I had my accident Aug 17, 2023. It was a bit of a lengthy experience but that was in the insurance not the attorneys. The assistant that I worked with, Vanessa, was wonderful. I never had to go into the office. I would text her and she would provide me updates. Always kept me informed of the process and next steps. She was amazing . During her first week as a freshman in college, our 19 year old daughter was in a devastating automobile accident caused by a commercial truck driver.
