Agnes Lopez was the representative who first met with me when I stopped by the office to inquire about filing for my disability. She met with me and was so helpful and kept it so professional and yet personable and very knowledgeable about what to expect. I left with more of a confidence about what to do. Today 09-23-24 I have been on the phone with Agnes again and have signed on as a client with the firm for them to represent me in my journey, and again Agnes was just as knowledgeable and professional as she was as the first time when we met in person. Her phone etiquette and personality are professional to a tee. Marc Whitehead did his business a big plus when he hired Agnes Lopez on board.
