Ummm my daughter wanted McDonald s and for the first time in about 10 years I took her. I stop eating McDonald s and fast food about 10 years ago know what I know now. Fake food just isn t in me anymore to consume but my daughter thinks other wise. Anywho she got a burger fries and and Oreo McFlurry and man it was a mess it didn t even come in the little cups it use to come in in it was like a cardboard thing and I guess they gave to much so it look like the scooped off the top. We LOVE McDonalds, and this location is our #1 choice. We stop every week for our late night date. The food is hot, and the French Fries are super yummy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We will continue our weekly late night visits as it is now a family tradition

This McDonalds is easily my favorite one in Arlington. I have never had an kind of issue her whatsoever. The food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is very good. All the employees seem happy and willing to help. Overall this McDonalds is one of the best I have been to. 5/5

Me and my father, sister, and brother all stopped by this McDonalds while on our way home. Our first meal consisted of a McDouble, a small fries, a 4 piece nuggets, and a small soda for everyone there. The burgers were fine, but the nuggets were so stale if you hit them against the tables it left a dent. Not to mention the fact they smelled and tasted funny, probably made about 3 days ago and nuked for 30 seconds before being served to us. The fries in our meals were equally as bad, as mine were so salty I think my kidneys might have failed, however, my father had no salt on his. The fries also tasted old, as if they were made last week. There was no ketchup in the dispenser, and the employee who handed it to me was acting as if giving ketchup was a hard chore. This isnt the only time the employees were slacking though, as I spilt soda on the floor, and when an employee was walking towards it, he just stepped around and didnt bother calling anyone over to clean it up. The bathrooms were disgusting as well, as there were brown stains in the sinks. A horrible experience, and brought everyone here misery

For some reason it was a long wait in the Drive- Thru. My Quarter Pounder with cheese Meal was freshly cooked. McDonalds fries are awesome. Hows a 24 hour fast food restaurant closed every night at certain times to anyone except uber or lyft drivers. If you can do your job for those driver why cant u do your job for everyone else. What else are you getting paid for every night? Had the munchies on this night and went here since it was one of the only spots open super late. Surprisingly, everything was up to par. The food was on the fresher side while the staff were very chill. Compared to a lot of the other spots I go to at this time, it took almost no time to get my order while the other places took 10-20 minutes. The young guys who served me were pretty nice and seemed like genuine cool people. They also packed a couple extra nuggets in my 10 piece, so they get extra points. Would definitely come again when Im itching for something late night.

This is based on yesterdays experience. The only thing I order from McDonalds is fries or a frozen drink. When I order fries, I request to have them made to order. Yesterday, I didnt ask. Before leaving the parking lot, I tasted a fry. It was hot (seemed fresh), but it didnt taste right. I thought it may have been my taste buds due to eating candy seconds prior. My son taste one and he wasnt in a hurry to eat them. I was going to go back through the drive thru, but I tasted another and it was normal. He tasted more and started to finish them. Fast forward, he became beyond sick (possibly food poisoning). He threw up maybe 10 times. It started to hurt him because he didnt have anymore fluids to release. Its gross, but I attached a picture in the photos. Thankfully, he had nausea meds and as of today (4-27-2024), he is back to his normal self. As for myself, I had diarrhea. Update (4-28-2024): I thought he was feeling better, but hes not. He dehydrated and tired.

Went to drop off my son in this area before work. Got some cheeseburgers, they tasted like the meat was expired or spoiled, or maybe the ketchup. It was disgusting. Very fast paced. I ordered through my phone which has all of these real useful deals and then came in about 3 mins later. My food was already ready and all I had to do was pick it up and leave. Food was good and the service was also really good. The place was very clean and organized. Great location. Vegetarian options: There s the salads. Dietary restrictions: There s not really any dietary restriction options. Parking: There are around 20 parking spots for free parking. They are kind of hard to access since the drive through line gets long sometimes and about half of the parking spots are right to the right of the line. There are a few parking spots for pickup orders like Uber and Doordash as well. Those can also be used by anyone as long as they choose the option on the mobile app. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids playground/room for kids to play in. There are these big screens for kids to also use in the playroom which have lots of games. Wheelchair accessibility: There is are ramps for people who are in wheelchairs or just aren t able to go up stairs.

Mold. Right there. Right on top. Not one of the 8 people working here seemed to notice while making the food, and when I brought it back into the restaurant, nobody knew what it was until I told them. When they heard it, the person working the front register said super loud I aint eating ANYTHING from here EVER again, then proceeded to ring up the customer standing right there ordering dinner. Dont just throw food at your children, ever. Always open it up and take a look first.

I requested a Sausage burrito with no cheese. At the speaker, I was told they would do it. When I got to the drive Thru a manager told me The burritos come pre-made and we dont do any special requests. So do you want it or cancel it?. She said this in a rude manner. Well other locations have never given me this problem. They all give me the burrito with no cheese. I am so upset because I also know that the burritos are made in store and all they had to do was remove the slice of America cheese put in the burrito. I even offered to WAIT because I did see the location was busy. I tried to work with them but they didnt even bother to work with me.

There is a group of us and eating out is always difficult because of the diversity and preparation of our menu choices. Most places always get it right but McDonalds is never one of them. Doesnt matter the size or complexity of the order, they always make something wrong or something is missing. The look on a childs face when unpacking take out food only to discover something is missing is heartbreaking. I get that its cheap but that isnt the point. I worked fast food as a teenager 4 decades ago and that was a fireable offense after the third time. I dont blame the crew, I blame the managers. I see them behind the counter sometimes helping with the order which looks good but that isnt managing. Do better McDonalds, you can do better.
