Worked with Dee Davey to sell my mothers house. While I have know Dee for 30 years, this is the first time I have worked with her to sell a house. She was fantastic to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and aware of the current real estate policies. She was also very patient and would answer all my questions in a timely fashion. She made the process a good experience. I had the opportunity to get a bit of help from Mr. Goosmann and he was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Davey and Goosmann for your real estate needs.

Dee Davey Sells Mansfield! She sold my home in 2016 and my home in June 2018. The second house had a contract on it after only having been listed for SIX days!! She is THE BEST!! And that Bob guy is also really good!

Very easy to work with. They listen to what you need and try to match properties with what you are looking for. They also sold a home for us and we had our buyer in less than 30 minutes from being publicly posted. They have great advise in prepping our home. We followed their advice and it sold right away.

Highly recommend Bob Goosmann with the Dee Davey Team My husband and I closed on our Las Colinas home in September 2015. We moved to Texas from Colorado and we were under a tight deadline to get situated. We had a day to look at homes and were under contract before we left. Bob Goosmans attention to detail got the deal done. A year and a half later, March 2017, we had to relocate for my husbands job. Once again Bob Goosman helped get our home sold under a quick deadline. He took the extra effort to not only research the comps, but we also walked through them. This helped to make sure our home was priced to sell quick.

Very professional Sales agents. Bob Goosmann of Dee Davey Remax has been a pleasure to work with. Bob was my agent when I bought my home. He showed patience and was extremely accommodating to my schedule. Bob continues to have service excellence after the sale. Outstanding and Professional Weve tried other Realtors but they never met our expectations. So we upgraded and used Dee Davey to sell our first family home. Dee and Bob sold it in two days! Were in the market to sell again and we will not use anyone else. They treat us like family! Update: They sold our second home within 2-days again!! Just an incredible group to work with. Both Dee and Bob are friends for life.
