Clay Walker and his team are phenomenal. They were there every step of the way. This was the first time I was in an accident and on top of that the individual that hit me gave me the wrong information. I didn t know what to do and a friend recommended Clay. He told me everything that I needed to do to get things done. He was able to even refer me to a different doctor when the one that I went to had me wait an hour past my appointment time and then had bad bedside manners. Clay handled my care with compassion and intelligence. My case took SEVERAL years to complete due to the other party but Clay kept me informed every step of the way. If I had additional questions, he made sure to get back to me within 24 hours but typically within the same day. He made me feel confident and comfortable during the lengthy process by actually explaining what things meant and how the process works. I got into a horrible accident and was honestly terrified and lost in what to do. Someone had mentioned to give Clay a call just to talk to him. When I initially had my accident I was clueless on who to choose as a lawyer, but after contacting three other attorneys whom made it apparent that I wouldnt being dealing with them one on one I found Clayton. Throughout the whole process he made sure to point me in the right direction for my doctors, let me know step by step how the process was going, and always was available when need be either over the phone or through text. I got Clay to represent me a week before the deadline to file. By this point I had given up on ever reaching a settlement. Clay worked tirelessly for two years! Everytime I had a question he would quickly get back to me. He would text or call regularly to check up on me and to let me know how the case was going. On Dec 8 2020 I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler doing extensive damage to my head and body, Clay was referred by a friend, with all the pressure to go with the big guys, I. Im just saying that they are very kind to get you to hire them after you pay them, its like they no longer answered my calls, my doubts, the supposed secretary did not answer my massages, which I asked him when he could and was in time to attend to me, because he had doubts about me. If nothing, I had answers. I had an interview where I presented myself alone, disoriented, where I did not have any advice or any guidance, where today nothing is known about the result, the price for what I tell them to receive all that, in short, they still say that they work on my case but There are no results, they say what they are going to do, I dont think so, I hope they change my perspective regarding this comment.

A couple of years ago I hired a plumbing company to repair a leak under the slab of a rental property. The plumbing company subcontracted with an excavation company to tunnel under the house to access the leak. The excavation company overfilled the tunnel which then caused multiple cracks in the foundation and no less than eight additional leaks. The property value dropped to a small fraction of its value. I was forced to sell it for the balance owed ($40,000), losing my equity of $100,000. I retained Mr. Clay Morgan to try to recoup some damages from the plumbing and excavation company. He was honest, professional, diligent, and persistent. Although the companies both avoided, made excuses, changed attorneys, and did everything possible to escape responsibility, Mr. Morgan persisted. The process was slow. (It almost always is), but recently I received my settlement check. Most attorneys would have dropped the ball. He did not. Through the whole process, he kept me up to date on the status. I recommend Mr. Morgan without reservation. If I need an attorney, I will contact him.
