Terrible customer service. I sent a message through your website asking about your notary service and got no response. I called to inquire about your notary service and was told that I didnt need an appointment, and to just come in. I said that I was on my way. The woman on the phone acted like I was inconveniencing her. 20 minutes later while down the road from your office, I get a text, Sir we re heading out for lunch I will text you when we are back. About two and a half hours later I get another text, Sorry didnt get back to you earlier. I wasted time sitting outside your office waiting for you to return from lunch. I took my business elsewhere.
