Speeding ticket for my son. Not normal speeding, like 20+MPH excessive speeding. Unacceptable and met with judge and Asst. DA separately to try and resolve or reduce penalties while completely acknowledging it was inexcusable and unacceptable. Even with no tickets previously and 5+ years of driving was given zero options or leniency. Pay the fine and its going on his personal driving record. Hired Paul and he got the ticket completely DISMISSED! Amazing, thank you Paul!

For an old man of 71 years I dont have much experience dealing with lawyers, but the little that I have were all negative. I am not here to tell you what the public at large think about lawyers, almost everyone knows, or heard stories about this group. Worst law office. I paid $1800 and never even got to speak to a lawyer. Does a lawyer work here? Here was the experience. 1. Go to the business, speak with some lady, and pay for their service. 2. Never speak to the lawyer, just get hearsay from an employee about what the lawyer said or recommended. 3. Tried my best to work with the situation in good faith but to my amazement the law office moved ahead on my behalf making me lose more money and lose more justice. Its despicable, the amount of value I received from this office nears zero.

Richardson Law Firm was incredible. I had several tickets and warrants but they were able to get the warrants dropped as well as several of the tickets. Overall they saved me over 3000 dollars in fines as well as the money Im saving by not having those tickets on my record. The communication and the staff we amazing as well. I would highly recommend

I hired this lawyer and I have to say so far I m nervous & concerned reason being is because the communication is just not there, I have to contact them for updates, then when I do the ladies are rude, I m not understanding why because all I did was call for an update (something they should have been doing, but failed to do) since they were rude and not providing me with information, I contacted the courts to get the information, I should not have to do this if I hired representation, as of now I am in the beginning stages, but there are so many red flags, it has me questioning will he even fight for dismissal and to keep it off my record, I will see how this goes and update my review accordingly Update: This lawyer didn t do anything I couldn t do for myself what he did I could have asked the judge for. I paid the fine and paid the lawyer so technically I paid more money. This lawyer didn t even ask for defensive driving in which I could have received had he at least asked.

HUGE, Huge, Enormously thankful fan here!! He did what I didnt think could be done and got that small town to finally give in, especially in these crazy times, in the time he did it. I have not had a ticket in over 5 years and then a couple of months ago, surprise 2 tickets in 2 weeks. What is worse is that they were in 2 different Counties. Called the law office, and I was a little skeptical at first. Can both of these both be dismissed? Then am I going to get half way into this and all of a sudden they are going to charge more to complete the process? It was seamless, painless, and I was communicated with the entire time. Both tickets were resolved. I am telling all my friends about my experience. It was great! Completely Trust the Process...

Claims of tickets being dismissed are false. Claims of reduced fines are false. Tickets are the same after paying attorney fees. The paralegal is very rude and smart aleck when you talk to them. Any evidence provided is not used when they go to court for you so be prepared to pay the court and the attorney. Did I mention the paralegal is rude?

So, I used this company about a year ago and they were so awesome from the moment my case started. I received an infraction for something I thought would never go away, I paid a one time fee. Erica, who is a representative there was very nice and explained to me how the case would be handled upon me signing papers with them. I received notification of every date they attended court for me and I also was able to get the infraction from staying on my record. I called in today for further handling of a different traffic infraction and Erica had to place me on a brief hold. I accidentally hung up and she called me back apologizing for the hold and further assisted me. I will continue to recommend and use them as a place of business as I have had such a pleasurable experience. Such awesome staff. Great job!

I hired the lawyer to handle a speeding ticket. Truth: I was test driving my car to diagnose why it would not accelerate. I was not speeding...the car would not go above 40. A couple of days later I found the problem. The fuel strainer at the fuel pump was partially blocked. This information was shared with the lawyer. The fine was $195 and because I did not answer the charges within 10 days (I had hurt feelings and didnt want to address the theft), and additional $50 charge. I was told that if he could not get it dismissed then his goal was to get the fine reduced and thats what I was hiring him for. Paul helped by getting my fine all the way down to $220. He never challenged the ticket. That would have been easy to do as there was no evidence. So given the cost to have Paul represent my best interest, the benefit was $25. Honestly I want Paul and every fellow American to be successful. I want to pay people for their goods and services and I want an even exchange. Unfortunately not everyone feels the way I do.

I hired the lawyer to handle a speeding ticket. I was told that if he could not get it dismissed then his goal was to get the fine reduced and thats what I was hiring him for. He did nothing to even attempt to get the fine reduced. I was charged the full fine. I did not need to hire a lawyer to pay full price..I could have done that all on my own.

I have been working with Paul Richardson for years now and not only has he gotten nearly all of my traffic tickets either dismissed or the fee reduced, he has made sure not 1 of them goes on my record. The points add up people and points mean YEARLY fees!!! He has worked with me several times and is the nicest guy. I personally know that lawyers get taken advantage of ALL the time because people get their case dismissed or reduced and then never pay the lawyer.
