I cannot recommend Barrus Injury Lawyers more. After calling multiple Injury attorneys and getting little response. Barrus law was excited to help with my recovery. Focusing on reaching maximum medical improvement and fighting with the insurance companies to guarantee that all options were explored for medical treatment and procedures. When the time came to fight for all that was owed, Barrus Injury lawyers fought for every penny that was owed. You cannot go wrong Barrus Injury Lawyers!

They did a great job with my case and won it, but they have not followed up in about 10 years to collect any of what I am owed. I have not seen a penny of what is due and I constantly send requests for updates. ..... Update.... instead of helping to collect on my case, after this review they told me they will no longer be helping me with my case (not that they were helping collect anyways). So no honest reviews or they will drop you...... so you well know, I have e-mailed many times asking what can be done to collect and not once did you request additional money to collect. In fact you said you would get paid by collecting the money from them cause they owe you too. I would of been happy to pay more to collect the money if that was needed. Please be advised that I will no longer be assisting you in any manner with collecting the judgment in your case. That quote from your email to me after this review sure looks like you are dropping my case.......

Trash Service IMO the legal assistants quit and never bothered to tell me new one, once new assistant was established was so stupid she pretended not to know anything about my case after being open for nearly two years! If you are coming here for disability save yourself some trouble and find another firm! Whats the Barrus Law Firm sinking to the bottom of the ocean? A great freakin start!

They did a really good job for me in my case. I was able to get a hold of them when I needed, and sometimes they would call, email, or even text me with updates so I didnt have to worry about what was going on. At the end, they were able to get me more money than I expected, and I felt that they worked really hard, and were willing to do things in the right way rather than rush to settle my case fast for not much money.

Mr. Barrus was the lawyer that represent me at my disability hearing. I thought he did a good job because he was prepared with all my medical records. The judge asked a lot of questions why he felt I was disabled, and even asked to show him where in doctor records it show I was disabled. He knew exact the pages to show the judge, and told the judge why the records prove I was disabled. He also talked to me a week before my hearing and explained what we have to explain to the judge, and why its important. I am very happy with the way he handle my case in court.

I met with attorneys Stacy and Hailey to see if they could help me with my car accident case because the insurance company wasnt fixing my car, even though the other driver admitted it was his fault, and the police said he was the one who caused the crash. They met with me, and were very honest that I didnt really need to pay an attorney, and could do the case myself. They even gave me some sample letters to send to the insurance company, and walked me through step by step what to do. I will always call these lawyers first if I ever need legal help, they are great!

So Chris Mayo Law Firm is who I reached out to but this lawyer Stacey did our trial before the judge. He was very professional and went to bat for us. He did an amazing job and was very well prepared for our case. We got an approval from the judge while we were there. We were prepped at the hearing and before. I had a great experience with Barrus Injury Lawyers. I was hit by a distracted driver, and was taken to the hospital. I had several herniated discs, which the doctor said needed surgery. Barrus Injury Lawyers got the other persons insurance to pay the full policy, and then he was able to convince my insurance company to pay my full policy as well, even though my insurance company really fought against it. In the end, Stacey and his team came through for me, and I would hire them again.

I hired Barrus lawyers after my original attorney neglect my case. I originally hire Thomas J. Henry, but I never got to meet with my attorney, and after months they want me to take the bad offer from the insurance company. When I refuse to take the offer they didnt want to take my case anymore, so I hire Barrus Lawyers. Only a few months after they were able to get settlement more than three times what other attorney couldnt. I feel that they worked harder to get me fair treatment. Great Experience. Mr. Barrus and his staff went out of their way to educate me about the process with regard to my injury claim, and helped me know what to expect. I never felt like just a number (like I did with another attorney a few years ago), and I could tell that he and his staff really cared about getting me the best results. They didnt try to persuade me to take a low settlement like the other guys who claim to have my back years earlier. He was willing to go to trial to fight to get me what was fair, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
