Very professional ! An extraordinary organizer Ms. Cecy and her excellent service. My 15th birthday event was beautiful, this past May 18, 2024, the extraordinary police service, very nice treatment and the room exactly as I requested, the delicious food! Waiters, bar tender, DJ, everything wonderful! Definitely Recommended for people who like an elegant, peaceful, fun event that respects the regulations! My event was fabulous! P.S. Those who commented otherwise were wrong. IT IS SIMPLY FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW ABOUT RESPECT AND HEALTHY FUN!

I just want to say that my daughter/niece had a amazing time for her sweet 16 at the chandelier. Everyone had such a good and amazing time. I cant stress how Mrs. Ceci and Mr. Ricky were such wonderful host. They help me and my wife to make sure our daughter had the best day of her life. I 1000% percent recommend this venue for anyone who is looking to have a Quince, sweet 16, wedding, or party.

I had my daughter sweet 16 here at the chandelier, and let me tell you guys the process in the planning, communication, food ,decoration anything and everything you can think of was AMAZING!!!! And also I could not thank Cecilia and her staff enough for everything they did. They are the BEST! I highly recommend booking here for any events.

One of my relatives had his event here and let me tell you... stay as far away from here as you can. They lack ethics and professionalism. The place is fine, its not a big deal either. The staff does not know how to treat people. I dont know why the owners hire those kinds of people. The owners are nice when making your contract (obviously because they want your $$$$) then they dont answer the phone. And when they answer they answer reluctantly. If you dont want to work with the public, its better to look for another job. To work in this environment you have to be friendly, have charisma, and manners, something that neither employees nor owners have. Apart from that, the food left a lot to be desired. In my humble opinion for what they charge they should put more effort into it. I dont recommend it at all. If you care about your business you should evaluate your staff.

Had my granddaughter s Quince this past weekend and it was amazing! Beautiful venue, food, lighting, decorations, DJ, margaritas, the robot and the crazy table and I can go on and on. Special thanks to Cece for helping us with a few things that night. We could not have done it without her help. Thanks to the staff that served the dinner, you guys rock!

I attended my cousins wedding in this venue and they had it laid out looking so lovely. The lighting the table centerpieces, the Chandelier. Such a beautiful venue. I would say they workers could maybe use another person or two on the team but its a great venue.

My husband and I recently had our daughters quinceanera at The Chandelier Reception Hall. Everything was wonderful and stress-free!! The hanging cake nook, fruit table, champagne wall, and table decorations were beautiful and elegant. I received so many compliments about the hall, food, music, and robot from my guests. I would highly recommend having your function here.

This venue was absolutely gorgeous!! My daughter had her quince just this past weekend and it turned out AMAZING!! We were able to trade out different services for others that we wanted with no problems or hesitations. The food was amazing we had Chipotle Chicken. My daughter decorations were completely different from her open house ones at my daughters request. I work the same hours as her but she did stay open later to accommodate my schedule to do food tasting and picking out the decors. The pictures were beautiful. I would totally rate it higher if I could! Definitely 10 STARS Thank Cessy it was amazing.

Wow, where can I start!!!! Cecy, and her husband are a great team.... The Chandelier it s self speaks volumes. Love the atmosphere that the place brings. I help out from time to time at this venue, and by the decorations and the dedication that the Owners and the employees have it is awesome. I will be getting married in this building this year on October 17th, and I am patiently waiting. The job that Cecy does is AMAZING!!!!! Everything that she does is GREAT, love all of her work. If you are in the Galveston County area, and you need a venue for any big or small event , don t look any further. Just choose The Chandelier... It s the right place for you, for the right price!!!!!

This venue presents beautifully, but is being completely mishandled. They lied about who their caterer was, and actually had no caterer even though it s in their packages. Their previous caterer was fired for not being timely and the food not being presentable. Cecilia will tell you all of these wonderful things she will do for you but after the contract is signed everything changes. She will lie about working with certain companies that have never even spoken to her. She will leave the country for weeks and no one is there to handle your contracts, tastings, or other event business, and she won t be sure of when she ll be back. When caught in one of her lies about pricing via a recording of what she was telling a bride she offered she became very angry and then threatened to cancel her even though the deposit had been paid. Cecilia will always threaten to cancel an event no matter how close it is to it when she can t get away with her lies. The bride was able to get her deposit back after Cecilia called the police for feeling pressured to answer questions and the police agreed with the bride and also asked Cecilia to answer the question and once again Cecilia was caught in her lie. Be careful when choosing this venue. Beautiful venue...all 3 owners are just truly mishandling it. **Edit The bride canceled Noah s due to spacing and she canceled with you all due to lying about your vendors. So no venue canceled. You all returned the funds immediately after you said that I d rather have a bad review than a lawsuit . No one was chasing you, and you decided to reach out to the police because of your inability to say who you caterer is. You expressed to us previously that you were in need of a caterer and I tried to assist you with that because again you were only wanted to pay any caterer an extremely low budget of $7 per plate. I definitely wasn t aggressive with you, but you did inform my client that if I ask you another question it s going to be a problem . People definitely need to know that they need to be assertive with you, because of your lies and lack of understanding. If I need to post the videos and screenshots I can. I recorded the entire conversation you had with the police and what she had to say about you lying. I also have the recordings of you lying about your packages. I can post those to here as well along with other sites.

It s a beautiful venue but it s not worth the headache. The owners of the venues are habitual liars and will charge you extra for items/services that they said were included in their packages. Cece (one of the owners) will leave the country for weeks at a time without anyone to assist her clients with their events. Beware of the this venue. I wouldnt recommend anyone to have a party there.

My sister had her wedding at this place, please stay away from this place the owner Cecilia will look for ways to cheat you out of your $400 deposit. She also over charged us for last minute minor changes like $75 for an extra table, later she lied and said we requested 4 tables and charged more. She also lied and said the tables were missing little Cristal pieces and each one was worth $18 and she said 27 were missing. She also keep out left over food, arguing she paid for extra food in case we needed extra food, she is sneaky and a lier. Please take your business somewhere else, this place is pretty but definitely not worth dealing with this person. Also its sad how they also report bad reviews to spam, I guess thats the best was to silence honest reviews.. For your own good, stay away from these place.

Words cannot describe the amazing experience we had at The Chandelier Reception Hall on our wedding 10/19/19. Everything went very smoothly, beautifully, and the whole event was a complete hit! The event started on time, all the staff knew what they were doing, Cecy was on top of everything and it made the day so much better knowing that we didn t have to worry about anything but having a great time. I recommend The Chandelier to everyone because the venue is gorgeous. Cecy and her husband are amazing people. The pictures by Jacqueline were amazing, can t wait to get the rest of them. The food, cake, fruit, music and overall service was incredible. Viviana and her team did a great job with our hair and makeup. All the staff were incredibly helpful. Thanks, Cecy
