. It was good but there was quite a bit of fat and grizzle in the beef. I know some people love that. There were chips and salsa when we sat down. Everything was very good and fresh!
