FROM 5 STARS TO NEGATIVE IF I COULD. 09/10/2024 : EDIT: The lack of attention to detail has made me stop ordering from here. The last time I tried to place an order they confirmed it, and then they never made it. I watched for over the course of an hour, three doordash drivers go and try to pick up my order. Each one wasted their time waiting until they got turned away by the store. This was in the middle of lunch and it took over an hour for them to tell their doordash system on their end that they werent going to make my order. I missed my lunch break because of their carelessness. I had more than enough time to order my food and eat it....But an hour...... just to say that you cant make it..... dude, thats careless and really inconsiderate. I dont even want to patronize here in person anymore. 02/01/2024 : Edit: They offer vegan chili cheese tots that usually has a vegan nacho cheese and chives on it. But whenever I keep ordering online they keep fumbling and not putting the cheese or chives on it. This time it was sliced cheese and completely weird. Im starting to get agitated with the inconsistency. Because the first time I ever ordered it, it was perfect. Each time after that theres always been a problem to where I have to report it to DoorDash and get a refund. And whenever I want to call you guys and just inform you about it. I cant because your number is wrong or not working on Google. Sausage Bliss for Vegans! Hats off to Dog Haus for the fantastic vegan sausage option! I ordered takeout and showed up at the time my order was supposed to be ready. The young lady at the front asked for the name on my order and went to the kitchen to check on it. When she came back she said it was almost ready and she went back to the kitchen. I thought it was weird that it wasnt ready considering the restaurant was empty except for one table that was already finished eating, but things happen so I took a seat and waited. After 10 minutes another guy showed up for his order but no one came out to check on him. No one had been in the front of the restaurant since I arrived. Another 5 minutes passed and the young lady finally came out of the back but didnt come talk to me or the other guy waiting. She went to the bar and got on her phone. I walked over and asked her if there was an update on my order. She asked for my name again and went to the kitchen. She came back and told me they didnt have my order. I asked her why was I told it was almost ready 15 minutes ago, but now they dont have it. She told me and I quote Thats not my job I asked her whose job it was and she turned away without saying anything and walked back into the kitchen. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if she was getting a manager or something, but no one ever came. Terrible experience. Dont go here.

So this one is hard to write. The staff has an awesome attitude, but they are clearly woefully undertrained. Everything about this place screams terrible ownership. You can tell that its a franchise and that the franchise owners have given up and dont devote any time or effort into this place.

Been here a few times with my family. The dogs and burgers are really good! Im a burger person so at first I wasnt sure if Id like my burger on Hawaiian rolls, but after trying it, I was sold on it! Service has been nice and friendly, though it seems like theres always only 1 person taking orders and grabbing the drinks but it hasnt been slow or lacking. Atmosphere is laid back, I havent seen the place extremely packed or loud, which I personally like. Its a nice spot and we like to come here from time to time

Rather disappointed in this experience. It was a Friday evening during happy hour but it appeared only one person was working. To be fair, it was quiet and earlier in the evening, so we assumed it was the end/beginning of the later shift. When our order was rang up, the happy hour pricing was not included. We did not realize this until we sat down. Granted, we could have gone back up and said something, so we toughed it out. They brought the wrong type of sliders out to us and drinks took forever. They asked me twice if I wanted anything on the rim for my margarita and both times I said, yes, but when I finally got my drink, there was nothing on the rim. The food and drinks were good, but I m not sure if this location is the place to go.

Stopped in with some family today. Not complaining about anything other than the location is short staffed. The cashier was doing 4 jobs and tending to everyone as best he could. Check out, serving food and drinks, and cleaning tables. No idea how he hasnt walked out yet. There was no one at the front taking orders and after waiting about five minutes we went and sat at the bar and the only employee working left the bar to go run food and then go up to the front to take orders for the line of people that were all standing up front. Dog Haus restaurant provided a mixed experience during my recent takeout order. The pricing was reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxed, albeit surprisingly quiet for the time of day. However, the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, no one manned the registers, and the self-service kiosk was abandoned. Despite minimal customer traffic, I waited for 10 minutes without acknowledgment. Even after calling the restaurant, the employee with pink-dyed hair sent the call to voicemail, further delaying assistance. She seemed preoccupied with personal conversation, only attending to me after some time. While the food quality was commendable, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism from the staff tarnished the overall experience. Dog Haus would greatly benefit from increased staff awareness and attentiveness to customer needs.

