Terrible service since I arrived, it had a horrible smell, the food was cold and greasy, the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood, we tried to talk to the manager but apparently she was in the same bad mood, if you want advice, dont come!!! If I could I wouldnt give a single star

I visited this IHOP location on Saturday, August 31 at 2:33 am with the intention of enjoying a hot tasty breakfast. There were approximately three tables with customers consisting of couples. Total of 6 customers. The first red flag upon entering and waiting to be seated was the unsanitary eating area with messy tables and with 7 buckets of dishes and cups of the previous customers who visited earlier that night on Friday. Upon being seated, the waitress seemed preoccupied in deep thought as her facial expression dictated her evening was nothing but a nightmare. I was empathetic and asked, you seem stressed, am I correct? She replied, no... everything is fine. Great, please for 2 cups of fresh coffee. It did take about 15 minutes to receive the lukewarm coffee. She apologized for that and promised to get a fresh batch, which she did. I ordered a stack of pancakes with tres leches and two eggs sunny side up, bacon and wheat toast. My friend ordered a similar dish as well. It was tasty and wholesome. I thanked the manager and waitress as I paid and exited the establishment. My drive home was approximately 7 minutes on HWY 360 South. My stomach began to churn and ache. Finally as I ran to my homes front door with my intention of using the restroom was short lived. I was unable to prevent the horrific outcome of ....... I managed to safely remove and throw out my sneakers, pants and well.. I dumped my clothes in the garbage. This will be my first and last visit to IHOP located in Grand Prairie, TX off of HWY 360 N and Carrier Rd. My reason for delaying my review post was because I was embarrassed to do so.. Paul C.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars, Sabila was an incredible server. She went above and beyond for us, made sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and made you feel as though you werent just another customer but a friend. If you want incredible service and good food. Stop at the IHOP off Carrier Parkway...

Terrible service this morning we went to breakfast and the girls who pass people to the table skipped my family and another family who were there waiting their turn from the list when 5 families who arrived after us had already passed by and still We went to ask and they told us that we had to wait our turn when they had already skipped my turn, my name was above the name of the people who were passing and we were the same number of people and making fun of me they kept telling me to wait my turn I had to leave the place, terrible service

My mom and I went to have breakfast. Our server walked passed us several minutes before she acknowledged our presence. We heard them tell her we needed to be waited on and she still didnt come. When she finally came, we ordered our water. After she made her rounds, she went and stood and talked with some other servers. She never came to take our order. So, we left. Why should we pay to be ignored?

Asked for an unsweet tea and a coffee for our drinks and the waitress kept repeating sweet tea and an unsweet coffee , place was empty, plenty of staff but lots of dirty tables. Bathrooms were nasty, we walked out. I hate to think what the kitchen looks like, staff were too busy talking to each other rather than clean the dirty tables or attend to the customers. Terrible service.

Called before I came to make sure the rewards system was up and running. Once I got to the location to redeem my points for free pancakes I was told that that was for dine in only, which was a lie because I ve come here several times to do the exact same thing. I have been eating at IHOP forever - the main reason is/was the Swedish Crepes with lingonberries and lingonberry butter - they stopped making the butter several years ago - I went today and it has been awhile but they no longer serve lingonberries at all - very disappointed - cant imagine that this item needed to be removed and if so why??? Visits will be even fewer ....

Food was great, service not so great but not so bad neither. Waiter never asked if to refill our drinks for my parties table. I asked for a cup for coffee that was already at my table and they charged me an extra coffee. All I needed was a half cup of coffee to get a quick jolt but whatever the case I ended up pounding several cups just because it was already charged the account. It wasn t busy neither just the right atmosphere

This was the second IHOP location we visited and thankfully we entered and were seated within seconds! It is a bit cold in here, but luckily I had a jacket to keep comfortable. Me and friend lunched here around 2:30 p.m on a Wednesday and our waitress promptly waited and checked on us. I was pleasantly pleased with the breakfast bowl, it was hefty and tasty.

Our server was amazing. He was funny, patient, sweet, and gave me advice on what to get and how to get the best deal that would lower my price and he also gave us free refills on a drink that didnt have free refills. He was timely and brought us everything we needed and came by often to check if we were okay and if we needed something else. He didnt wait for us to call him over. Not once did we need to call him over because he came by at all the right times and he never said he couldnt do something or bring us something. He made us feel very welcome. We all enjoyed our food. Everything was great but the service was definitely the best part of it. I would go again just for our servers great service. Parking: Parking lot is ample and more than enough room for parking even though there were many cars. Found a spot right away. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Didnt get a chance to try the food only the coffee. We were seated by the waiter and asked for our drinks. He then gave us a moment to see the menu but never came back to our table. He lasted a good couple of minutes waiting other tables. We tried waving him down but we could not get his attention. We then saw him chatting it up with another table some feet away from us. Honestly, it was almost 20 minutes that we waited while he was just wandering doing nothing. We then decided because of the poor service to just leave. Its the first time Ive ever gotten free coffee.

I went here recently and got put in the section of one of the sweetest waitresses Ive ever met. Hannah I believe; she was very kind and helpful. Since I hadnt been to IHOP in a hot minute she helped recommend my order and Ive got to say, the regular French toast was very nice. She was knowledgeable, fast and courteous. When I go again I hope shes working so I can ask for her section.
