One of my favorite piers. I love the views. If youre more into fishing than hanging out, dont fish during the hot hours - you wont catch anything, other than that, waters pretty nice, you dont get caught on a lot of rocks or debris which is good. Theres no charge at this pier for fishing, parking is good, and theres a raspa truck in the parking lot.

Great pier. Larger than most piers in the area. It has built in benches and picnic tables. It also has multiple fish cleaning stations with running water. Very clean and well kept. It used to have a big bathroom before the rebuild, but unfortunately only port a potties now. In my opinion its the best free pier around. Even better than some of the paid ones. Only downside is the bathroom situation. Its the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

Best place me and my mom found not only for fishing but for relaxing and enjoying the view and bay. So close to where we lived and so easy to get to. Clean and well preserved. Please keep it that way when visiting!

Nice little fishing spot with two piers, and long stretch of jetties along shoreline. Only downside is that there s a lot of rocks and oyster shells to hang up on. Not a great spot for lure or bottom fishing. Hardly ever crowded except during holiday weekends, and mid summer.

Indian Point Pier is a very popular fishing pier, and rightly so! Excellent facility, I love the sculptured shelter and barbecue pits. There is plenty of space for all the anglers. Wonderful views of the bay and city. Fully ADA compliant.

This is my favorite place to stop if Im passing by and am in no rush to get somewhere. And for many years a good Pier to fish from. It was recently rebuilt and its wheelchair accessible. Rarely crowded. View Corpus Christi from across the Bay. At certain times of the day you can see many different kinds of birds driving towards the Pier.

Very nice pier, plenty of space to fish while I was there 2 nights in a row. Best part, pier is free, and well lit throughout. Met some friendly, knowledgeable older dude that gave some good fishing pointers. Only down side to place, has porter pottys. Parking lot well lit at night

Nice pier, the parking is easy to get to, the park is clean and well kept. The water is very close to the pavement and lots of water birds nearby. I went to see tropical storm Howard make landfall. Dont go/drive here during any sort of storm surge the road will be impassable

This is the best fishing pier in Corpus Christi area! First of all, is FREE!! Others as you know, charge per person. Second, they have clean water stations everywhere. Third, my favorite is the benches! I always take my own chairs, but for those that need a place to sit, they have plenty of benches. They also have lights at night, . Those lights are super cool. It s a family oriented pier and it doesn t matter how late it is, at 11pm families were still arriving for some late fishing. At the bottom of the pier, you have potty restrooms, shaded benches with bbq grills if I m not mistaking. So love this pier. We come here all the time

Great for families and fishermen alike. Weather its for a stroll or big fish, this place is for all. You can see the sunset over Portland and the sunrise from the ocean. Great place with tables and benches. I love it and reccomend any one passing by to take a quick break to check the views. The pier is relatively new and the area is really nice. Plenty of parking. For fisher man this is the spot. Green night lights to attract bait for specks, lady fish, big black drums, reds, mangroves. There are fish cleaning stations right oj the pier for ease of access and is maintained. I cant ask for a better place to fish. Kid and family friendly and great for fishermen of all levels l. Come check it out!

Happened to be in CC so I looked for birding hotspots....Indian Point popped up in eBird with 39 species on the day. Arrived 3 hours before high tide so the mud flats were teeming with herons, egrets, plovers, pelicans and gulls. The board walks are wonderful and well maintained. The restrooms were very neglected and on the verge of being nasty. I would hope the parks dept would have them cleaned on a regular basis.

Lots of light but lots of people as well. Make sure you bring a string net so you can pick up fish from about 15ft high. It is a super chill place and kona Ice came to sell some shaved ice. It has a very cool vibe. It is almost like the piers that they have out on magnolia and port lavaca. I did not see any structure there so dont know how the sheep and reds would like that. I think a good during the week trip is calling my name to revisit. Come see it and make sure you hit up white cap beach if you want a South padre feel. Good surf and lots of sand to take trucks into. Also make sure if you need a nice 4x4 visit Auto Sa Texas at 8627 Bandera Rd San Antonio to get you out in the sand in style.

I love fishing and they put a lot of money in remodeling pier. Nice place to fish if I had one complaint it would be bathrooms.All they did was put wall around portapotties and they are disgusting. Not well kept for the number of people visiting pier and that is important to people who take their families fishing
