I was very excited to try this place given the reviews and the location. The salsa and chips was amazing so I was expecting just as amazing food. I ordered the smoked tacos with brisket meat, I had one bite and didn t eat the rest. This is the first time I have ever done this at a restaurant. I also ordered a margarita which was great. The service was okay, the waitress was quite slow bringing out drinks, but that could be chalked up to having multiple tables. Overall, I will not be visiting again.

Ate here for lunch on a work trip and it was just what I was looking for. I did get dive bombed by a bird for my chips so that was the only atmosphere hiccup. Lol. It was actually pretty funny. Still 5 stars from overall. Just be aware of where you are sitting, it gets fun the closer to the water you sit. I had some great tex mex along the water front. Got the combo meal and they made it with grilled chicken for me. Kimmy was excellent... she tells me they had to install a special function in their system to make the chicken combo with the fajita style chicken. Amazed. Thanks for lunch and the great service Kimmy! Vegetarian options: Looks like there were were some vegetarian options but Im not vegetarian so Im giving my best guess here. Not hard to do I would imagine Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids eating here and I believe I did see some kids menu options. Great place for families it would appear. Wheelchair accessibility: Its along the riverwalk and there is seating at river walk level, so wheelchair could pull right up to a table

Horrible food for a high price! I ordered carne asada tacos and I ve got to say they were the saddest tacos I ve ever seen. Instead of carne asada it was just greasy ground beef with a little cheese on a cold corn tortilla. Plus the place smelt like a public restroom. Service wasn t the best also. I d rather spend a couple bucks at McDonald s than 20 bucks at this place any day.

What an amazing time all around. The service was excellent, and we have a lot to compare to because we eat out a lot all over the world. Angel was our waiter and Cal was in training, but they both served us like pros. Very friendly and personable just like the last time when we were here in December. We will definitely be back and request Angel as our server again.

We came back to our favorite place on the RiverWalk and again we were seated in ANGEL s section. This is our third time here and this time he suggested the Conchita Pibia!!! WOW might be the best thing I ve had here! Here in Texas we rate our restaurants by their chips and salsa, and this place is definitely one of the better ones in the area. Glad we only live an hour away!
