I initially gave ABC Home & Commercial Services two stars due to frequent issues with my irrigation system, particularly the constant breaking of sprinkler heads, which was something I hadn t experienced before starting the service. However, I am updating my review to reflect the improvements in service I ve received since then. The team has promptly repaired all damaged sprinkler heads and clearly communicated their plan to address both current and potential future issues. He patiently answered all my questions so that I understood the options for a large tree trimming project. We also addressed some invasive hackberry in some shrubbery in the backyard. Seth arrived on time and gave our residence a great service including inside my garage where he sprayed separately because I had killed a tarantula spider a couple days prior. He then advised me to do a.little cleaning and purge items that we didnt need. He said the spiders liked hot, dry spaces. I appreciated the advice and thanked him. He also advised not to have firewood stacked so close to the house. I enjoyed his attention to detail!!!!!!! Way to go.....Seth.

ABC is my go-to for basically anything for my properties. Theyre exact, on time, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. One thing they do not do is upcharge, scam, or anything of the sort that unfortunately a lot of well known, bonded companies do in the greater San Antonio area. As soon as ABC began treating my home inside and out, there has been a dramatic decrease in ants and/or roaches found inside, meaning maybe two or three bugs in the past 4-5 months, and the areas they were found in were quickly addressed by the tech. My house backs up to a woods, and I would have to kill one or more roaches or ants sometimes several times a week, so I simply dealt with the visitors indoors and in my garage with a commercial spray. But using ABC pest control has made all the difference, and Im not really sure why I was so hesitant to get this service years ago!

The technician, JM, was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did not rush, he was busy but explained everything he was about to do. He began with the attic, then treated the interior, and finished with the exterior. Along the way, he gave facts such as the chemicals used, why, where, and effects. He placed copper mesh inside weep spaces and explained their purpose. This service exceeds that received by our house ever. We are happy to have contracted with ABC Pest Control company.

I received a text message with his photo 30 minutes before his arrival. He arrived at the appointment on time and worked diligently for 2 hours and 45 minutes. We were fortunate to find ABC to treat termites in our home recently. JJ (Jonathan) had extensive knowledge about termites and the best way to treat them. He was professional, thorough and fair when it came to pricing. We will definitely continue to use them for follow-ups on our termite treatment as well as any other pest and home services that we need. Dont waste your time calling national companies known for termite treatment. I spent about a week having several of them come out to do an inspection. It appeared they were more interested in upselling rather than effectively treating the termites. What a relief to find ABC and J.J.

ABC is the best. Ive been a customer for about 10 years now. They are efficient professional and friendly every time I communicate with them. I have pest and mosquito service. If I see any pests in between visits they are quick to visit me .We also use their yard aeration in the spring. I wanted to give a special shout out to JP. He has been serving us for some years. It is always comforting to have him. He is friendly and professional. He talks to me and asks what problems I am currently having. Then he makes a plan to tackle it. Thanks JP.

I needed help with removing an unwanted guest that decided my attic was to be its final resting place. I contacted ABC Home & Commercial Services, and was connected with Annabelle who set my appointment, and let me know that I would be contacted if there were any cancellations (much appreciated!). I received a text message when my Tech was 30 minutes out. My hero (aka, Technician Mario) arrived, and was very friendly and polite. He was able to immediately locate the final resting place and remove the source of the stench. He did a walkaround of the outside of my residence and gave some possible entry points and recommendations on how to avoid this in the future, as well as some knowledge about the unwanted guest which was much appreciated. After my service, I contacted the company to take care of the invoice and spoke with Lauren who was very personable. From my first interaction to my last, every team member has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This company is a one-stop shop! They offer pest, landscape, and even home improvement services. I will definitely be setting up an appointment for any future needs (as a matter of fact, I will be calling them to handle the tree trimming ;). I highly recommend ABC Home & Commercial Services.

My pool guy Cameron is the best! One time there was a corral snake and he notified me and helped me eradicate the highly poisonous snake. I have small animals and the snake had been terrorizing my neighborhood for over a week. He always does a super job on the pool and is very nice to talk to!

I had to have them come spray again as I had found a scorpion in my house and not only did they come out as soon as possible, they absolutely put my mind at ease. I have dogs and am not too familiar with scorpions so they helped me gain some knowledge on them to feel a bit more secure. I appreciate all they do!

AJ, came out today to seal up entry points into my home, because of rodents in the attic. He was very thorough in finding these places. Im confident he got them all. He then set traps 18 of them. Im sure they all we get caught. My next door neighbor had the same issue last year. I asked her if she would recommend the company she used. She told me no, because they didnt come back when they said they would. Hearing this I called the best. I only called ABC Home and Commercial Services. Their warranty is very good. This is not a typical review as I have never had any paid services done by this company. BUT I want to leave a review on one of their employees ( I am sad I cant remember his name, want to say James but not sure- older gentleman, glasses, possibly services the area around 211/hwy 90/Potranco- he said he does pest control). About 3 wks ago, I got a flat tire while going down 90w. I was with my 6 yr old and 5 month old on the side of the very busy highway with help coming in no less than 2 hrs and me in a panic, worried a car would hit us because of where we were. This gentleman stopped when he didnt have to and stayed even when I insisted he leave as it was a dangerous area and did not want him to risk getting hurt. He insisted on staying and changing my tire after what I imagine was a long day of work for him ( it was probably around 6/7 pm) He even took out everything I had in the trunk to get to my spare and put it all back. He distracted me from my anxiety by talking about his day and asking about my kids. He was seriously like our guardian angel that day. I cried when I thanked him because he didnt have to stop and help but he did and I will forever be grateful. I just wanted to share so this company can know the type of employee they have and so the community can know that this company has at least one employee with a great heart. I hope good karma comes to him in spades.

The freezer in my refrigerator started misbehaving, and I couldnt find the name of the company I used for appliances in the past. When I searched online, I didnt recognize any of the companies except ABC. I knew from ads years ago that they were ABC Pest and Lawn, and I didnt know they had expanded. Im so glad I called - I got an appointment in two days. Scott, our technician, showed up right on time, found the problem - a leaky icemaker - located a nearby supply store that had the part, and replaced it. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and most important, my dogs liked him. OK, they like everyone, but he more than tolerated them instead of demanding they be locked up. ABC is now my go-to appliance repair place.

Our bug guy, Ricardo, is a consummate professional with a great eye for detail, and five star work ethic. Our neighbors often complain about pests, but it s all crickets on our end (sorry, couldn t resist). My 2nd experience with ABC Home Services employing Gerry the electrician to wire my water heater and create a designated outlet for my internet connection. I rarely do reviews but just had my windows cleaned for the first time in three years. ABC did a great job. They sent someone out within a couple of days to provide an estimate and I was on the schedule in ten day which was surprising since we are at the peak of window cleaning season. We had ABC Home & Commercial Services come to our house for pest control. Levi was the tech and he was terrific. He answered all my questions and explained what and why he was doing. I was concerned about our dogs being exposed, and he reassured me that they were safe. Overall, he was quick, efficient, and very respectful of our home. I would definitely look for a different company if you are looking to have work done on your trees!! The team does not communicate well and they do NOT even come close to sticking near your quoted price. I know things come up and jobs are bigger then expected but there is NO communicate about that and the office staff for that portion of the company is beyond rude!!
