I would like to share my experiences with Thompson Law Injury Lawyers, lets start with I was in a car accident and I had no idea proceed forward. As I was talking to the other parties insurance to resolve this issue they %100 took advantage of me.I was told by the other parties insurance company I would get paid out once they receive all my medical bills. Well 3 months passed by and nothing was resolved. I contacted Thompson Law Injury Lawyers and was assigned Karla Hernandez at first and then as my case progressed and then my case was assigned to Juanita Ayala which I would have to say was fabulous, very professional, walked me through the process and helped me when I needed she always had to answer. Thompson Law was the website I went to so that I could get a consult for my personal injury claim. I was in the ER when doing this in between x-rays ect. They called me immediately and it was almost 10 pm. By the next morning I had all paperwork taken care of a assigned team of lawyers, and already appointments made for my care that I needed. They started working right away. The insurance company for the business I filed against was denying claims and even when it was discouraging at times and felt like I wasnt going to win Thompson law assured me I was in good hands and it wasnt over until it was over. I was involved in a minor rear end car accident in Arlington, but was hit as a pedestrian by another guy who was texting and driving while I was trading insurance with the person from the first car wreck. A few days after being rear ended by a guy who was texting and driving on the highway outside Waxahachie, I found Ryan Thompson s injury law firm and gave them a call. At first, my back and neck were sore and I had a headache, but I didn t think I was really hurt all that bad. As a former athlete, usually I d just tough it out, but the headaches and soreness got worse and I felt like my head was in a cloud all the time. Mr. Thompson s office helped me find a primary care doctor to get checked out near my home in Garland the same day I called. That doctor referred me to a neurology specialist, and he diagnosed me with whiplash and a grade 2 concussion brain injury. I ve seen people get concussions watching football (Go Cowboys!) and thought you had to get knocked out to get one, but apparently not. Anyway, I m glad I didn t try to be a tough guy and decided to get checked out by an MD soon after the car accident, and have an accident lawyer deal with the insurance company for me. Mr. Thompson law firm was responsive and always kept me informed, and got me a very good and fair settlement. I would recommend attorney Ryan Thompson to anyone injured in any type of accident.
