Absolutely an incredible experience. Did absolutely everything promised and more. This Law Firm went above and beyond to fight for me and I was so much better off having an advocate fighting on my behalf instead of trying to go at it alone with the insurance company. Mr. Maloney was recommended to us by a family member after i had a serious truck accident. My sons contacted his office and he came to see me in the hospital in Corpus Christi. My wife and I were hit by a police officer. At first we thought that nothing could be done since we did not go directly to the hospital. After waking up the next morning and dealing with obvious injuries over the next couple of days we both began to panic,as we were uninsured at the time. I then met with Maloney and Campolo and they instantly made us feel comfortable. They set our minds at ease , they let us know that everything was going to be alright , and we wouldnt have to worry about our hospital bills. They got to work and Mr Campolo not only got to work expeditiously on it, but he constantly kept me informed about all stages of the process, never letting me be blindsided by anything. I always knew when certain stages of our claim were going to take longer than others because of his guidance throughout the claim.Mr Campolo remained very hands on through the whole thing, I almost never spoke to his assistant, if I called and asked for him, it would be him that would return my call. In the end I feel the call I made that led to our first meeting with him, was the single most important one I had ever made!!!

Mr Campolo and his staff were extremely professional and efficient handling my case. Irene( Mr Campolo s assistant) was extremely helpful. She took the time to answer every question I had. Not once did they ever make me feel as if I was a bother to them. any time I needed assistance there was always someone to address my concerns and answer any question I may have had. On 8/25/2020 I received a response that they could not assist me with a clear issue of Civil Rights/Discrimination in regards to a medical condition I have. They simply thanked me for my email and said they could not assist me. Did not offer any further details as to why. I followed up with an email on 8/27/2020 asking why they could not assist me even though their website clearly states they cover that area in their practice, and 4 days later I have still received no response.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Paul Campalos service. On September 9th 2018 I was hit by a drunk driver. I suffered a concussion and spinal damage. Mr Campolo suggested a top notch facility for therapy. Once my medical treatment was done, he got to work on the legal side. I never thought Id have to use an attorney; I figured I could handle things on my own. All of the stories Id heard from others was I never talk to my attorney, its always someone else, or They never return my phone calls or My attorney has all these commercials on TV, but its like a meat-market there and Im not really even sure who my attorney is. You can imagine it can be a trying experience even deciding to use an attorney; then comes the stress of finding one that will actually look out for YOUR best interest - not theirs! I chose Maloney & Campolo for the reputation of what other firms did NOT offer -- GOOD attorneys that have years of experience in both trial and civil cases, they dont mess around, and most important - they CARE! From start to finish, Attorney Paul Campolo, had my back. Paul is personable, has a great sense of humor and makes the entire process less stressful than Ive heard others complain about. Yes, these are traits that come in handy when you are dealing with medical bills, tests, surgeries, etc. Most important though, was how thorough and attentive this law office is. Each person has a part to play and provides the same level of respect. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I was with the entire process - including the awesome settlement that was a challenge from start to finish. The Maloney & Campolo Law Office took over my case, that had been being handled by another office in San Antonio. The communication was immediately night and day. They ALWAYS returned my calls, didnt seem bothered by me calling in and getting updates, or anytime information was going either to me or them. The office staff is friendly, helpful, polite, and always a pleasure to deal with. They made me feel like I was a priority. I know that they had some catch up to do, with the case in the order it had previously been pursued. I worked specifically with Paul Campolo, the partner at the firm. It never seemed like I had been passed off to a staff member or just anyone in the office. Paul is a great guy to deal with, he didnt beat around the bush, he makes time for you, talks to you like a person, not just number, and he didnt hesitate to clear up anything I wasnt completely understanding.
