Mr. Cunningham is an amazing attorney. It was so difficult making the first step to try to find a lawyer not something we wanted to do but needed to do. I contacted him through his website and he personally called me. I couldn t believe the personal attention he gave to us. After getting off the phone with him I felt such relief finally someone to be an advocate for my husband s case. When you choose him you re not getting a firm with 20 lawyers that will pass your call around and just want to settle your case for the minimum amount so they can move on to the next. We are so pleased with how he fought for us. Some attorneys don t want to see the inside of the courtroom. He is prepared to go the distance for you. During mediation I was listening to Mr. Cunningham speak for him I whispered to my husband, oh he s good . A true professional, we are pleased with the mediation outcome and settlement amount. You could not ask for a better attorney than Glenn Cunningham for a Medical Malpractice/Wrongful death suit in the state of Texas. Glenn is able to balance the scales in a state that is not favorable towards victims of medical malpractice. Not only is Glenn amazing at what he does, but he is also patient and makes himself available to his clients. Glenn almost always answered my calls immediately (or called back as soon as he could), and he would take his time in answering all of my questions and concerns. He will also set clear expectations as to the possible outcomes and will not sugarcoat any part of the process. Lawsuits are stressful, emotional and heavy affairs, but Glenn will be with you every step of the way while fighting passionately and effectively for you.

After the loss of my sister and her leaving behind 3 children, the devastation and grief was immeasurable. Our world was in such chaos, we could not bare the idea that the rehabilitation facility was going to get away Scott free. We contacted Glenn Cunningham s office broken and hopeless. After our first call, we hung up with a glimpse of hope that someone understood, that someone was on our side and reassured that this was a gross negligent and horrific tragedy; most importantly we felt we contacted someone who would not rest till the rehabilitation facility was held accountable. Glenn personally called us to see how the family was coping and kept us updated. We are so thankful for Him and his team. I feel like anyone who goes elsewhere would only regret the fact of not being able to have Glenn Cunningham as their attorney. Ive never known an attorney to be so attentive and have such personal care. Most of all, for it to be as GENUINELY true as it is with him. He truly and genuinely cares about his clients. After even your first interaction with him you feel the care from him and know that 100% he wants and will work for what is best for YOU. Hes not just a great attorney but I think the thing that makes him so great as such is that he is also personally just such a great man! I myself ended up going with other attorneys And yet when I had a question at different points I was able to reach out to him and he so selflessly responded and advised as best he could. Even though he had no benefit in doing so. I recommend to everyone now that they at least seek him out to see if he will take their case. I of course hope to never have to endure this type of lawsuit in my life again but should I ever I have no doubt he would be my first call. I cannot recommend him enough, no words can do it justice. As someone who required Glenns legal representation for not one, but two, medical malpractice lawsuits, I can say with unequivocal confidence that Glenn Cunningham is the IDEAL medical malpractice attorney. Beyond an exceptional intellect (with includes 100% accurate word-for-word auditory recall, insofar as I can tell), Glenns 30+ years experience proved to be an invaluable asset, helping him foresee landmines that would have ensnared less-experienced attorneys. By nature, he proved relentless in the best way, never slacking in any facet of the process, no matter how daunting. He and his staff were always timely getting back to me, answering every last one of my questions (there were many), and challenging my outlook, when necessary. Not even the obstacles posed by COVID managed to slow Glenns momentum; he swiftly adapted to turn logistic constraints into new opportunities. Finally, both Glenn and his wife sincerely care. I dont often write reviews, but after a wonderfully informative conversation with Glenn Cunningham, I want to share my gratitude. Glenn reviewed my case, and after some very helpful back and forth, I realized that I did not have a case. I am so appreciative that he spent so much time with me. He went above and beyond in explaining how a case like mine would fit into the legal workings of Texas malpractice. This is a really long story, but I will try and keep it simple. My sister, Ann, started a lawsuit just prior to her death. Glenn and is wife (an RN) scoured through the 11,000 pages (yes, I typed that correctly) of Anns medical records to find out what had happened to her on her extended journey to death. The long and short of it is that Glenn Cunningham is by far the most honest and compassionate attorney that I have ever dealt with in on a personal level. (I qualify that as I know a lot of honest attorneys, but have never had the opportunity to work with them in the legal arena.I guess that is a good thing!) Really, the most amazing thing about Glenn was that he and his wife, through their expertise, found out the real reason that Ann had died, which was not what the lawsuit was about at all! When he asked me if I wanted to take action on all of the above, I was legally exhausted. My answer was no, but I realize that he would have thrown himself head first into the case. I have nothing but high praise for Glenn and the way he approaches his clients needs.