Not busy. Met my son there to watch baseball. Sat at the bar a good 20 minutes before the bartender acknowledged my presence. Ordered a pear cider (excellent!) and a burger. Their burgers come on the Hawaiian bread buns, which I find overwhelmingly sweet. He said they could use Ciabatta buns for my burger. What I got was a burger on a regular hamburger bun that ate like it had sat out for a day. I asked for mayo & mustard & my burger came with bbq sauce. Even with all of that added, it was still a very dry hamburger. Fries were average, nothing special. Best thing on this visit was the cider. Not impressed with food, interior or service. Red Robin, Twisted Root and other restaurants serve far better burgers for the price. At least at Red Robin, you dont have to pay for fries separately and theirs are good. Wont return. Just not worth it.

This was our first time here and the food was amazing! When we walked in we were greeted, and asked if we had been there before. We said no and the girl who took our order was very helpful in providing us with suggestions, and taking our order as we made a few changes because we were a little confused by the kids meal options. The only reason I took away a star was that it took long to get our food. I assume, to prevent a longer wait, my husbands and my burger were brought out first but we then had our food getting cold while we waited for our kids food to come out. When we arrived just one other couple was getting ready to leave, but while we waited more and more people arrived for pickup orders and to place orders. Im not sure if the girl was in the back helping prep food but some people came in and then left because no one was there to take their order. I dont think the wait time should deter you from going, just be aware of the wait time.

Love the food here and the employees are very friendly. However we had my hubs food brought out about 10 minutes prior to mine. He being a gentleman wanted to wait which made his food cold. Just time it better or leave food under a warmer. It s just uncomfortable for your customers otherwise.

Came here during their free hot dog promo. The atmosphere is great. Great aesthetic too. The food took awhile but once we got it, it was pretty good. The service was good/whatever. They re not super attentive like at a 5 star restaurant, this restaurant is more of a casual bar and kitchen place so they take care of you and leave you alone, but not once did I feel lost, confused, or ignored. The prices are expensive. $7.99 for a hot dog (any hotdog) and about $11-12 for a burger. The fries tasted good and the size that they give it to you is valuable if you compare the size and price you would pay at a regular fast food restaurant like McDonalds. I food and drink options were pretty good too. Only con is that I wish it wasn t so pricey. I got the Too Cali and the Too Chi hot dogs. Both delicious and filling. The Too Chi tended to fall apart and was messy just because the pickle and everything else on it. The Too Cali stayed together. I prefer the Too Cali (taste wise) over the Too Chi. But everything from the king Hawaiian buns, the German style thick and juicy hot dogs, and all the unique ingredients made them taste great/

I have been coming back since since the reopening that accompanied the change in ownership. I have not been disappointed once. I have gotten the Nashville Hot Wings on multiple occasions, and I think they are among my favorite wings period. The wings are huge in size, the flavor is amazing and anyone who can finish them with a side of tots or fries is someone who must be a buffet professional. I also can not reccomed the Root -Beer Corn Dog highly enough. It is my absolute favorite corn dog, and I drag all of my friends up there to have one. Every one of them has been impressed and walked away satisfied. Im super glad they have reopened and will be eating here as often as I can. Total 5/5 stars.

As a first time experience was great for hot dogs. Granted I will say if it wasnt for their hausdog free week I probably wouldnt of tried it as soon as I did. I had the soo Cali yummy. Bun is nice and buttery the dog cooked good their house sauce is a must. I asked for extra Aoli sauce because Im a sauce person. Overall I would come back and recommend to give it a shot especially during happy hour. Price is slightly high to me but Ill come back to try other foods here. Its the sauce that made me give it a 5.

First timer here, their combo with the kings Hawaiian buns just works. It works very well! I got the brat with saurkraut etc and it was a good choice. I cant wait to try their breakfast next. EDIT: Ive now tried the Little Mule burrito as well, with sunny side up eggs. Certainly one of the best burritos Ive had, top 3 all time easily. I highly recommend this place, dogs, burritos, 5 stars. Im going to try everything theyve got eventually, Im sold lol.

We stopped in here for dinner as something different and I m so glad we did! We had EXCELLENT service, the food was fast and delicious, and we will 100% be back whenever we re in Arlington! I got The Fonz & BLT tots and my husband got The Cowboy & Reuben tots (pictured). So. Good. The soft buns, snappy bites of sausage, crispy tots again, so good! While we didn t grab a beer this time, we thought the selection was varied and good - not over loaded with IPA s, which is refreshing!
