This was a bad transaction... I had to hound the person representing me (Faith) for any response or update for this case. The front desk was horrible, I was treated more like a bother then a client. I never received a call back for the times I reached out to talk to the collections Dept or any other person I tried to contact. I had to show up 2 different times just to get a response and talk to someone about my case. The ladies that called me to sign the document were nice and the calls were out of the blue. Mr. Gamezs television commercials and billboards where he exclaims Gamez Law Fights were undoubtedly persuasive. He appeared to genuinely care about the people of San Antonio, his clients and their injuries. However, my experience tells a different story. After being dragged under a rental truck for about 30 feet, I miraculously escaped being run over by the wheels. Unfortunately, my injuries apparently were not deemed significant enough for Mr. Gamezs firm to prioritize my case and earn substantial profits. During my consultation on April 25, 2023, I spoke with his son, Joe Jr., who eagerly urged me to sign a letter of representation. The very next day, he referred me to another law firm that supposedly had a successful history of suing the national rental company that owned the truck. Joe Jr. also promised that his father, Joe Sr., would contact me in a couple of days. However, weeks passed, and I received a curt message from the other law firms attorney, stating that he was no longer representing me with no explanation. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Joe Jr. via calls and emails, I never received a response. Today, December 19, 2023, I have come to the realization that I will never hear back from Joe Gamez. I believe the firms lack of responsiveness has had a detrimental impact on my chances of receiving compensation for my injuries. I feel compelled to caution other accident victims to carefully consider signing a letter of representation from this firm if they require assistance.

All the 5 stars review here are fake, They are from your internal people P.D.: It is very smart to donate to get a better tax deduction, it is logical that your office made mistakes in my case and the only two times someone from this office wrote to me and tried to contact me; It was only when I wrote a review, otherwise they never responded to my calls or emails.

Worst law firm ever! There is NO communication from them. I call weekly only to be put on hold, transferred around and told someone will call me back but NOONE ever calls back. I spoke to Mr. Rios a couple of times and each time he has no time to talk or claims his computer isn t working so has no updates. I finally had to go in person and demand to speak with him, the receptionist said I needed an appointment and couldn t just walk in. Of course he came out once I said I d have to contact the news about their crookedness. Then Mr. Rios tried saying he ll have to look into the lack of communication because it s the first he s heard, I corrected him and said no I told you about this 3 weeks ago which was the last time he would take my call. Meanwhile it s been 2 months since they received payment and have yet to settle my case with me but they have the money from the insurance. SAVE YOURSELF the hassle and AVOID this law firm! They are NOT professionals!
